Great hotel for divers and dive groups.

We just had the best holiday ever in this all-inclusive resort. Fantastic food: Breakfast, lunch and diner. The staf is ever so friendly! The cocktails are great. Chef Judy is a star! A la carte and buffet restaurants! Great value for money. Nicely situated on walking distance from the town centre! Bonaire is unbelievable. Beautiful snorkeling sites, the national park, the salt pier. The flamingos! Donkey sanctuary. Too much to mention it all. We will be back!

Very good place, good people and very well attended.

Was wonderful. Came off the cruise ship. We walked 10 minutes and they let us get a resort pass for $20. Snorkeling was great, lovely area to lay out, bar, restaurant, and stores. Lovely!

It wasn’t terrible. There are parts that need to be reviewed though. The night front desk staff has the ability to look right past a person, not acknowledge or speak to them. The day front desk staff is great! Helpful, acknowledging, comes back to check on the guests. The location is great. The pools are nice, as is the sun deck and beach deck. It does get loud. Even with the windows closed and all locked up. There is a store close by (bring a mask, you aren’t local, they don’t sell a mask to no local people). The breakfast is good as are the restaurants. We had ants. They kept leaving decaf coffee so we had to keeping coming down to the front for regular coffee. Overall not bad, little things… did I say great location and helpful day front desk staff.

Cindy and Ruud were great captains/dive masters and made the trip amazing with all the great dive sites they took us to and pointed out some of the fish life that we all missed, along with the rest of the staff.

An amazing resort right on the sea. Diving/snorkling at the resort is beautiful, there are many fish and we've seen a turtle. Friendly employees. Rooms are clean and we had an amazing view over the Caribbean sea and swimming pool. The food was great. We definitely going back to this resort. Thanks for the unforgettable holiday.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is family friendly great for a getaway weekend or also for a romantic getaway. The rooms are also very nice and they have two spectacular pools.

I was fortunate enough to visit Bonaire with the super fun group called SingleDivers. Com. Not only was it extremely organized and easy. Between Divi Flamingo and SingleDivers, the whole experience was phenomenal.
The Diving is outstanding… Thanks again to Serge, Carlos and Dr. D for your expertise!
But even more. The entire staff here at Divi Flamingo are incredibly friendly, helpful and so amazingly fun.

While visiting friends in Bonaire we decided to try the breakfast buffet. The food was delicious and everyone was so nice!

Great staff, awesome food, and terrific diving. We will definitely be back.

Stayed here for a week and had an excellent stay. Great room, 513, food and drinks were very good.

I have verry good experience here as a local one. They have variety of food. Local and international. There services is very good with also us local. The people as always a smile on there face.

Were told by the ship and also found on the tourism website for Bonaire that we could pay $5 per person to use the facilities. When we got there we were told it was $10 per person. After asking the lady at the registration counter about the beach and water access (asked if we needed water shoes to get into the water from the beach, was told no) we paid the $20 and went looking for the beach. The beach we found was elevated above the water and you had to walk down 10 steps to get into the water (not a problem). The problem was with the entrance into the water. The ground was covered in pieces of coral and was solid rough rock. Had we been told this we would have not paid to use the facilities since we didn't have water shoes. It was unbearable trying to get into the water. The resort it self was beautiful just disappointed in the information we were given.

Cool little casino near the town. Two blackjack tables one roulette table, a few other tables and some slot machines. People smoking inside and run down tables make this a 3 star for me. I haven’t been to the other casino on the island yet to compare.

Great service, great location. Good wheelchair accessibility. We had a large group, they did a great job taking care of us with yummy buffet meals. Diving was top notch! Outstanding staff and dive sights.

Very nice laid-back quiet Island if you want peace and relaxation not a lot going on but a nice vacation beaches are not the greatest but the water is nice.

Our dive group just finished 1st week of annual trip to Bonaire with Divi Flamingo Beach Resort, Divi Dive Bonaire, and our AMAZING divemasters Ruud Janssen and Denise Glacer. As usual they knocked it out of the park! Everyone in group are multi year guests at Divi Flamingo and all agree Divi is the absolute best place to stay. Super friendly staff, great restaurants and amenities on property, an amazing view, and best of all a 5 minute secenic walk along beautiful Caribbean Sea to town make it perfect for divers and non divers alike. As for diving, Serge and Divi Dive are BEST dive op on island. Serge goes out of his way to help and accommodate his divers in any way possible. As for divemasters, Ruud and Denise are by far the absolute best, most knowledgeable, fun and hard working divemasters around. From their fun and detailed briefings, to the way they go above and beyond to point out great finds, large and small, on every dive. De and, Ruud all go out of their way to get to know each their divers and make each dive special. Especially Denise, her excitement for diving and energy are contagious. Their professionalism, pride in their work, and enthusiasm for diving all make for an experience you won’t get with most other divemasters or dive ops, and in no small part why we return every year. Divi Flamingo Resort, Divi Dive Bonaire, Serge, Ruud and Denise, thank you all. Can’t wait for an epic week.

We booked the Woodwind snorkel trip on a catamaran and we enjoyed it to the max. I scuba dive and the fish and fauna were a great representation of the landscape.

I stayed here the last week of March. Only gave it a 4 rating as I think there are certain criteria for a 5… that said this place was great, the staff went out of their way to help me as I floundered through the week forgetting stuff everywhere, right through till I left as that day the zipper on my suitcase fell apart (yes I travel a lot) and the Dive shop sacrificed a length of rope I am sure they had another use for so I could tie up my suitcase as it was easter sunday and nothing else was open…

Won't regret it. Great snorkeling right in front of the resort. Dive shop staff is great as well. Very central. 5 mins walk to middle of town.

