Beautiful hotel, very clean room, very decent quality of service despite the sanitary conditions and current actual lack! we are very happy with our stay! we ate very well mercii especially at Pina very helpful and very friendly.

Rooms are clean and comfy but the food is awful and evening buffet the majority of the food was cold and couldn’t eat it but still charged us 38 euros even after complaining staff also rude.

Oh yes we recommend this property! Beautiful room, exceptional welcome, warm and regarding the restaurant … my god it was good! As for the staff … d a kindness and an outstanding professional. Clean hotel and easy access. On the other hand, the cuisine is overpriced: a classic burger has 18 degrees or a beef fillet with fries and a sipidy salad for almost 29 degrees… may be used to hosting Japanese or American buses but really exaggerated! ️

It was a fabulous room and lovely food.

Lovely room plenty choices for breakfast the staff were very friendly.

Bog standard in the middle of nowhere and no life around. Meals are basic and not a lot of choice. Air con only on top floor. Supposed to be 3* lucky if it's 2*.

We expected better. We were disappointed with the breakfast. And personal level it's not the best. About the same question 3 different answers depending on the employee. At the room level bof bof bulb that does not work among other things.

After a very long and arduous ride, it was a bed to sleep. VERY understaffed and poorly managed. This hotel is just a bed with somewhat edible food.

It's been very hot and all I got is a tiny fan. I've been here for two weeks and I'm grateful the sun is on the other side when I come back from work. They have cleaned my room everyday. Even when I put the "do not disturb" sign out. They don't seem to care. And still I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper. They also took away my towels without replacing them. All you have in the room is a water boiler, a tiny fridge that doesn't really get cold, TV with belgian channels. No microwave. I'm sure it's perfectly fine for a night or two.

Rooms are OK. Location is Ok for passong thru. Restaurant is not good.

It’s a nice hotel. There was no AC in our room which was a little uncomfortable but rooms were very clean and the price was right for only one night.

Whether you talk with the manager or the housekeeper the staff is very kind and welcoming and helpful. Bed is very large super comfortable room a bit warm but we found a fan in the very clean hotel wardrobe whether it's the hallway room or whatever…
Breakfast with pretty good choice and very good.
We had asked for several requirements for a double tub mini fridge bed… exetera and they did our best to satisfy our desires we had taken a handset with the Pairi Daiza park super good value and as we took a pass to the park we will surely return home in addition to the restaurant has a very nice little menu and it was very good.

The architecture is very niceh, thé personel is very welcoming and kind, there's Wi-Fi evrerywhere in thé Building. Only downside if you open te window you hear thé highway.

Not a nice vacation resturant or anything like that. It's not terrible, just seems like it's more so for making a stop on a road or business trip. Far away from anything worth while, it's not really a "chill with the family and have a good time" place. Very bland, feels dead in here. Rooms are pretty nice though, comfortable beds, sheets and really good pillows. Provids shower gel, hand soap and blow dryer in the bathroom, which is pretty nice. Good and seemingly safe stopping point for between destinations.

Small brewery area but good ' this hotel does not date from yesterday.

Very nice hotel to rest one night, stay on business visit on Lessines Ath or farther. Seminar rooms. Very well.

Clean & tidy hotel set very near an industrial estate. Over priced food for what you get. Over worked night/bar staff so a wait is normal at the bar. Not the staff's fault but more needed for the evening. Staff friendly but can't serve all when duties are spread to thickly. If you want food will be prepared freshly & delivered to your room but that explains the lack of bar service.

Hotel that has excellent bedding. Staff very attentive and very efficient. Very good stay.

Very good hotel, great rate, modern room, clean and class. Restaurant type buffet not bad. Very friendly, large parking and located in the middle of the industrial area so perfect to go to work!

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast (including english breakfast, a large assortment of bread, cereals, meat and cheese). The sound isolation of the rooms is not always sufficient.

Clean hotel but no staff about. Reception person has to do both the reception desk and bar duties? For that reason the level of customer services is rubbish as you are always waiting about. One evening we got so fed up of waiting at the bar we left and went to our room. And you have tea and coffee making facility in your room but they give you no milk!? Not sure what that's all about. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone very poor service throughout the hotel which spoilt our short stay in Belguim!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Cleaning was done daily, towels and sheets were always clean and fresh.
Good location, very close to the highway for/from Brussels.
Restaurant for dinner was pretty limited and expensive for what it offered, we prefered driving and eating in Ath and had only breakfast at the hotel.
Our room keys kept on deactivating themselves, it become very frustrating going up and down to reception to reactivate them.
No AC in the rooms, we were lucky it was kinda cold outside so we didn't actually need AC.
All in all, well deserved 3*.

Great hotel, stayed there during Belgian go weekend. However because of this the price for food was very high and as it is located in an industrial estate there is nowhere else to eat so unless you have means to travel your stuck paying their prices. Rooms excellent, staff friendly and food was ok.

Comforable and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food in buffet with delicious salads. Water not boiling for a good cup of tea. Would recomend this.

The front desk and restaurant staff were great. Always very friendly. And to my needy colleague, very accommodating. The rooms were clean. However, the first room I stayed in was very dark. My final few nights were in a different room that was much brighter making the stay much better. The breakfast was very good… far better than most hotels I have stayed at. The restaurant, although not cheap, was top notch.

We were in Belgium on an organised WW1 Weekend as a Group, the Staff coped very well. Our Room was very clean, lovely Shower and the most comfortable bed — EVER! The food was very good too. The Hotel was situated near an Industrial area, but all buildings were low, which gave a sense of space and calm. I really enjoyed our time at the Hotel and would recommend the Hotel.
