We were very happy with our three night stay at Hilton! The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the room was nice and spacious.

-I got a room overseeing another building but it's a noisy area so that was a plus. -The pillows are horrible and the bed is very squeaky. -The staff is very pleasant and helpful. -The location is very nice with easy access to all the major tourist attractions.

It's a hilton hotel… so it does have everything you expect it to have. We stayed in the long deluxe room and it was generously sized… very clean and spacious. Beds are comfy and it's lovely to have a sofa in there too. Bathroom was fairly big… with a decent shower and amenities provided. the breakfast here was good… lots of different options. They just needed more staff to be able to address everybody and make sure certain parts of the breakfast kept getting refilled. great location… right next to the main street but just out the way so you don't get all the noise.

It was a very nice hotel. Service and staff a little undersized. Expect a little wait for a drink at the bar in the evening or check out during rush hour in the morning (stress assured before you even start the day! )

Quite a disappointment. I thought a Hilton hotel would have been a bit better. Poor quality breakfast, with a very short supply of cooked food. Excellent location very near restaurants and shopping area. Staff though, were excellent and very friendly.

It was a wonderful stay, the stuff explain to me that it is my privilege to have a update room since I am a gold member, but all the rooms are fully booked. And maked up for me by giving me 2 drinking coupons. This hotel located in the center of city, with walking distance to grand palace and train station noord. Mostly, it has a reasonable price.

I am Diamond HHoner member since 13 years, and it is my second time to stay in the hotel. I was given normal room. No upgrade. Room is tini mini small room. Can't even walk through. No good view. Nothing nothing. Furniture, toilet is old. Even front desk does not recognize me as a loyal member. The ONLY advantage is the good location. Thanks god, I am only stying over night and will check out early morning.

Great Location that is walking distance to all the restaurants in city center. Nice view of the plaza from my room. Parking was a pain but then again, it is city center so it's to be expected.

I've seen photos of some rooms that look more updated; however, mine was not. Staff was fine but the hotel is dated and I thought the room I was in was particularly disgusting. The main room was ok but the bathroom was horrible. I had to check out early and stay elsewhere.

Good hotel close to public transport. Still quite far from the city center. Clean rooms but with some flaws: used wood, no shutters, only one electrical outlet.

Were satisfied. We had a nice big room with everything you need. The breakfast was very good. Toasted bread with no bread or cold waffles does not get as good as finished scrambled eggs. Some of the female waitresses are not interested in the guests. Only the male colleague has tried to clear the used dishes. If I hadn't booked the hotel at a super bargain price, I recluse a maximum of 4 points.

Horrible. The room was very small and noisy. No bedside table or electrical outlet near the bed. The curtains didn't close. Garbage in the toilet when I arrive. €459 the room before reduction! It's really rubbish. To flee.

A little disappointed with the old-style deluxe room. The cabinets not straight, the fridge smelled not good and was deactivated when we came out of the room with the card (as much to let it cool more during our stay no matter the comings), the stop drop of the shower very poorly thought.
Can do better aesthetic level for a hotel with this reputation.
To advise strongly for the sympathy of the staff, its location, and… Everything else finally!

Central location. Clean and comfortable. Comparatively small, old-fashioned room. Breakfast okay. Reception with too long waiting times.

Central location. Just opposite the main station and few minutes walk from the market. Courteous staff and good breakfast. We also booked a one day tour of Ghent and Brugge through them and the experience was lovely.

They were able to get me in early after a long overnight flight from the states. Great service that exceeded expectations. Also sits right across the street from the central part of town. Nearly everything is within walking distance. Would recommend.

A good hotel about a 10 minute walk from Brussels Nord station. The room is simple and quiet. In the hotel there is a bear where you can enjoy Belgian beer. You can also dine at the hotel, but don't have to be. Opposite the hotel there is a Starbucks. The breakfast is simple and is fine.

Rooms are nice and spacious (I was on one of the higher floors). Large TV screen in the room with a nice desk and view out of the window. Bar in the lobby was bright and buzzy and the staff at reception were helpful and reasonably fast. All good.

The best choice if you are looking for a modern hotel in the centre of Brussels. Ideal for both a night and for several days.

