Beautiful hotel and a lot of detail has gone into the public areas, nice ambience on arrival, lovely restaurant and pool side area. However consideration would have been appreciated on booking our accommodation that it was only the room you are paying for. Everything else is charged to the room, water, coffee, spa, so we will be paying basically double on the original booking. It is not a resort for couples for a romantic chill out. Children running every where and loudly.

An excellent hotel to rest a very quiet place, its people with a very friendly treatment, attentive with the guests its services nor say A-1 its spectacular rooms very clean and tidy I liked a lot its facilities I highly recommend it, I will return Soon.

Located very near entrance to Iguacu Falls NP and Parque de Aves. Good facilities and reasonable prices. Nice grounds with walk to viewpoint overlooking Iguacu River with birds and monkeys in the trees.

Excellent hotel. The human quality, the service of excellence. Very good menu, although I would recommend more variety. It is a place to go alone to rest and enjoy the facilities ❤

Excellent everything. We had a great time! Very good dinner buffet for 78 reais. The breakfast was also very good.
Extraordinary guide Mr. Juan Angel who took us to Cataratas side Argentino.
If you have a chance, take the must-see helicopter ride. Flights leave from here across the street, 4 blocks away.

The hotel is strategically located near the waterfalls and 200 metres from the bird park. The exteriors are nice: the hotel is inside a park, has a nice pool and a good SPA. Too bad for the rooms, comfortable but bare, like the long corridors that look like those of a hospital. Some picture, some flowers wouldn't just hurt.

We didn't have a good experience. We were a group of 8 in three rooms, two of which had the bathrooms covered, in one of the rooms did not pass the service two days in a row, the food scarce of options and the waiters poorly predisposed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We do not recommend it. Of the hotels in Brazil it was our first bad experience. My name is Gabriela Dominguez. I add it as they tell me we weren't registered. I hope you know now who qualifies them.

Beautiful grounds, location super convenient (close to the airport and walking distance from the entrance to the Falls park on the Brazilian side). Rooms are fine. Service was very good.

Spent 2 nights there in June 2018. Transport to and from airport, a short trip, provided by hotel with 48hr notice. One can walk 400m to the entrance to Iguazu Falls National Park, also a 5 star experience. One can easily spend 2 or 3 days exploring the park. Nearby, also within walking distance is an interesting bird park. Room, and rest of facility clean. Staff helpful and polite. We were off season, but restaurant open till 2230, and bar with food until 2330. Grounds neat, with walking paths to the Isuazu River. At no time did we feel unsafe. Given our short time frame. We did not visit the city of Foz do Iguazcu, some 23 km away.

Very comfortable stay when we visited Brazilian side of the Iguaçu Fall National Park. It's only a short walk (400 metre away) from the National Park entrance. The room is spotless clean. The hot water pressure is excellent. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel has luggage storage and it also provides free airport shuttle service.

Reservamos por duas noites para nossa lua de mel e pagamos pela suíte mais cara por conta da cama king size. Após voltarmos cansados do passeio às Cataratas, nos deparamos com cama de tamanho normal, a atendente disse que a cama era king e que poderia arrumar uma cama alguns centímetros maior. Devido ao cansaço ficamos no mesmo quarto, e tivemos uma péssima noite pois meu marido dormiu com os pés pra fora da cama. Ao reclamar com o gerente Leandro no dia seguinte, o mesmo disse que foi oferecido outro quarto e nós recusamos. Ainda não devolveram o valor pago pela noite a mais, pois saímos do hotel na mesma hora. O café da manhã de lá não tem nada de diferente de qualquer hotel. Inclusive os paes murcho e manteiga sem refrigeração. O prédio é lindo, localizado em lugar incrível, mas gerido por incompetente e desinteressado.

Nice and Nice. Warm attention from the staff. Could improve the theme cleaning and presentation of rooms and common places. Lobby, entertainment sector, hallways to the rooms. Considering Q is a very old hotel… But it can always be improved. Very good breakfast. And half board very well too.

