This renting was really a bad experience! I could write a whole book concerning this adventure;
It was not cleaned, check the pictures (nice during COVID times), the landlord is hostile and kept 145€ for parking, which I did not use, and bed sheets I did not use either, I was 20 minutes in the apartment and we needed to leave; I have 2 small kids and the landlord told me that "leaving is no option", … unpleasant and expensive experience! Do not trust them, check all the reviews for all of their apartments, it looks like a scheme! Problems with the bank guarantee and cleanness, … stay far away from these people!
Knowing this kind of people and their procedures, I can tell you what the answer to this review will be:
We offered the guest an immediate cleaning
The guest did not respond to my phone call
The guest left a mess, that is why we cannot pay back the full guarantee
The guest threatened us with a bad review
I am not responding anymore to the guest because his tone is not appropriate
Because my review needs to be "short", I will not write any more details concerning all the problems, I can just tell you, there were PLENTY!
Sadly, I so not get any answers concerning my bank guarantee, so the whole file is on the way to a Belgium lawyer!
