Been travelling to Sunny Beach for years and stayed in a good lot of the hotels but this hotel is my favourite. I’ve been to this hotel twice already and going again in 3 weeks time. Best hotel in sunny beach. Food is amazing & staff very friendly. In a nicer part of sunny beach a short walk to all the shops & restaurants. Rooms are nicely decorated. Entertainment could be better but seems to be standard in Bulgaria. Love the hut pool bar the cocktails are amazing & nice chill out music played during the day x.

I loved this hotel, one of the best hotels I've stayed in, everything about it was fantastic staff food maids pools the hotel grounds I would 100% recommend this hotel it's fabolurs can't wait to return.

Been in this hotel for the first time. When you eat, you had a lot of choice, be it in the morning or in the evening. There was nothing you could complain about the cleanliness, as every time someone was on site and removed the dirt. Even the rooms have left nothing to be desired. We will definitely go to this hotel one more time.

Big hotel. Got back end of May. Swimming pool water freezing. Not heated. No room service. Rooms look ok. Carpets dated. Food is poor. Hotel are very deceitful. We checked in with 14 of us. Was told dinner starts at 8pm to 9.30pm. Make sure u take your card with u as proof. Turned out to be dinner starts around 6.30pm but try to get a lot of guess to come late. But we found out day 2 and went straight in the back door from pool side. No airport transfer and on their own yellow taxis are allowed up which charge a lot more to go airport. Showers either to hot or cold. Room service thinks it ok not to replace towels even if left on floor as a sign! Staff at check in very rude. Asked to for friends room number after they know we all checked in together. Have him full name. Floor. Still would not give room number. I asked to look after my bag for 10 min they said leave in lobby with no one even looking after it. Hotel is very far from everything. Much better hotels closer to main part. We use to walk pass them!

The hotell is Near to the sea and to the centre of sunny beach. Very good place to make vacation to you and your family. There is bileard table in the hotel and fresh cold swimming pool. The spa and the Turkish bath in the hotel is fantastic.

We stayed here last year, our first time to Bulgaria. We had such a wonderful time we are going back this year and taking family with us! The hotel is in a perfect location, far enough away from the centre of Sunny Beach to be family friendly, but with so much to do in the immediate area. The hotel was clean and the food was excellent. We don't usually go back to the same hotel twice but we had such a great time that it would be daft to stay anywhere else while in Sunny Beach.

Nice hotel, very clean, the breakfast and dinner buffet quite varied, often in the evening over meat, even fish. My only criticism is that you hear the fan in the bathroom with the door open. If possible take the room with sea view.

We are booking for next year for 2 weeks next year it's so nice and clean really is a week too short to come here weather is gorgeous.

Big hotel, nice balconies, massive pools (so cold! ) lots of food choice, great cocktails, very cheap, great location. Very clean.

Stayed here in July 2017. Our 5th to me to sunny beach but 1st to majestic… wish we had stayed here sooner! Room was perfect, food was great (kids always has a choice) staff were lovely, hotel was immaculate… over all the best holiday yet. Will defo be returning.

So far the best hotel I know. Had a room with sea views and must say it was really worth it. It is so that you don't have to walk far in the trouble trouble and so that you can sleep quietly in the evening. The staff were also always friendly.

Beautiful clean hotel with great sea views (if booked). Direct beach location. Jet skiing and banana available on the beach. Nice staff.

The location, in my opinion, is the best in the sunny beach as it is right on the beach with the pool and land going up to the beach. The room with the views over the sea are great with good size balconies. The food and staff are both good so far with a good selection.

Stayed for 2 weeks, very good hotel. Staff are friendly and polite, lots to choose from with food for breakfast and dinner. Well kept clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel at sunny beach.

Lovely family place, 2 swimming pools one for all the activities and kids the other is for the people who want to swim or just to cool off in, plenty of activities for kids and adults during the day and evening. Last year they updated their version of half board to + which means during your evening meal you can have 2 free drinks beer, wine (both local) or fizzy drinks but you have to dress smart for evening meal.

