Small constructive remark, in this period of COVID, it would have been great if the hotel offered a little more choice in terms of meals … and small snacks to go up in the room, like chips for example …

This is my tenth visit to this establishment.

Great location, hotel located in a central of everything, sometime there’s concert or Brass band concert in the square right outside the hotel. Room is very nice and spacious. All staff are friendly and helpful. The car park within the hotel is definitely a plus. My partner and I came to Bruges for a weekend every year, Crowne Plaza definitely the best option.

Great big room with wood beams. Helpful service on the front desk. Nice ambiance in the café for a quick glass of wine before bed. Some inconsiderate guests were noisy but not the hotels fault. Ursula (? ) on housekeeping was super helpful. The location is perfect Great stay recommended.

Slightly pricey (for the family room) when you include the underground parking, but you get what you pay for. Beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. Rooms modern, spacious and clean, lacking in a view however. Stayed in a family room but should have gone for the family room with a view for a little extra. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very friendly which give a warm feeling. Front desk was fast and efficient. Overall staff couldn't do enough to help you. Breakfast did not disappoint. Enjoy dining indoors or out. Nice restaurant next door. Would easily have stayed another night. Expensive (but secure) parking, which was cheekily added to the bill. Next time will book in advance and get a better deal. Would stay again.

We had a great experience here. Perfect location and friendly staff throughout our whole stay. We had a very early departure on our last morning, and they were really helpful organsing and booking transport for us. Great price too with our room including breakfast which was excellent food.

A great hotel in an old building in the heart of Bruges, next to the town hall. Comfortable rooms, great service, delicious breakfast. All that was missing was slippers…

Absolutely loved our standard double room with a view of the square. Spacious and comfortable with very nice bathroom. The customer service is very friendly and we loved the breakfast: good quality hot British breakfast as well as extensive Continental options. My son loved the pool. I liked the sauna. Gym is very basic.

Location was great. Parking was expensive as per usual at hotels at 25 euros a day. Found another parking garage at a short walking distance. The lobby was being renovated. Would've been nice to have known that when I booked the room instead of a letter in my room. The room itself was quiet and spacious and the beds were super comfortable and large. Shower was nice as well.

Central structure, in a historic building, whose rooms are spacious and modernly furnished, spacious and modern bathroom. Breakfast room very cozy, well located with more buffet points that strategically do not create expectations. Good variety of products and quality.
It has a swimming pool on the upper floor, parking in the basement, available to the guests umbrellas and adapters (the laptops with plug-3 need a gearbox)

Centrally located in the old town of Bruges, this hotel is a great place to explore on foot.

Booked a short trip with family between Christmas and New year. Got a cozy room on the 7th floor. Breakfast was very nice with mix of hot and cold food. We used the swimming pool and the kids enjoyed it very much. Rooms were very comfortable. Very close to Christmas Market.

The hotel was great and the rooms amazing. The only negative thing I found was the gym but most people won't even notice that during their visit cause not everyone is crazy like me to be working out during their holidays.

My choice in Brugge, every visit, upgraded room as IHG high level member, perfect for office away from home and pleasure! Close to everything but quiet, parking! Tight but available! Not sure many hotel offer in old town, Very important bcuz I drive everywhere!

We went here as a team event, so I didn't interact with the staff much directly. My room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had good choices. Staff seemed friendly.

A pleasure to stay at overnight. Comfortable bedding in a room stocked with small but complimentary water, chocolates and aromatherapy sprays. Right in the middle of town, friendly service, nothing at all to complain about.

Superb hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean & spacious, and the beds are super comfy. We ate the first night in the hotel on the pavement bistro and the food was superb! Very attentive waiters who were there when needed but not rushing you. As for other things the hotel offer, the minibar isn't pressure padded so can be used to keep your items cool without trying to explain you haven't emptied it. And the TV has a good selection of international channels as well. Recommended for a visit to Brusges.

Great room! Incredible view of the square. Bathroom had a rain shower! There's a pool, sauna, fitness room and steam shower on the too floor. Gave us incredible recommendations for dinner. They went above and beyond from check in to check out.

We thought that a 4* Hotel for a night of comfort Abel, the Bet was a disaster! The mattress is uneven and the pillows hard and much too thick, so that I got as a petite woman, half hung in the air and neck pain. A second star for the cleanliness and location of the hotel. It is located in the heart of the city and can reach all fussläufug. But all of this unerholsame night can't compensate for.

Very good location with underground car park, bit pricey but it is Brugge, the hotel restaurant is better than a lot of outside restaurants, maybe we were just unlucky, we ate one night in the restaurant across the Square" Tom Puce! " Dont go because it was dreadful… would stay at this hotel again.

Perfect central location in lovely medieval Bruges, great food and wine, knowledgable & helpful staff, and even a beautiful modern bathroom! Especially loved the cathedral ruins in the cellar that had been carefully restored & turned into a convention centre — brilliant. Would definitely stay there again… and again… and again…
