Wonderful hotel great staff really helpful lovely rooms and great coffee.

The service of this hotel is really not nice!

It's close from "sportcentrum" which is 4th bus stop from Leuven station. Breakfast was very nice. The room is big enough to open a suitcase.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Cleaning staff do a passable job but Asian hotels have better personnel. Belgians at front desk panic too easily with requests out of the ordinary. Food selection is limited at the restaurant and drinks are pricey (4, 50 For beer that costs 2, 50 in the centrum). Continental buffet breakfast is great and the Sri Lankan refreshing food is kindly and smiling. Laundry service is overpriced — — > better to use the laundromat at the corner of schapenstraat (open from 7 am tot 22 uur). Two supermarkets (delhaize and carrefour) across the street for your water and snacks. Bus 601 passes right in front of the hotel at th sportcentrum stop. Bus 7, 8, 9 a bit further away to the right at the redingof stop while bus 2 to the left. If you want to save money maybe getaway is better for you since it's closer to the train station. If you want the distinction of living inside a heritage site then this is perfect.

Nice hotel. Very poor service level for eating at the hotel. Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. I arrived on Sunday and could not eat, arrive back on from work on Monday to find the same. I'm only here for three days and can only eat in the restaurant for one day. I have to go out to try and find somewhere to eat which is not a nice prospect when you are on your own. Very disappointed at the service level.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and a good location.

Rooms for over 150 € and 20 € for breakfast and only 1, 40 m bed as double room, does not go for the price at all. Zimmer was exchanged after a complaint.

Nice historical surrounding, beautiful garden. Good location, hotel is near to the city center. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The building is really nice, especially the ceiling of the hall where the breakfast was located. Room is spacious, bathroom is also ok, bed is comfortable.

Goede kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Ook handig dat er een parkeerplek is bij het hotel die afgesloten is voor gasten.

The hotel lays next to a nice old part of the town. The breakfast was great. Room was as expected.

The hotel has its best times clearly behind in the first place in terms of the Austtung of the rooms and bathrooms.

Lovely and clean… but the rooms are very run down and need refurbishment. The shower tray had rusted through the coating. One bright part was the mattress, which was lush and comfy. The bar and outside area is lovely, and the service is good… so if you're just here for a drink then it's a good choice.

Work Park, Pleasant hotel behind an old renovated village. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean environment, adequate facilities. Quiet and restful.

A great place to go for a beer. Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Groot Beginhof. Dining room has a beautiful view also. Food was good. They have great service and the waiters were very attentive. Friendly place. If you are looking to unwind after a busy day, I would recommend this place.

Nice clean hotel and fairly central, modern and well cared for rooms. Only flaw the staff, really little attention to the customer (I had asked for an early check in arriving at 10 am, the room was not ready and no effort to find a solution, not even pretend it cared about someone). I recommend trying other hotels in Leuven.

Arrival at 9:25, restaurant closure at 9:30, no way to have a meal even a sandwich! In addition no restroom. The staff didn't make any effort to fix the issue. They don't care. Not really customer oriented for a 4 stars hotel.