White sand beaches and beautiful turquoise waters teeming with all kinds of underwater creatures! One of the best diving places in the Caribbean but I prefer snorkeling, which I did every day. The underwater beauty of all the magnificent colored fish never seemed to amaze me. Safe island and no fears to be out after dark walking around. Enjoyed steady 84 degree temperature and tropical winds. Our resort was perfect with a kitchenette and an enclosed patio and the pool nearby. Delicious food served in 3 restaurants at all times of the day. All inclusive package was very expensive and they don't pro-rate you for the day you arrive late at 8 pm at night nor on the day you have to depart at 10:30 am. Tried speaking to the Manager about this but got no results. Need to plan extra days on either end to receive your full benefits of all — inclusive. Wait staff and cleaning ladies were wonderful. Everyone else not so friendly. — we were told this is their custom to be quiet and reserved. Great celebratory vacation with my hubby!

Nice friendly and relaxed This place is a quiet and friendly place. It's not a crazy party place. The happy hour is great, food is pretty good as well. Thanks buffet nights are not amazing, but also not bad. The staff is very laid back and nice. This is the perfect place for people that aren't picky, type A, etc. The Dive staff as nothing short of amazing and accomodating. They are serious about safety but very fun.

We recently returned from the Divi Flamingo. I was appalled to hear of the roach infestation and Divis nonchalant attitude of we will spray in the morning ing. He had to insist they spray, despite it being 3am in the morning. Looking at photo's the place is in need of attention. Peeling paint and mold is common to all units. Maids reuse the water so your floor is mopped with filthy dirty water. I was also saddened to hear that regulars are being turned away for diving as they favor the groups. It was busy but to turn your back on loyal customers is not acceptable. The boats were packed. Cattle boats to be honest. Additionally, the resort still charges an energy surcharge even though the electric rates have gone done long ago. Just another way to gouge their guests. I would recommend captain dons habitat or buddy dive for accommodations and diving. Just waking up in the middle of the night to find your floor covered with roaches is bad even though you expect some as it is the islands. Food was good but on the high side. Recommend going into town as there are some great restaurants. It's a great island but there's other establishments who would appreciate your business more and proved a nicer cleaner stay. If I were a timeshare owner, I'd be quite upset as its clearly obvious they aren't using the maintenance fees to maintain the units!

We've been here 7 times. The food is outstanding and fairly priced for a top notch meal. I had Grilled Mahi Mahi, with an excellent white sauce, as did my wife. I had it 3 days ago here too. Restaurant staff are top shelf, Edwin & Benjamin are the best at the Chibi! Tuesday is Taco night, all you can eat. Saturday is BBQ night all you can eat. Outstanding!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Divi Flamingo during our recent honeymoon. The hotel is focused towards divers like much of Bonaire. Although we did not dive while on the island we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from our room was incredible! The rooms were more comfortable and we had a bottle of champagne awaiting our arrival! And there are multiple areas to just lounge, enjoy the beautiful Bonaire weather, and admire the gorgeous sunsets throughout the hotel. In particular, the activities planner (unfortunately I don't recall her name) was extremely accommodating. She booked both a sunset sail tour and a personal tour of the island for us, not an easy task on days when a cruise ship is not docked. Our only complaint was the price of the breakfast and dinner buffets. But the hotel is close enough to town you can eat wherever you'd like. We would definitely recommend the Divi to anyone visiting Bonaire.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thr food was hear as well. They are able to accommodate special dietary needs, even for vegans if need be. The dive shop is well stocked in case you forgot any gear. The dive boats are set up well and made for good trips to dive sites. All the staff (front desk, maids, servers, dive masters, security, spa workers…) were all so pleasant and accommodating. Just a short walk to town as well for exploring more of Bonaire.

The hotel facilities on Bonaire have a very high standard and are equipped with swimming pool. I stayed with my family and friends in the hotel complex Flamingo Beach and was extremely satisfied. Wonderful dives — even at night — I could enjoy over a week.

The Divi is a reflection of the rest of the island; simple, non commercialized, very laid back and geared towards the diving/snorkeling enthusiasts. There is a small casino on site that stays open until 4am, but everything else is closed by midnight. The rooms, grounds, food and service are three stars set in a five star location. We needed a slow paced, relaxing vacation, and that's what we got. World class diving, and possibly the best snorkeling and sunsets in the world!

For divers: all within walking distance of the room. All diving services. Free tanks, lockers, guns your team… giant step and water! The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen…

I've always been to breakfast and we've been very satisfied.

Spent a week here. The rooms were nice and clean. The resort has a nice food selection. The folks who work in the dive shop were helpful and knowledgeable. Spent all week shore diving so I can't speak to the experience on the dive boats. Overall, wonderful time, beautiful resort and I plan on returning.

It is the Best place to relax and enjoy your vacation time. All of the staff are excellent and it's quiet and the restaurants are superb. This will be our 17th year and again looking to see friends again. The dive shop with Serge is the Best on the island along with with his staff of Dive Masters. You can't find a better vacation than the Divi on Bonaire because of Melissa the general manger…

Nice resort. Right on the water. My ocean view room is literally feet from the ocean. Gorgeous view and you can hear the waves crashing as you fall asleep. Wifi is almost non existent unless you are in the lobby. Usually would not be a big deal, but I am here for work and being out of the country, Wi-Fi is my only way to get emails and communicate with people back home. Very difficult to get anything done with limited Wi-Fi in my room. My only complaint so far.

Nice and relaxed. Good food, slow services. Lots of wildlife in de sea near the park.

This hotel is good, nice and cheap. It looks out over the Caribbean Sea, two swimming pools, spa, shops, restaurants and many other things. Very good care and is only a 5-minute walk from the Centre of the city.

I had a well made mudslide cocktail a delicious club sandwich and a cheesecake.

Come to know it very good.