Still resting. So long as it's cool. The hotel're. The room was clean. Towels every day. The food was very good, everything was cooked and the main restaurant was just vypolzaesh. The hotel is better than expected. The staff is very polite.

Just returned from our 4th trip to the Majestic and once again it did not disappoint us. Always clean, staff always pleasant and helpful, calm and relaxed atmosphere. Food is always good here and I am amazed at comment there is little choice or there are strange offerings at breakfast. This Hotel successfully caters for over 15 nationalities at each time and breakfasts may seem odd to us Brits but we are never let down with choices. Omelettes are freshly cooked to order, beans, fried, poached, scrambled eggs, yogurts, fruit etc etc. Every evening there is carvery roast in addition to the remainder of hot dishes on offer, plus vegetarian dishes. Bar service is prompt and polite. Some of waiting staff in the restaurant are hearing impaired and use sign language but this does not cause any drop in service. I do agree however that the entertainment is amateurish and has little to offer. It also caters for very young children but not older kids. Not a lot to do if raining. I had cause to complain at the choice of music tracks one night which contained language that was inappropriate for a family hotel and this was addressed. Overall however, the Majestic is fab and we will book again for next year!

Had a lovely long weekend here. Weather lovely. Hotel was spotless. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Requested sea view room and that's what we got. Wifi was great everywhere. Allocated dinner times but that suited us and food was nice. I think night time entertainment could be more but the hotel has prime position right in the beach with beach bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance so plenty of entertainment to be had. Entertainment around the pool seemed good. We were around the quiet pool so wasnt as noisy but still could hear what was going on which was good. Pool area was huge. It was nice to be able to enjoy the pool without getting run over by a lilo. Loads of stuff for kids to do. We left ours at home with the grandparents but they would've liked it. Mini golf everywhere… trampolines, bungee etc.
I would come back again.

Marvelous hotel, great sea view, clean and tidy room, friendly staff. Parking was included, which is nice. The room minibar was empty though and there was no room-service… However, the lobby bar was always open.

1 week spent at the Majestic hotel and quite satisfied. Hotel + room very clean and well maintained. Cleaning women are quite rude and there are some who do not do their job well. Food was also good on the first day, from the 2nd day I only ate pizza because there was nothing I would eat. Juices are also so discount juice. Coke, Sprite, etc. Taste terrible. Otherwise beach location is okey and right in front of the hotel.
The 50% we were supposed to get on the couches was also not quite, but only 30%.

Great location, quiet, on beach, but be warned at least 20 minute walk to centre. Usual all inclusive style food, some will appreciates and others not so much. Excellent facilities.

Got a stomach-infection. Was sick through the whole vacation (2 weeks).
Says now on the news that Sunny beach got an epedmi of rotavirus. The glasses were not clean, went through alot of glasses and then we got tired of it, so we drank just from water bottles.
At breakfast the juicemachines often was broken.
Bugs and ants by the pool and in the restaurant. Many plates were not clean either…
Me and my boyfriend saw how the cheifs was sweating right in the food they cooked. Not a place for kids and non-smokers. We couldnt sit outside for dinner because there was just a big fog of smoke and the same by the pool area, and everywhere else at the outside of the hotel. You couldnt open the balcony door because everyone smoked; we did that mistake and woke up in the night and the whole room smelled ciggaretts! Worst vacation I have ever been on.
After beeing at the hospital for 3 days with drop because of the infection, all we got for replacement was a box of chocolate…
We got promised that my boyfriend could bring me food to the room from the restaurant because of the infectionrisk to others. But when he went there for breakfast we got a no, because they didnt have plastic plates? — So we needed to buy our own food when we paid for half board. The majority of the staff couldnt speak english, the first day we went there, the receptionst couldnt explain in english where our room was located.

