We just had our wedding at Hidden Valley with 23 guests and talk about the Dreamiest place you have ever been! The staff was absolutely incredible, the food was delicious, and rooms and ground are unbelievably breathtaking. Waterfalls on waterfalls and they are so captivating! Estelle, Hector, Christoph just to name a few of the wonderful and helpful staff that made our experience so memorable. We will be back again and again after our stay with you. Thank you for making our dreams come true for our special day and for creating such a truly memorable, classy, and elevated experience for us and our guests!

This place is a true jewel in paradise. Out of all the resorts I have visited in Belize, this is far the most exquisite and upscale romantic place ever. The staff is very professional and accommodating. All you needs are taken care of. The cabana rooms are huge and spacious with wood decor and leather furniture. Touring the reserve is an A+ to visit and the waterfalls are awesome. The formal dinner at the pool side was remarkable. I will forever remember this moment in time.

What can't I recommend, loved it all. It's a great getaway for people who like to get off the beaten path.

Pleasant mountain lodge located in a remote Mayan Mtns Ridgeline. Lots of birds and hiking trails with waterfall creeks. Day trips provided to caves, arclogical sites (Carasel, Tikal) and more outside adventure. Food is outstanding from their kitchen. Swimming pool and spa also. Very few bugs because it's a pine forest area, but rainforest is near by in low elevation. Great stay to be had.

Simple elegance with incredble customer service. We have had a tour, hiking, message so far and the staff are completely attentive to every need. The food is amazing! My hubby and I have completely been able to unplug here. My message was one of the best I have ever had. We still have a couple days left and I am so excited. We are totally relaxed! I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort to anyone needing to just unplug, relax and enjoy.

Hidden Valley Inn is a nature lovers paradise! We booked our room here specifically for Butterfly Falls to take our elopement photos and celebrate our honeymoon, we are so happy we did. A lot of people do not like the drive to the Reserve but I think getting there is an adventure itself! You get to experience a part of Belize a lot of people don't know about including some of the locals from the beach areas! To start off the staff is extraordinary! I had so many questions because I have never been to Belize, and the staff never made me feel like I had a silly question. This is a huge plus to me! The staff treats you like family! Edwin, Maisel, and Gladness are there to help you with anything you could think of! I have to say one special moment that I hold dear to me is that Gladness reached out to me on the day of our photo shoot to see if I needed help with hair, makeup, or maybe a cocktail. She defiantly wanted my morning to be stress free and her actions showed it. We spent 3 nights at Hidden Valley and wish we would have stayed longer. I do suggest getting the breakfast and dinner included in your rate! We did not leave the reserve the 3 nights we were there because there is so much to do! My husband was lucky enough to see a Tapir on our first night there on one of our hikes.

Grounds are excellent! Staff is great. Location is difficult to get to and meals were typically okay to slightly above. But the location to the major points of interest is hard to beat.

Had a BLAST driving dirt roads and hiking to waterfalls and overlooks as well ask kicking back in a hammock and eating great meals. Wonderful staff, great accommodations. Fireplaces (in every room I think) were quite lovely.

Hidden Valley and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. The cottages with the outside showers and hammock porches are a must! We hiked and swam in the natural pools on the property, saw beautiful foliage and animals, took advantage of the hot tub and pool as well! Marvin was a terrific guide on our excursions and the staff at the restaurant and bar were beyond nice. We learned so much about the culture and history and took a day to hang out in San Ignacio! We can't wait to come back!

Too bad the lunch is too expensive because the evening menu is very good.

Hidden Valley Inn was by far the BEST part of our honeymoon in Belize! Yes, it is challenging to get to… but once you're there, you don't need to leave for anything! The staff goes above and BEYOND their duties to make sure you are comfortable and that everything you could possibly need is readily available for your use. The cottage-style rooms they provide for guests are in pristine shape, with an indoor bathtub, and a gorgeous outdoor shower. The staff comes to refill a pitcher of ice water in your room every time you are out, so you always come back to fresh water. Hidden Valley provides 3 meals a day plus High Tea every day in the evening. The food is DELICIOUS and there's always something new to try! The BEST PART, however, is the fact that the Inn sits on a HUGE nature reserve, filled with hiking trails and waterfalls to swim in. They even offer day-long picnic getaways for couples who want to spend a day at a private waterfall on the reserve. This is the PERFECT honeymoon spot if you like to be pampered, but also like to adventure! Also very close to the ATM Cave (HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ) and Caracol (site of the biggest Mayan ruins in Belize).

Trendy yet cozy resort. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is exquisite and there is always great drinks at the bar. The staff are some of the friendliest in all of Belize. The Managers are great as well. Definitely a place to go if you are looking to have fun adventures and relax afterwards. 5/5.

A comfortable and truly hidden inn located within the nature of the Cayo South municipality. Delicious and fresh food, amigable service, and many places (like waterfalls) to discover which are surrounding the inn. Definitely recommend everyone who searches for peace and/or some adventure inside the woods to visit this place!

It is very quiet, beautiful setting. Lots of waterfalls. Most prestine in Belize.

Staying in Hidden Valley Inn, was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The afternoon we arrived not only did we have a warm welcome and welcome drink but they where so gracious to drive us to anywhere on property, we started at 1000 foot falls and ended at butterfly falls. Back to the inn for dinner which was amazing! Day two: we rented the private waterfall and secret pools, the day was incredible! We where alone, one with nature but we did not have to worry about lunch because the Inn had set up a beautiful picnic with sparkling wine. Day three: we stared with breakfast (every meal at the inn was incredible and they where so accommodating to my dietary needs) and then picked up by our tour guide Rick to go to Coco frio cave, Caracol and Coco frio pools. The whole excursion from start to finish was incredible and the inn packed lunch for us to eat at Caracol. I highly recommend Rick, one of the best and most knowledgeable tour guides I've very had. Day four: We started with a one hour hike on property, lunch and then picked up by tour guide Marvin, for our Barton creek cave canoeing, a Mayan human sacrifice site. The cave was outstanding, I was so taken back with how scary yet peaceful it was. Day five: sad to say was our day to go home but not without and great breakfast and wonderful goodbye. I highly recommend Hidden Valley Inn to anyone it truly is a "Hidden Gem" in Belize!

This place is incredibly beautiful! It's a bit difficult to get to but I found out too late there's an airport in San Ignacio. Everything else was spectacular! The property is gorgeous and you could just spend several days exploring the waterfalls, swimming holes, and hiking trails. The food was superb with lots of variety and local fare. The excursions were reasonably priced and super fun. We went zip-lining at Calico Jacks one day and on an all-day tour to Tikal in Guatemala. Well worth the round trip! This place is "hidden treasure! "

This is one of the best eco-hotels I've been to. Recommend.

It's a hidden gem in the wild of the Mountain Pine Ridge. Breathtaking views over the Mayan Mountains, many beautiful secret waterfalls.

Hidden Valley is a beautiful boutique property surrounded by lush rainforest. We loved that it is tucked away, and we really felt like you could get away from it all! All the cabins have a wood burning fireplace (it actually gets chilly at night! ), sitting area, and coffee station. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. We enjoy the miles and miles of hiking trails, and really loved our private waterfall lunch. We highly recommend this hotel for those who want adventure, or even those who want to getaway from it all. FYI the spa is fantastic! Can't wait to return.
