Condo Hotel

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais les chambres sont à un prix intéressant, la formule apparthotel est pratique, le vis-à-vis sur les balcon peut être parfois gênant, mais sinon l'endroit est très calme. Le service est plus ou moins inexistant, ce qui est le principe des apparthotels.

The Hotel is quietly located on a small Park, the Room very large With Subdivision for the Double bed, a Dining Counter with Refrigerator, coffee machine, Dishwasher, Toaster and 2-Seedplate, all perfect for a Trip in Brussels.

Think carefully before going because at the reception I was assured that 2 days after Mon departure I could recover my warranty. I've been waiting for three weeks. Really not serious!

Dated and tired decor. Stains everywhere including on pillows and walls in the bathroom. Awkward layout. The worst part was the noise, street noise, noise coming through the thin walls and whenever another guest flushed toilets nearby. One t. V. Didn't even work. They don't do breakfast on the weekends. You can't get hold of staff afterhours to remedy any issues. A positive was the carpark under the building. Probably the most confusing thing was that I had stayed at another b apart in the Hague which was really nice. However the state of this place has put me off the chain.

Middle of the road installations. Decoration is a bit old fashioned. The fridge didn't work. Access to a "common" veranda is quite awkward. Sofa have been there for the last 30 years and that sees. Expensive!

A very nice place to stand during the night.

Centrally located. Rooms are spacious.

Very good Location Very small apartment. We Have been 1 marriage and 2 teenagers. They have slept in 1 sofa bed that did not fit.

We stayed four person in double apartment, it was very clean and comfortable. Very good location. Close to airport and city center, easy communication.

A really nice hotel. Not really apart ' hotel in the french sense of the term, but it is really a great place. Assistance is quick, great bed, and beautiful, spacious and clean room. Bravo!

Hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing, well designed rooms but there is no way that having stayed at days of celebration and especially in weekend no one has ever cleaned and changed the towels. The fact that there wasn't a desk is a great discomfort, if only you need information you can't find anybody. We had to contact booking (kind) before leaving because they sent the code to enter the property. Latest downfall to our departure we didn't know where to put our bags since we had the plane in the evening, we left them in the laundry room hoping in the honesty of the other guests. /Prezzo quality disappointing, ah we wanted to have breakfast (14 euros each. Crazy) the bar has always been closed. In the Center is better at a lower price, maybe with a star less but trust in my opinion.

I am a frequent traveller and spend many nights a year in hotels. But words fail me for this one. There is only a single feature of this hotel that has luxury qualities, and this is the prize. Otherwise, this is an appalling place that does not come near the comport zone in any way I can think of. To start with, there is not even a reception. No staff to be seen anywhere. It took me about 20 minutes to even get into my hotel room. Once inside, I found a run-down place, with no charme, falling apart, located directly at a major loud street. What I find really problematic is that the hotel advertises with pictures they have apparently taken in other hotels of the same brand in Brussels. This is like advertising for some Hilton hotel by showing pictures of the Waldorf Astoria in New York. Quite frankly, this is misleading and wrong, to say the least. They also advertised free internet, but it is hard to get access details, if there is no reception, the person in the other hotel soon goes home and no longer pics up the phone and does not reply to emails. I can only very seriously recommend not to visit this hotel.