Easy to access to brazil iguazu falls hotel. The service is not friendly but the tour desk is good.

Very small rooms. We can barely move with suitcases. But ideal location. Nice pool. Avoid the evening buffet expensive and not good.

Very well located for sightseeing as it is very close to the border. It has a very nice pool. It is a hotel that has been completely refurbished and surrounded by great vegetation.

The hotel is very spacious and the rooms come with frigobar equipped with drinks and cereal bars.
The breakfast is complete and the dinner (we had half board) also, with meals that are changing every day, the only thing that does not change the feijoada that is always available.
By the time we went, they were renovating the facilities, so they were in charge of maintaining the hotel. It has a playroom for the little ones and a separate Pool table at the bar.
The prices of the bar are somewhat high, the food is very rich but for example the burger is very thin and comes with few potatoes for the actuals coming out.
It is to stay inside and do the tours of the falls, as after there is not much (or nothing) to do outside the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel. The room for a single person was a good size. With regard to the food included with the passage could be more varied.

The Hotel is very luxurious, I loved it. The attention, the restaurante, the pool, all the amenities were very nice. Anyways, the hotel needs POTABLE water dispensers in all the halls, because I was with a person who had an stomach ache so I asked the reception desk for a glass of water and the receptionist sent me to the bar. There the waiter gave me a glass of NON POTABLE WATER. For someone who had an stomach ache! I hope that the hotel keep in mind my suggestion. Thank you.

Excellent hotel with very good cost benefit ratio. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Its location is key for those who want to visit the Devil's throat, Parque Das Aves, etc.

A 5-star hotel in Brazil, Foz do Iguaçu.
It has a handicap ramp, swimming pool, playroom, sports centre, two restaurants. It is close to the bird Park and Dreamland (Wax museum, Icebar, Wonders of the World).
Very good service in general, in the pool there is good attention but they take a lot at times we waited an hour for them to give us lunch. Except that very nice detail the establishment, very neat, has an internal business to buy gifts and a place to arrange the tours.

It's the first time I've been here. And I loved very polite friendly people the excellent service. Fully approved. With a 10, I'm cut. I'd come back again and again without hesitation.!

The rooms are hideous very close to a hospital room redone in a hurry.
The bathroom is of course not rest.
The breakfast buffet is certainly hearty but nothing is good or quality.
The shuttle from the hotel has forgotten us at the airport…
Not to mention a room that on our return at 3.30 pm is still not made while we were gone at 7am.
However the exteriors are pretty. The pool can be nice and some good wishes gives this hotel a nice service.
But it is absolutely not enough to make forget everything else… go your way.

Perfect hotel walking distance from Iguazu falls. We stayed there over Christmas holidays. Staff was super nice. They allowed us to do late checkout at 2PM as we had evening flights. The breakfast was well stocked and complete. The grounds are beautiful with a nice trail to explore the fauna. They are right next to Bird Park and then Iguazu falls.

Excellent place and attention. They manage the languages well and give appropriate tourist advice. Very good food although eating healthy is a bit complicated or expensive. Place with cost benefited very high. I'll be back soon thank you.

Hello is the second time we go to the hotel San Martin, this time we went with my children and my son-in-law, they came delighted! The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ANA with us gave us a cake for our anniversary and also highlight the attention and warmth of CASIO that made us dance and we spent 10 points celebrating my husband's birthday, thanks to all the staff of the hotel are geniuses, we will return to visit kisses T Odos!

Free pick up at airport. Nice hotel with clean room. Great location with great breakfast. Only I don't have time to stay longer.

Excellent hotel, in general lines good attention, very comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. Something expensive in terms of drinks. The place is very complete, park, swimming pool and walk with viewpoint to the river.

Long wait to check in, some rooms very dated. I can’t help but think the staff need better training too as they seem a little lost at times and don’t know how to treat customers effectively.