There was nobody at the check in window, when front desk staff finally appeared, he seemed annoyed that we were asking for help. When we called for a crib that was in the initial reservation, front desk told me that housekeeping went home and that he could see what he could do. Very small room, mattress was more like a duvet on top. When I asked for the parking situation they were unclear, my husband had to ask again. My husband accidently went to check in next door to the crowne plaza because we're members of ihg as well. The hotel was way better. Also, staff was accommodating and have us an upgraded room due to us having the crib in there. They wanted us to have more room. Next time we will be staying there, we were treated like members rather than an annoyance.

The junior suite had many positives but the shower was a disgrace. The shower head was fixed, pointing at the wall, meaning you cannot rinse yourself off underneath. The second major point was the German style beds, with 5cm of duvet either side. I spent much of the night waking up to readjust the thing. Two major issues considering the room type. Breakfast was OK, but limited compared to other Hilton breakfasts I've experienced.

The price of going to the weekend is very high, like Ibis. The room is very small. There's a receptionist who can't speak French yet. The breakfast was very simple. No executive lounge.

Nice place in the middel of Brussel, close by the metro station. The rooms are comfortable but not that huge in space. All in all very friendly personell.

Small rooms and a narrow shower with no heating in the bathroom and no shaving machine plugs or others. Air conditioning only comes out cold… In December; We ask that you solucionasen it and limit yourself to increase the temperature of the radiator, which cannot be regulated and we end up in the air. Few employees at reception. Insufficient cupboards for a week. For breakfast, at least the weekend, the tables are very close together and the customers get annoyed with each other.

Nice hotel in Brussels. The rooms are functional and clean. Breakfast is included in the overnight stay and in Buffett style. The selection is good and plentiful.

Excellent hotel, short walk from the main square of Brussels and also the noord station. Our deluxe room was fantastic, spacious and a very comfortable sleep, albeit the bed was rather squeaky but didn't bother me too much. Kettle with the usual coffee/tea sachets in room. Hairdryer. Powerful shower. Tv. Alarm. Breakfast buffet was also great with a wide selection to choose from. Would definitely stay here again. All staff were brilliant and courteous aswell.

Great price, friendly staff and very clean. Some people were complaining that "the rooms were on the small side" but our room was spacious enough. Remember that you are in Brussels, the capital of Belgium and that finance, big business, multinationals surround you. Lcation: perfect and nearly on top of the big shopping streets. Very friendly staff will help you on your way if need be. In short if you are planning a stay in Brussels to visit the place, this is the best base of operations. Near public transport, easy accessible and near all the great things Brussels has to offer.

I frequent it for business trips… the quality of the Hilton, the convenient location and a wonderful relaxation area with sauna and hammam make it one of my favorites in Brussels.

Centrally located business hotel. From here you can easily reach the historic old town, the shopping mile and the European quarter within easy walking distance. Also the North station is just around the corner.
The hotel is unfortunately a little over the years, which is, however, largely compensated by a young, very dedicated team. The hotel has its own restaurant "Bien belge" where you can enjoy a fine Belgian (actually Flemish) cuisine.
The rooms are very clean though a little small. The furnishing and the comfort are as you say so beautiful country typical. A small wellness area with a fitness room, sauna and hammam are also offered.

Hotel at the top with a very friendly staff speaking French English and a just royal breakfast the must have a gym + relaxation area available and a clean, I loved this hotel.

Did not have executive level or lounge, but did hold an event for diamond guests. Beds are odd and hard for side sleepers. Needs updating in rooms. Great location and friendly staff. Plenty of cabs in front of it plus metro.

Nice hotel in Central Brussels. Lost a star because the pillows kind of sucked, but you may like them. If you get in a room and can't figure out how to turn on the lights, you have to put your key card next to the door for them to come on. Desk didn't tell us.

Lovely hotel just on the edge of main shopping area. 10 minutes walk to grand place. Easily accessible by tube and train. Definitely worth a visit.

OK, no more, room say "king" cramped, toilet and bathtub in the same rooms worse you can also you have the hair while you are at the toilet, the room we had: the hair dryer worked with Scotch, shower head that Leaks, poorly cleaned mirror and some dust residue on the door and bed jamb, 4 stars? It has been a long time since the Michelin Guide has not come! Other than that the staff is at the top, nothing to say about them they answer all your questions, your expectations, "BIG UP" to them.

