NUMINOUS HOTEL

Numinous Hotel was one of the Best of experiences when our family of 4 toured Kingdom of Bhutan recently.
Rooms that we got were Excellent with Breath taking views. Location for us was the Best as it was all green around. But for those who wish to locate amidst the hustle bustle of the City centre, it's 10 minutes away. Food was terrific. The best part was their Service — It was team work and each and every member Top down was competing to give us the Best experience. Care, Courtsey, Cleanliness, everything was there and nothing more to ask. Continue the good work.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Numinous during our trip to Bhutan, and the experience truly exceeded all expectations. The room and accommodation were absolutely beautiful. Our rooms were meticulously clean. The level of service provided by the entire staff was truly outstanding. ​The dining experience was a definite highlight. Dinner was an authentic and delicious affair, with the chefs brilliantly preparing classic local dishes like Ema Datshi.

The venue was so nice, food amazinggggg and all the staff were so sweet. I loved the whole vibe. Definitely going there again.

Great service and great experience. Ambience is very good and clean. Property looks very cute. And the scenery is great.

Three veterans with our better halves stayed in Hotel Numinous from 13th to 15th Jun 2025. Right from the moment of our arrival to departure, each moment became memorable. The hotel rooms are very neat, clean and comfy with everything in perfect working condition. The linen quality was very fine and tastefully done.
The best part of our stay was the very hospitable behaviour of the hotel staff from the reception to bar to dining area. Ms Jamuna and Ms Sunny Mongar are the very life of the hotel. Their happy demeanor and extremely courteous behaviour with a very positive attitude is the hallmark of the hotel. Self and my friends were so happy and satisfied with their services and positive attitude that we went back again there on 18th Jun while returning from Phobjikha to have a lunch at the hotel. It was a treat that made us very happy and highly satisfied. The hotel is located just outside Thimpu but it is a plus as it provides very serene atmosphere to the guests.
I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Bhutan should stay in this hotel and they will remember their experience very positively.

Amazing hospitality. Loving care. Fantabulous food. Leaves a memorable taste and memory of a country that is considered the abode of happiness. All the staff went out of their way to ensure that even small things were taken care of. A nice place to stay.

The rooms are clean and have a nice balcony. The hotel staffs are very much helpful. The food is great as they have indian chef. You can get customised food also. They have a nice karaoke bar to spend the evening. Overall it's a great stay for 2 days. Would like to visit once again.

We stayed in Numinous Hotel for 2 days and had a very pleasant experience. They greeted us with a hot cup of tea and we very helpful throughout. The food was sumptuous and we relished our breakfast and dinners. Rooms were neat and very well maintained. There is also a karoke club in basement where we had fun singing and drinking some Bhutanese beer.
Overall a very pleasant experience, staffs are conginial and the rooms are excellent with a good view. I highly recommend this place for stay anyone traveling to Thimphu.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms was clean and impeccably maintained. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the hills.
Even though it’s slightly away from the city center, the peaceful setting made it worth it. The karaoke bar downstairs added a fun vibe, and the helpful service from the amicable staff made the experience even better. Highly recommended from my side.

My recent stay at the Numinous Hotel in Thimphu was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.  
The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious Bhutanese and international dishes. The food was well-prepared and the service was prompt. The hotel also has a bar where guests can relax and enjoy a drink.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Numinous Hotel and would recommend it to others visiting Thimphu.

The view from the window is wonderful. The hospitality is very warm and nice. The washroom is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed staying here. People here are very humble. We would recommend this place.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful scenic view. Bit away from city crowd. Peaceful location. Staff is very cooperative and kind. Food is very tasty and reasonable rate. Service is nice. Rooms are comfortable. Overall my experience is very good for all matters.

The ambience, service and hospitality is too good. You'll definitely have a great time here. Since this place is in outskirts of the Thimphu city, there's no doubts in having a peaceful stay.
And about the food, everything that's served was amazing and tasteful. Especially, the parata served here was the best. The view from the room is amazing and gives romantic feeling. The staffs here are very polite and friendly as well.

The stay is very comforting and the service here is very nice. The people are warm and welcoming and also serve good food.
There is also a small bar where you can play and sing karaoke and have a good time!
The bar tender is sweet and a lot of options are availaible for singing!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were crisp and fresh. The Hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They were knowledgeable about the area and made great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The food was delicious and well-presented. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, and the restaurant offered an excellent selection of local and international cuisine.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, food, and accommodations were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was a great experience. Hotel is owned by an Indian professor. Chef is also an Indian. Food was also very much delicious. Staff was very attentive and care taking. Easy access to road. Specious rooms and good view from rooms. Had a great time while we stayed for 2 days.
