A superbly clean and well equipped hotel. The staff can't do enough for you and its ideally located for tubes opposite and buses. Don't stay anywhere else!

Great location near the city center, the subway and the Gare du Nord. Great staff and big, bright rooms.

Hotel was on the expensive side for the kind of services provided. No restaurant or cafeteria inside hotel. Room was good though.

A bad experience simply. When you arrived, the room was not air-conditioned. It's unacceptable for a four-star. In short after several attempts (2hours and a half) to revive the air conditioning, the receptionist asks me to open the windows to ventilate the room under the pretext that the maintenance service was not available. Thing I refused. I'm going to change my room at 8:00. Pathetic Service. Otherwise the room was OK and clean. Free coffee and tea are available in the room.

Well located for all public transportation, 1 block to place roger where you can trams, three blocks to Bruxelles Nord where you catch trains for airport (11 minutes ride). Hôtel super clean, friendly staff, security to get in and out (you need a hotel key to enter the facility), nice QUIET room. I highly recommend.

I find the service very nice and attentive. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Apart from the fact that the reception and meals are shared with guests of a 2 and a 3 star, everything is well.

It is a very modest 4 star because a little dated. Rooms and bathroom still acceptable.

First of all, the hotel is in excellent location — two steps from the Nord Station, close to major streets and attractions. The room was excellent — very clean, well furnished and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also great, if not counting strong overhead lighting — doing makeup in the morning was a bit challenging because of some strange highlights and shadows. Continental breakfast doesn't deserve a mention — it was just a standard buffet of an average quality.

Nice staff, rooms are clean and well equipped. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. I was surprised by the deposit for the mini bar which is to be made in advance at check-in. So think of credit card or cash (50 euros). Debit card is not accepted. Parking garage is around the corner, 24 hours costs 16.50 euro. The location is top and centrally. The metro station is within a few minutes walking distance. Restaurants and bars can be found right around the corner. All in all I can recommend the progress Hotel.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are ok. The bed is firm and very comfortable. The bathroom is spotless clean and the hot water is nice, fast and strong. There is a big window, air conditioning, heating system also in the bathroom, tee and coffee station with complementary supplements. The towels are soft. The only negative aspect is the horrible smell of the cleaning material, the smell was really strong and toxic and took along time for the air to smooth the smell. But an overall good hotel.

Lovely Hotel, price is good, breakfast is nice, but could off been better food selection, but had enough to eat, Hotel is clean, loved the air conditioning, stuff was friendly, very close to the city centre. Enjoyed staying overnight, would go back.

Clean hotel and pleasant staff. The atmosphere and decoration of the rooms is really more suitable for professionals than for ordinary tourists. Close to the heart of the city and subway entrance, it is very well located.

Good hotel! Nice breakfast, good services at the front desk. They were lovely and offered us free welcome drinks. Rooms very spacious. Very close to metro station right downstairs.

Good location, but poor intetesse to solve the problems of the customers. The Wi-Fi in room was not working and despite requests over several days, have not resolved the problem. Each time it was reset it without vetifiche. I have often been in other albgerghi in the area. At the same price I have tried better.