Excellent hotel in Foz Iguazu, very nice rooms, excellent resort and pool.
Points against: The Food preparation service is very slow, it is far from the Argentinean side which you have to rent a vehicle or take taxis constantly.
A place to go with family, partner or friends.

Very nice hotel in its facilities. All very comfortable clean, the pool excellent, the park very cared for, the food in the half board improved in variety although very rich and abundant.

It's worth it!

The hotel is beautiful. The outdoor sports grounds are properly maintained. The special bonus represents a JUNGELPFAD that culminates with a direct view of the Iguaçu.
The short distance to the entrance to the National park of the Iguaçu waterfalls invites you to a nice walk of a maximum of 15 minutes (without significant Gehbeeinträchtigung even shorter).
The Lockrufe of the parrots of the neighboring Bird Park, animate to visit, this spectacular spectacle of nature.
From table tennis to billiards is also guaranteed a good mood for rainy holiday days.
With its ideal location between the airport (Foz do Iguaçu) and Cataratas, the San Martin Resort is fully recommended.

Very nice place but location is bad. You need a 20 minutes taxi to go to the downtown.

Very good location at 100m from the Bird Park and 200m from the Falls Park and rather charming. However, the staff of the hotel is not particularly friendly and although small panels "silenzio" garnish the walls everywhere, the first to be noisy are not the guests but the maids and the work in progress in the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. The rooms are OK without more.

Was a nice resort to stay at while visiting iguasu. It was withing walking distance to the falls. Resort picked us up from the airport and breakfast was included. The only downside was they charged us a fee to drop us back to the airport.

Pass 5 days beautiful in the hotel, the room is half girl, the bathroom this well, but not there are vista (window with view internal to a patio with lawn). The TV was locked (frozen images) channels in Spanish and only watched channels in Portuguese. Cleaning may be better. (even though it disappeared I a shirt (Polo T-shirt) calculation it should have gone Questionings in sheets, never appeared and treated me as if I lied). The pool very good (could have more deck chairs), closes very early in January, just in the time of more heat. Dinner (which had it included in the half board) pretty mediocre by the place where we were, especially the desserts. The attention of the waiters is excellent. The hotel is is located in a very good area. If you have no mobility, it becomes a collective that goes to the Centre of Foz and is very fast.

I was in the month of April in 2016 in a room basic triple. The room is small to accommodate three adults. It does not agree with the 4-star hotel boasts. The old bathroom and badly maintained. Faucets that do not close well in shower and others health. The bath with peeling paint. Various insects found in the room.
The TV in the room is a monitor of PC of 20 ". Ridiculous.
In the living room dining room the food not always was of the day.
Other common areas (lobby, bar, halls, swimming-pool, surrounding jungle) well located.
The hotel is not recommended. The reputation of the Agency Ati does not well stop with this hotel.

Perfect location within walking distance from the Falls and the Birds Zoo, although a bit far from the city (which bodes well for me). Impeccable service with ever-smiling multi-language staff, the softest bedroom sheets ever and spotless rooms. There's a very nice gym and spa (costs a little extra, but well worth it). A nice walk on the woods leads to a deck with a view of the river. A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Incredible place. We had a spectacular week. Us we don't want to go.

We returned a week ago. Excellent service, very nice hotel. Only a bad thing. At seven of took it not I want turn on the light in the palette area already q we were drinking mate in the dark. Only that I didn't like. And in paraguay to buy home Bariloche.

The only problem is the Agency Paudimar (agency that works with this hotel) which recommends you buy in paraguay in a business (globe Sat) where you lie, you cheat and sell you all trout.
do not buy in this business of paraguay and not to operate paudimar.

Most of the rooms say "superior" have a view of the… 1.20 m.! Claustrophobic s abstain. Bathrooms at minima; Tropicalise service.
Too bad because there is everything to become a great hotel
