Very disappointed with my stay. My hotel room was in the garage area, not even in the hotel. There was no lift to carry heavy bags or a bellhop to offer assistance. The ceilings were cracked throughout the room and stains on the carpet. I returned to the front desk immediately and asked if I could have another room, I was told that no other rooms were available. I went out to dinner and returned to the hotel where I saw the manager checking in another couple — to a hotel which supposedly didn't have any other rooms. The next morning, had breakfast in the hotel. The attendant came to the buffet, after seating us at a table, to tell me breakfast was not included and I would have to sign for it immediately (right there at the buffet). When I later asked for cream for coffee, she pointed to the buffet and said it was over there, without ever looking up from her podium. Would not recommend staying here.
