I want to start with something nice. Breakfast was great and most of the employees were really nice. First off, I emailed them because they boast free airport shuttle. I emailed in English, he replied in Portuguese. The “free” airport shuttle is only one way. You are expected to pay for the return unless you just the love the hotel so much you decide to move in. Check in sucked. Again, the site boasted bilingual employees. Not the case. The room is about the smallest damn place in the world. The “queen” bed was two twin mattress thrown into a sleeping bag. I rolled into the space between them every night. It was terribly uncomfortable. The electric in the room is controlled by placing your key in the slot by the door. I’ve done this many times at different hotels only this one hardly ever worked or would stop working halfway through the night so the ac would stop and you’d wake up stuck in-between two mattresses in a pool of sweat. You’d have to get out of bed to mess with the key to get everything working again. Then there’s the 1970’s style switchboard on the headboard of the bed. At first I was sure it was just old and out of order but it was actually the key on the wall not working so the switches on the headboard wouldn’t turn anything on. Inevitably, when my husband would try and put his arm under my head at night he’d accidentally hit a switch that would turn on the lights or off the ac. It was a real craptastic setup.

Excellent accommodation with all the comforts. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food Sazon and recommended. Thank you very much for the services provided.

Very good hotel, excellent staff very friendly and efficient, the food very varied and tasty Joel drinks the best all the excellent dedication. If I go back to Foz I would definitely return it to choose highly recommended.

Regular Hotel, TV without control, arrived to miss towels by bath, elevator with smell of morph, had to climb every day the stairs because of the elevator… The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It is Adminstrscao even the weak point.

It is a very nice place, neat and perfect to be in couple or family. It has a swimming pool and common areas to sit down to read or just rest. Totally recommended!

Small but very cozy Hotel. Comfortable. The rooms somewhat small but no one comes to Foz de Iguaçu to be inside the hotel. Life is outside.

They charged me twice. I had to talk to 4 different front desk people for them to tell me they would refund me the money. They didn’t. I had my credit card company cancel one of the charges. Then Turrance hotel charged me AGAIN. I’m so upset that they keep stealing from me. Don’t trust them!

It was not a very pleasant experience when we arrived we were told that the reservation was not made, when if it was made and paid for. We were placed after a while in a small room, lack of comfort, nothing to do with what we had hired, arguing that they had no other that the hotel was full the staff of the dining room excellent, attentive and very friendly, just like some of the girls of the Mini Stration. I don't think I would go again.

Excellent place. Very good food. The staff at the restaurant are excellent and very professional. The cleanliness is very good. It would improve the quilting of the matrimonial beds. The New Year's Eve dinner was the best of my life.

Péssimo atendimento após o chekin, hotel desorganizado, quarto com itens contratados faltando oy quebrado… o elevador alem de ser minúsculo, tem um cheiro horrível.

Totalmente bagunçado, as camas que deveriam estar juntas não estavam, eu tive que juntar, a TV desliga sozinha assim como todo o apartamento, o estacionamento, incluso no quarto, simplesmente estava lotado e meu caso ficou na rua.

The hotel is not bad but there is a lot of noise and one of the elevators is too small. Besides that was required assistance from the front desk, he made the call and never came.

Turrance hotel is a mediocre hotel to be in Foz do Iguaçu. The hotel can be rated as mediocre because it is acceptably clean, and the food is quite enjoyable, but the menu isn't really extensive. Also, the elevator is tiny. Sometimes it will take a while for you to go to your room, specially if you're staying in the top floors. Everyone is really nice, but there aren't many fluent English speakers. They can communicate in english though. To sum up, the hotel isn't top notch, but it delivers. So, I hope that you have a great stay if you decide to go there.
