Hotel Silverpine - A Boutique Hotel in Thimpu

“We were quite disappointed with our dinner experience at Hotel Silverpine in Thimphu. The kitchen completely forgot to prepare vegetables, and we were served only khichdi, kadhi, and roti. This is very basic negligence, especially when guests are expecting a proper meal after a long day of travel. Such poor planning and lack of attention is unacceptable for a hotel. We strongly suggest improving kitchen management and ensuring complete meals are served to guests. ”

Room need to be more neat and clean.
Some portion here was found in the bed seat and weight cover.
It is not expected in such a good quality, Hotel.
But a mandatory thing is need to say about the finest quality of Indian style, food of buffet breakfast and dinner.
Really all the foods are very tasty with good hygiene maintenance.

The hotel as well as the staff is wonderful, location is mesmerizing, no complaints just enjoyed our 3 days of stay here, thank you so much to all who work here for the pleasant experience 💖🙏💖

It is a great hotel in Thimphu. Great view, great rooms, good service and also good food.

This is located just outside the Thimphu town, before the entry.
Good views from our rooms.
Rooms were very spacious and clean.
Service was excellent.
Our package included breakfast and dinner. The food was good.

Quite Good. You can visit the hotel. Staff behavior is really good and polite. Location is far from proper city/town. It's near the welcome gate. Wash rooms water taps are not maintained. Water pressure very low. WC not working properly. Otherwise all good. Food was really very tasty. Views from room remarkable.

Pleasant stay with good staff. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was good and enjoyed the stay, closer to the all land mark. Great view from the room. This is a new property. Select top floor for better view. Ample parking area but at the entry a steep inclination is there. This hotel located on the main road.

Rooms are small not well equipped. Food is average. But staff was helpful.

Hotel location is superb. Room service is excellent. All employees working there are very cooperative.

My experience at The Silverpine Boutique Hotel exceeded all expectations, making it the best among the three hotels I stayed at during my Bhutan trip. From cleanliness to outstanding service, homely food (Indian and Bhutanese), hospitality and amenities, this hotel excels in every aspect of comfort.
Situated in an excellent location, the hotel offers the guests to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery just outside. A charming walking trail opposite the hotel provides a perfect place for a leisurely morning stroll.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and friendliness of the manager and staff, who ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. When my mother required medical attention due to an injury sustained during our travels, the hotel manager went above and beyond, ensuring she received prompt and proper treatment. Their kindness and support has deepened my respect for the country and its people.

We Sr. Citizen group of 21 persons from Ahmedabad stayed for 3 days in month of September 2023.
All staff right from owner to each staff is very cooperative. Rooms are very spacious with full amenities. With very good outside natural hilly natural views.
Food and breakfast delicious.
Location is very good.

We stayed in thus hotel with our group of 26 persons and very happy overall.
The service was nice. As everywhere in Bhutan, its mostly the girls who run the show. The bf and dinner buffets were quite good. The location is good if you have indoor activities in the evening. A vehicle (your own or taxi) is needed to go into Thimphu town. Apart from the good size dining hall, there is an additional hall where our travel company had arranged a cultural evening. View from our room was quite good. The owners live just behind the hotel and so are always accessible.
