If you are put in the right updated part of the hotel — you are in luck. Breakfasts are monotonous, there is no choice — get bored on the third day.

It's all very well. I liked it.
It's been repopulated. We've moved in before.
We had time for lunch. Everyone tried.
Cleaned, cooking delicious.
The waiters tried. Two races
It's cool. At the reception of IVANa and MIROSLAV thank them very much!

The hotel at first glance is not bad, but completely unsuitable for rest. Very noisy, people and so much, so from morning to evening in the foyer and restaurant yells loud, crazy music. It seems that the staff thinks that eating in a madhouse is more pleasant. There are no air conditioners, no fans, and smokers eat on the veranda. The kitchen is so-so, every day is the same oversalted and overcooked to black meat or chicken, from the garnishes of corn and crust of fries. The only plus is the location, to the sea of 5 minutes slowly.

It's grotty but you get what you pay for. Grumpy staff at reception but that's the female way in this part of the world. Dirty carpets in the room. Noisy extractor fan in bathroom. No UK chanells on TV. You are getting a cheap hotel remember. Pool is good but music is same five thumping notes all say long. Some of the rap words were disgusting. Girl at bar said it's OK coz he is famous. Area round pool is filthy and needs a jet wash to make it clean. I was b&b and the breakfast was fine with good choice. The staff have had no training. Cruit sets not on tables. Salt pepper not filled and that 5 beat music the staff are all singing the words to even at breakfast. If you must come to sunny beach then if you chose this hotel remember it's cheap and you pay for what you get. Check out was the same. Oh you leaving. Not so much as a thanks for staying with us please come again safe travels. Just gave passport back and sat down. The locals come here all inclusive so now you know it's budget… they charge for parking. With some effort it could have been a good experience but the attitude of the staff let it down badly… maybe it's the culture?

Good location, staff friendly, rooms small but adequate, aircon, fridge, tv, balcony. Beds comfy. Nice pool & gardens. Food 4/10. Only one drinks machine, & toaster, but all in all would stay again.

Price performance ratio is right.
Guests who have only booked breakfast and dinner scoop food into their pockets for lunch. Partly with bare hands from the common bowls. Most of the are from Ukraine. Used to be those at Hotel Swegest.

Territory 4. Place of accommodation 4. Rooms 3. Power supply 3. In the best traditions of the Soviet Union. Many Germans and British. Noisy at night. The price for 5, as the Desshivo) ) ) )

Like the last time the time in Balaton hotel was perfect! Clean, food verry good, I will come back again for sure! In August!

Bad expirience, bad staff, bad food, bad conditions.

Close to the beach but needs more cleaning work.

Super hotel so ubava mesto polozba… so super personal.

For its price, it was acceptable. Olyan the shower was "funny"

The location and the pool and the price is just super.

Hotell is ok, nothing special. Could be a little bit cleaner. Near to the beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. To the beach 5 minutes! Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Didn't see the point with bubbles, TV! The pool is a 24 hour busy place and it is very cold! TV in Bulgarian!

No lift to one side of the hotel.

We had room nr 233 and Wi-Fi didn't reach there and in rception there was Wi-Fi so busy that you had to wait like 3min to load short news.