This hotel is in my opinion the best at the beach. I was 14 years ago, and the food was already great and it's still like this. We booked a package and were three. When we arrived the reception staff was very very nice and tried to speak as far as the corresponding language is concerned. They were available for inquiries. The suitcases were also brought up. We were told everything needed.
For dinner: You are greeted nicely and the cards are checked. The waiters are attentive and accommodating. This food selection is simply class and speechless. In the 14 days there was always something new and it is freshly prepared what can be seen at the buffet, because the chefs are behind it and change regularly the food. There are about 3 cleaning women around who always remove crumbs and other stuff so you don't slip out o. Ä. The hotel has an entertainment team which designed fun entertainment by the pool and outside. This is very nice and child-friendly design. At the pool, at least 1 lifeguard is usually more. The Mini golf course is very well preserved and there are also at the bars Happy Hour (poobar 15-', lobby bar 17-7am) and this is a super offer and cocktails are delicious. Hygiene is in the best order. It is wiped around the pool daily and cleaned. The cleaning women for the room/apartment also very good. The beach is in front of "the front door" and also equipped with attentive builders. There are green/yellow/red flags that signal.

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. Nice family-friendly resort with very short walk to the beach. The choice and variety of food is also very good. I can only recommend it to others.

The rooms and the location are absolutely four stars. I was sorely disappointed by the food. It was just bad and cheaply manufactured. The fried eggs were raw and in the evening we had gastrointestinal.
I think that should really be improved, otherwise the hotel is recommended.

Great hotel. It rested with the children for the third time. The food was amazing, as always. Very pleased with the NV+ this year. During dinner, water and drinks for free. In Bulgaria, the Majestic is our most favorite hotel. The service is also great. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Second year spent at this hotel, At the Air port we ran into a couple that had been at this hotel for the last 10 Years every summer. I know why and I'll probably come back for more times myself. Clean rooms great views of the sea. Perfect for families with kids. Located in the more quiet area of sunny beach, but the nightlife is just a walk down the beach promenade for those that fancy that. :). If you travel in a small group or just 2 persons. Please note that it's generally not worth it with All inclusive. The rooms are apartment style and you have a proper fridge to put drinks or breakfast items in. Prices for beer and food are really cheap in general in Bulgaria and there is a bigger supermarket just 200m from the hotel where you can get pastries and everything else. The only downside I would say is the Resturants at the hotel is a bit so so. But like I said. Plenty of cheap Resturants nearby. New for 2016 apparently is also Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and open areas. Very nice addition since we had to pay for it last year. It doesn't work very well down at the pools but everywhere else its no problems with connection speeds. Enjoy your stay.

Great hotel, at the expense of power don't know, but the population is very civilized. The Germans, the British mostly.

Nice rooms, good food, clean and fun pool area. I wish there would be a bigger kids pool though. Many activities for kids to enjoy.

Hurray, finally one relaxing vacation. So welcome to the majestic hotel. Tip for family, and for every age, whether young or single well 1 week without family I was spent me Bulgaria something boring and sunny beach already know. And hardly any German-speaking holidaymakers but hotel can work on that. To invite more single to holidaymakers. Otherwise I can recommend it to anyone, who wants to be pampered around the clock. Looking forward to the next vacation in the majestic hotel.

From 2016 onwards they have free Wi-Fi. This is a ve. Cool! The meeting, the settlement is all chic, without waiting for the morning in 10:00, and not 14, as everywhere. The room is excellent. Food is elegant, strawberries, apricots, melons,. In General, we fell in love.

Fantastic hotel the best hotel me and my wife have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot of four star hotels over the years, the beach resort is top notch something for everybody, bars and shops are very cheap and that's a big plus when on holiday. Fantastic hotel on a fantastic beach resort.

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and it was all perfect was excellent, although the restaurant staff were very grumpy and unfriendly, no smile or acknowledgment. It was useless and still training so a couple of days. But the worst part was after my return, I've discovered that my expensive gold bracelet was stolen from my room I in retrospect know I have the safe but you expect u room maid/cleaner through your stuff, don't go. I it do not wear, as I read spent most nights in my room. I had travel insurance, but unfortunately had to be reported in Bulgaria. I emailed the hotel a few times, but no one had the decency to reply. I'm really excited, as it was a sentimental gift from my mother, not here. It really spoilt my holiday.
