I was HONESTLY surprised, an old hotel but well preserved and clean, super friendly, helpful and friendly staff, the food SPECTACULAR, really I didn't expect, apart from free airport transfer and heated pool for cool days, GREAT!

Very good hotel, excellent service, full and delicious breakfast, the only thing I would suggest analyze the transportation costs already by Uber is much cheaper, example I saw in Uber a transfer to wax museum cost $7 reais and the hotel charged me $40 excibo since it is just a few blocks away.

Unfortunately it is a beautiful hotel with very respectful staff towards the tourist, only in the pool area there is no control, no staff and although there is a pool for boys parents put their children in the large pool leaves them. Running everywhere and wetting people, grabbing hoses wet cellular clothes … And no one controls a penalty.

The staff is not friendly. I changed the flight and you arrive before checkin and had no intentions of coming to me with a solution. The hotel is old and has no air in reception or common areas. By the same silver get hotels much better. Zero willingness, and friendliness of the staff. I finished up the car and returning to giving him the day that I had reserved. Never more again I.

Wide. Good service buffet. Swimming pools. Ideal for the family. Good customer service. Parking lot for several days if you travel by plane…

We spent a beautiful few days at the hotel with our granddaughters, as always excellent attention, cordiality. Great breakfasts, it's always nice to come back, until soon thanks!

So with a few minutes left to spare at the hotel, I just wanted to leave a quick review, I cannot compliment the staff on reception enough, as a mum travelling solo with her young son (2 years old) they have been amazing, Not speaking the national language (Portuguese) and with very few UK tourists in Iguazu they have been so welcoming, from assistance with directions, early check in at no additional cost (great with a little one) and a complimentary shuttle to the airport the service here has been second to none, thank you all staff, it truly has been a pleasure.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel for visiting the Brazil side of the Iguazu Falls. Clean and comfortable and great staff. The food was delicious and service in the restaurant was great!

Date: 11 Jul 2018 Don't take the basement rooms it is smells bad the ones apstairs is a little bit better. Blankets smells bad, theres leaking water in the bathroom, also alot of incents in the bedrooms. The celling in the hallway was leaking water my little boy sliped and had a strong hitt on his head the flooring is the slippy Ceramic and the rooms are all like this. They only give you one key for the room and we were 3 persons and the key has to plug to start the electricity. The reception desck accused us that we have torn apart a pillow case and wanted to charge us for it, then they discovered that it was some thing from them not us they really were roud and there's a guy named Tiago was un respectable he cursed me and said mother f***er and didnt even apologise, there check out takes alot of time we were getting late for the flight. The travel company we had a deal with a driver named Nelson but he did not respect the deal and he ruined our day he won't responed for any of our needs and we had to return to the hotel. It was relly disapointed experiance, I dont recomend at all. — —

It's a hotel with an old fashioned vibe. It has already seen it's best days for sure. Also, we found a couple of mosquitoes in the bedroom. On the other hand, it was really cheap to stay there when considering the facilities and the price that I paid.

Nice Hotel, not very expensive, not far from falls on foot 1 km, and near the airport, free shuttle service.

The experience at first was good but the service to keep the car was not at all. They don't keep the keys well, they keep them anywhere. They lost our key when they ran the car to another parking lot. Although they searched everywhere the key did not appear, luckily we had the duplicate. We had a very bad time and we don't recommend leaving the car in that place.
The hotel took charge to make a duplicate.

Clean and spacious room… There could be more channels on the cable TV though (considering I was there during July of 2015) …

Nice, very nice pools… Clean. The attention is regular as its employees mostly are not very friendly. Breakfast is good.

Very nice hotel. Close to the airport. Very good breakfast. 3 swimming pools. 1 roofed. Very close to the bird park and the entrance to the Iguazu National Park.

Excellent staff and location. Breakfast is good too. The rooms are 6-7 points. A little old. Well the beds. The buffet dinner 7 points. You pay 50 reais without wine.

This place is in a great location for a 1 day stopover for the falls, the staff are great and the cost is low. On the negative side, the rooms are in disrepair, the linen is not clean/fresh, towels are threadbare and the pillows have seen better days (early 90s). The food is okay but it's better in the town center.

Of terror! I rented one night this hotel, since I left my vehicle there because of its proximity to the airport. I paid for the parking in advance, with the shuttle service to and from the airport. On the way back nobody waited for me, the room I got could stay three minutes and we had to get out of the cockroaches that were there! We got another room. At 4 AM They call me on the phone, "confused" because they believed that I had requested to be awakened at that time. Total mediocre that hotel and would not recommend anyone.

Beautiful hotel with very clean and careful rooms, the most complete breakfast, have everything (coffee, dairy products, sausages, cheeses, fresh seasonal fruits, breads of all kinds etc. )
It is located minutes from the international airport of Foz do Iguaçu, with shuttle service that is independent of the hotel but its office works in the reception of the same.
It has a very beautiful and impeccably maintained pool area. The staff very attentive and friendly, in my stay inside the hotel I did not find any negative points to point out.

Excellent location for those who need to rest before or after taking a flight. Literally next to the airport. 1, 5 km from the falls and 20 minutes from the city of the east. The rooms are OK. The patio and excellent pools. Regular food. The price, quite high.

It is a very practical hotel if you are travelling by plane. You can leave the car there during the trip, it's pretty cheap and they take care of it. Very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast Free Transfer to and from the airport. Highly recommended. Very good attention.

It's a normal hotel. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Staff very helpful and attentive simple rooms serves for those who are passing by and have to do one or two nights to follow trip from Foz is 1500 mts from the airport by route and asphalt.

Well situated, next to Foz do Iguaçu airport and to the Iguassu Falls. It has nice meals at reasonable prices.

We spent one night at the hotel, on a trip to the beach, left the car a week and one more night on the way back. Everything went as planned. No surprises. The facilities are complete, good, clean and tidy. The staff is excellent. Four stars go because leaks appeared on the roof of the aisle a night of much rain.

The hotel is 1.5km from Iguazu airport. The hotel is slightly outdated but the room is on good size. Beware of mosquitos. Breakfast is good.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm so surprised by all these positive reviews, it's a stark contrast from the reality of my stay. Rooms were terrible, wires exposed on hairdryer and mould on mirror, lamp not working, the "gym" consists of rusty playground equipment that did not work at all and breakfast was average. Even the staff were flat and lacked knowledge of local buses which caused us to almost miss our flight! The location was great and that's about the only positive from this hotel. Utterly dissappointed and not what I expect from an apparent "hotel of the year".

Excellent location, near to both Iguazu Falls and the airport.

Rooms are clean but slightly dated very near the airport walking distance 500 meters, turn right on main road outside hotel. Also 20 minutes (800 meters) walk to the national park entrance for the water falls, turn left on main road. Decently priced hotel with friendly staff. Good free Wi-Fi, good pool side, good breakfast selection.
