An excellent place to enjoy with the family. Designed especially for children and with recreation activities all day, including rainy days. Your children will love you and so will you.

Activities for children. The food, the attention, very good. Yes I would like you to do smaller groups apart.

Waiting 5 hours for a room! And the second day no hot water in shower. Everybody speak portuges no english. Also café talk to them. You must try another hôtel. Its good for kids only.

Went to a convention for a play. Acoustic was bad. Chair placement bad as well as the ticket prize. It might be only location for that, but you should consider think twice.

Good buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. Great activities around the hotel and they even have a small zoo which is impressive.

+ large pool + good setting, beautiful interior — — alot off kids at the moment we stayed — — — had to eat with a group off adults in the kids restaurant next to the 1-5 baby room.

Nice overall but we booked a type of hab. And when they arrive we are placed in something that has no relation. Dubious explanations and the General Service left to be desired.

The rooms are nice, the facilities in general are very good and they have many services for the kids. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in front of a taxi point and next to the bus stop, right on the way to the Iguazu Falls. The service is good. A very good choice. An additional service that I found very good was that of a bus that takes people from the hotel to the duty free of Puerto Iguazú for free, you only have to warn at the reception that you want to take the bus before 4 pm.

Hotel no geral muito bom. Ótima comida e atendimento. Porém tem pouca opção de piscina e tinha alguma coisa na água das piscinas que deixavam todos verdes. Cabelos e roupas saiam tingidos de lá. Outro ponto negativo é o valor das comidas e bebidas. Uma lata de refrigerante custar 9 reais é demais na minha opniao.

Expectacular climatization, beautiful place, calm, but unfortunately to far from the city.

Everything was great except for the kids water park area. I think any parent would be disappointed having brought there kids all the way here to find out that the kid stuff was closed for maintenance. Food, spa, gym, and helpfulness of staff were all superb though! Beautiful place!

This is an excellent hotel. You have a very good breakfast. It has a small zoo with lots of birds. It's a great place to take the kids.

We loved our stay with the kids here. Many inviting lounges in the lobby. Convenient restaurants. Breakfast was great. There is a small zoo in the property and excellent pool area.

Rooms are very smelly and dated with worn carpet, and I can hear every detail of the person next door showering. Apparently, she likes Phil Collins music. No screen on the widow so I can't open it to air out the room without letting mosquitos in. Conversely, the common areas, including the buffet restaurant, are very nice and the staff is too.

Beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating. It was also very easy to plan outings. Outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, saunas and workout equipment were​ all available.

Very good service with a lot of options to have fun with kids. I am just missing some food options (specially when you get the "all-in").

This place is HEAVEN if travelling with kids. The daycare staff will watch your kids for up to ten hours a day (depending on the event schedule). Huge kiddie pool, nature trails, anals and play park. The rooms are nice, well preserved and spacious (no English TV stations). Lots of interior shops, the gym has new equipment, the spa is 5 star. Only a 10 minute drive to the Falls, Aves Bird Park and airport. 5 minute walk to Refain Show, and local eateries. This hotel is the best case scenario for parents!

This very good, good environment, good attention and much better if you have children, (if you annoy the cries of children, it is not your place) is fully prepared for the animators to watch. The only thing… the waiters bring you all quick to the table and in the sectors of the pool takes hours to bring a sandwich.

Was here for a scientific meeting. Excellent hotel and the rooms were very comfortable.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Our experience was that the staff members were not very professional and don't know much when you asked questions in English. They also work together with Taxi drivers to rip off the tourists.

I've never actually seen Igazu Falls, but I hope to someday. I've heard it's really nice! So, maybe someday I'll get down there (it's supposed to be a world wonder, right? ).
