Luxury interior in the sleek and corridor.

We wanted to spend one night in Brussels, as part of our euro trip and we’ve carefully choose Hotel Noga as the photos were stunning and the prices were reasonable. The receptionist guy was very helpful yet friendly. He speaks English, French and Arabic, and that was rare specially in Europe. The interior design was very special with Art Nouveau style. Our room was huge filled in with all amenities and large balcony overlooking the alley. The overall ambience was great and the breakfast menu was really good; includes waffles, muffins and pancakes. We highly recommend it as we would definitely stay there again while in Brussels.

I made a reservation for the same day. I was able to reschedule my flight and cancel less than 1 hour later and have already debited the payment of the card. They do not accept return or rescheduling dates. They say that in order to reschedule or to give me back something of the debit should have advised at least 3 days in advance.
Hard not? If it was a reservation made the same day…
I have never been debited from my card without having presented it with the passport at the time of check-in, or in person, to sign the voucher or at the time of check-out.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. No matter how cute your business practice is, it leaves a lot to be desired.

I was on holiday with a friend and the hotel we loved by the location, the exquisite treatment of the staff who help you in everything, you can not hear any noise despite being very central… a 10

Location.

Not good enough to recommend, not bad enough to criticize Pros: -Position. In the quiet street near the Cathedrale and Saint Catherine metro station. One km walk from the Central station and Grand Place and few metro stations from European quarter. — floor heating — coffe machine and coffee bags in the room — safe box — bed is large and beautifully comfortable — well heated — clean (Coffe machine was indeed duly cleaned, I could smell traces of cyder vinegar which is the best way of cleaning and desinfection of such kind of kitchenware) — very very very kind and helpful staff. — excellent Wi-Fi connection Cons — my room was a bit shubby. Desk was somewhat scratched and the tap on the shower was losen a bit. And plug hub was dusty. Also the woodenry looked in a need of renovating. — extremely thin walls. I heard all kind of sounds from different rooms above and beside mine: from snoring to talking, including all range of sounds while guests were doing different calls of nature over night. — Price. This is very expensive hotel when compared to quality of service. Although room had basicly everything, its quality is below some basic standards: scratched table, losen tap and no sound isolation simply do not go with almost 100€\night. Cons are really strong and tend to diminsh good sides of this hotel which do exist. I can't recommend it but also can't say it is a disaster.

This hotel is the worst I have ever come across. Situated in a downtrotten old building with no immediate parking, this “hotel” knows absolutely nothing about service! Seeing as SERVICE it’s its main funktion, I would never suggest this to anybody at all!