The best house keeping so far in any Hilton I have stayed… they have the right amount of shower gels and shower caps and towels placed. The hotel is very centrally located and the staff is very good! I would highly recommend this place for travellers into Brussels!

Hotel with excellent location, metro, bus and 10 minutes walk to north station, where if you have time I can go direct to Bruges. The rooms are pretty, have the courtesy of all the days to get 2 bottles of water very much appreciated, but it is the bathroom super small, somewhat uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and has a restaurant, bar and gym. The breakfast very complete.

Great hotel to stay for several nights in Brussel. Next to the Rogier metro station which is convenient to get to Grand Place and other places in the city.

The bar area could be a bit better.

Super Central, could be the underground car Park for hotel guests is still a bit cheaper, rooms and food, a lot of young people and different nationalities.

I am working often in Brussels and I am with the Hilton very satisfied. The rooms are well equipped and the Restaurant is very good. The food is very good and is always freshly prepared. The Bar at the Hilton has an excellent selection of drinks, all alone of the different varieties of Gin and whiskey are remarkable. The Breakfast is very very very good. The Best in Belgium. Everything here is sought-after what is the heart: gym, Sauna, Bar, good rooms and very good Restaurant

A bit more translucent than His. The Bar closes too early, the waiters are unfriendly. The rooms are ok but a bit older.

Poor service. Poor housekeeping. Pricy breakfast. The only advantage is it is opposite central station. Otherwise prefer something else. Waste of money! They don't provide free mineral water in the rooms. Beware! It is chargeable. Which hotel does that for guests! For water?!

Nice Hotel. Friendly Staff. Rooms are a bit shabby. The First room was probably the violence was tempted been to go into the room (the door lock was completely ripped out of the anchor). Got behaviourless a new, larger room.

Cold rooms, smaller than specified in reservations and fewer services than they have been paid.

Front desk folks are excellent.

For a Hilton (and the HIGH prices! ) it needs to be REFURBISHED BADLY! Small rooms, old/outdated furniture, worn carpet, mediocre buffet at dinner (also, breakfast costs extra! ). Either be cheaper, or renovate your hotel ASAP.

For as nice as the staff are, it is a run of the mill hotel and nothing special. Again the staff make up for all that is missing. The hotel is very decent in furniture but nothing amazing, good in service but nothing amazing and it is a hotel for in and out and business stay which is what I use it for.

I miss Brussels. Hotel was clean, staff was excellent. Bar staff were fun and friendly. Hope to get back there one day. All gold stars.

The room was really tiny. But, ok it had all you expect. The hotel staff were fantastic and a source of pride for Hilton. The breakfast was in my view not worth the money. But all in all it is an ok place to stay. Not great but ok.

I'm a person with a few demands. I need a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and good location. Fortunately, this hotel possesses all the advantages. Besides, English speaking staff were pretty attentive and friendly. A nice bar and lobby area are perfect for evening drink after an hour in the sauna. The best hotel experience I've ever had in Europe.

The hotel is perfectly located — it is two minutes walk from the subway stop and about ten minutes walk from the Gare du Noord Train station. It was great knowing the mall was nearby. My room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Each day a robe and slippers were placed on my bed. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, for a nice start of the day.

New year's Eve 2010/2011, a week before.
What can I book hotels in Brussels? The Hilton Brussels city was then in addition to many unknowns. Because we thought the name stands for quality, and the price via l ´ ture with 89, 00 EUR incl. Breakfast was real a good offer. The reviews were not so dolle. But it's just a Hilton.
The arrival was complicated by false information during last minute once: from place Rogier 20 was on the voucher: PLACE ROGER, the neither the VW Navi NAVIGON even knew. Fortunately, the NAVIGON then knew the hotel as a POI. Unfortunately, there were in the underground car park at Place Rogier (direct drive up next to the hotel) no Web description at the hotel. We ran up so just the entrance. The check in was apparently on 31 12 then the trainee occupation without specialist. We did this then sometime.
Then in the room: A double room, and a colleague has a single (rather a single cell) get. We could at least walk between bed and window, the room was in fact a bed in the room without space. Also the bathroom in two rooms wins the prize: smallest wet-room of the world (if there were 4 square meters) wide approximately 1, 2 m, and even wash basin and toilet across it. With us, everything was clean and tidy. The colleague, the bathroom was not really clean, yet to see flood damage and the ventilation such as the wet-room already very greasy.
