Excellent location. We stayed there for three days with our dog. The staff was very friendly and the service very good.

The best location, right in the centre of Ghent. The breakfast very varied and good preparation. The staff were very friendly and the room spacious, if somewhat ancient, but it has its charm of the old manor house. The worst thing the car access and the lack of a concert with a parking nearby with reduced prices for clients, because the car parks are a robbery unarmed.

Well-placed but humidity in the bathroom and room pt breakfast too small.

Very run-down house, size of rooms ok, Breakfast ok, location great, price considering the condition of the house is too expensive. Nice Staff. Note without rating: No air-conditioned rooms.

I have spent four nights. The more room to dwarf. The enormous bed. The cleaning low. The stairs to kill himself and the elevator, just to the side of my room very noisy and the guides are not anchored. Noisy. Very old and lacking of maintenance. Well located, very central.

It was an okay stay. A bit noisy early in the morning (heard a lot of doors slam). Breakfast was Nice. I ordered a glutenfree breakfast when I checked in and it was ready for me the next morning. I was very happy about that.

Very disappointed with my weekend in this hotel (Saturday 11/02)! We spent the night in a room/bathroom without heating where the temperature was 12°! After several complaints about discomfort in the room, the reception offered us a solution … A cover, very commercial! Fabulous for a night at 120€

This hotel does not have a good value for money!
Too expensive for the aging, the decoration and the insulation of the rooms.

Location is perfect, walking distance to all nice squares and riversides. Rooms are spacious, but some have squeaky floors (you can hear/feel your neighbor walk. Room 30/31). Breakfast good, very friendly and helpful staff. One point for improvement: better showerhead/more water pressure.
In general: I would recommend it for short stay city trip.

Perfect location! Great room! Breakfast was Ok. The building seems to be a little old, so there is some creaking on the floors, but nothing too annoying.

I like its location (you have everything at hand, you can go walking to many places) but above all the breakfast… it's all what you hope when you have a long day ahead. They have all, milk, Orange juice, cereals, bacon with eggs, delicious sausage, fruit and pastries varied. The rooms are very clean. And the receptionist are very friendly.

Location TOP, but… After staying there for almost one week I can definitely say, next time I will certainty look for another place. In the first room I couldn't open the windows. Both were brocken or locked. During breakfast there was a kind of chemical eggs. Some equipments in the bathroom seems to fall apart. And and and… I'm fine with many of those things, but not for 120€ a night as a discount price. They should really use the money for some new investments. However, service was ok and the staff was friendly.

Large room, clean, nice staff, good Breakfast with fresh fruit salad, great Central location, very quiet. Again at any time.

The place is awesome — authentic house with nice views (from some rooms at least), friendly staff, nice breakfast. Could be less expensive, I guess — but also good as it is.

My wife and I really liked the hotel and staff. The towns people were very friendly and helpful, The city is amazing. Everything was really good except for the following: 1. There is no Hotel parking. 2. Rude cook. 3. No A/C.
