Arrived late at the hotel and very disappointed to be given a small room with small bunk beds. Not at all suitable for adults although, did not ask to be moved. However, clean, warm, nice breakfast and pleasant staff.

The room was clean and tidy. Very spacious bathroom for the price, bigger than usual. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was small (not much choice), but good taste. Location itself is a bit 'questionable', we did not dare to leave the car (with a foreign plate) overnight on the street. However, the host gave us an address for a cheap 24/7 parking close by.

Hotel is good for the price they charge. It's clean and neat. But inside room facilities need upgrade. It can be a 3 star hotel while considering the practice I've experienced in Brussels. But I believe a 3 star could be a bit more upscale from current condition. Other things like staff, housekeeping, etc are good. Breakfast is normal and same everyday. Well you don't expect much from a 3 star hotel though.

This hotel needs a total renovation for everything in it. All furniture need to be changed. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Rooms are big but not used wisely. No ac. You can hear everything in the streets from the window. Bathroom has no fans to refresh the air. Lights switches are not working correctly. Hair dryer broken. They have two elevators, the one takes to my room is a scary movie. It can fit only for two but with out luggage, and its door from inside wouldn’t close. I will defiantly not stay in this hotel again. The reason why I gave the two stars not one is because they are located in nice area close by the train station.

Went with my family wife and 2 kids, I liked the environment calm and good, Walkable to Grand Place, Brussels Midi Station and also to took a tram to Mini Europe just below the hotel subway. The Breakfast very clean and good environment, I had my breakfast in the garden in 5 C Temperature enjoyed, very near to supermarkets and feels like you stay somewhere very comfort zone, especially the receptionist two women's were very friendly and soft in nature, giving lot of ideas and they too have tour bookings as well. Good and worth for money, sure will stay again.

Rooms and breakfast are fine. However the area is not the most peaceful one and it can be noisy. Prices are ok. Around 10 minutes of walk to metro stations. Grocery store nearby.

We stayed here for 2 Nights. Very good connectivity, this place is just 5 min walk from Midi Metro station. Hotel room was so clean and hygienic. All receptiontionsit are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in hotel is so good and sufficient. I liked the chocolate roll and Orange Juice very much. There is a place to sit and rest near breakfast area. I enjoyed spending some time to read a book. This is really a nice place to rest in summer time. I am sure I will book this hotel on my next visit.

Good value for money. The hotel is modern and neat. The room I booked was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was surprizingly good. The staff at dining and reception were kind (although the reception staff who welcomed me wasn't too friendly. The location is good as well. 5-8 minute walk to metro Zuidstation and Brussels Midi. And Lemonnier tram station is just across the street from Aviation Square. Elevator can be too slow at times and Wi-Fi sometimes unsearchable from my room. Other than that I had a pleasant stay.

These are the European three stars. Breakfast is great, rooms are fresh and clean. The elevator is small, but in two even with suitcases there norms. In general I advise.

Very good breakfast, execelente atmosphere and cleanliness. The rooms are comfortable and nice and the staff is very attentive. The location is not necessarily good as it is not so easy to get to the center from there, and there is not too much public transportation nearby.

Quiet, very close to the Midi station and the center, you can walk quietly. It's clean, the building is old but it has an elevator. The reception caters in Spanish. Close to supermarket and Metro (2 min walk).

They have a renovated area and the rooms are right. In the old part the rooms are bad… lack of cleanliness… old wooden stairs with dirty and poorly maintained carpet… dwarf lift… however good breakfast.

I was in this hotel at the end of November 2016, I give five stars because I can not give more.
I went with my partner a total of 3 nights and four days, the receptionist Majisimos, the room service good, the rooms very well equipped (I was surprised that even though there were no shutters as in Spain and radiators the room was hot all night). Highlight the breakfast, which being free buffet there is a bit of everything. As far as the location, very well located downtown (10-15 min), the train station (5 — 7 min). If I go back to Brussels, I will not hesitate to book again here. The only downside I put, is the area, is very central but that should be better lit. Not advisable to come back so late.
PD: For whom I travel to Brussels, I recommend to visit first the towns and leave for the last days the capital, because they deserve more the sorrow the villages.

I think the shared photos explain the reason for the score. Dirty rooms, run-down without heating and no possibility to open the window given the stench.
The pure doors are broken like the floor, we do not talk about the bathroom that can only be compared to a sty. The smell of smoke pervaded more rooms, since it was possible to smoke thanks to the broken smoke detector!
Oh, I don't even forget the dirty sheets and towels of blood.

Key stop working sometimes. Power plug not really working. Heater not really hot. Someone open my room at the night and said he got that room as well. Suprised! Not sure how staff manage room that night. But the breakfast is included and it was really good and tasty. Staffs also were friendly.

Simple room with outdated decoration. Okay for one night. Breakfast is probably the best thing out there.

Very basic Hotel, urgently needs a renovation. Striped furniture, elevator scary and even has plugs in the room, I had to load the phone in the bathroom.

A shame following our weekend in Brussels we reserved this room via booking and what was our deception 80 euro for a room dressed in the elevator and window overlooking the external heat pumps. Impossible to sleep at night as wake up to every move of the elevator.
We asked to change rooms on our arrival but "they had no room". Short service and shabby room… ah… they have free parking… which is infact the street parking… so free but that night… wake up before 9am… otherwise they are said free parking is no longer… and they dare to consider themselves as a 3 stars…
The only intelligence of the place and not to ask if the night was good.!

I recommend you avoid this hotel! In February 2018 I stayed at that hotel. Because of the staff, I had a terrifying experience. In the 3 days I spent there, the access card was blocked 2 times in 2 different days. When I reported this situation, the receptionist and his colleague from the bar screamed at us, they swore to us in the Flemish language and said there was no problem in this respect. In our last day, we found that the lock of our luggage was broken.
Of all my vacantions, this was the worst.

Excellent place. The breakfast was very good. The downside is Q is far from the center. But for the price it's worth it.

Good quality Hotel but with a very nice breakfast. It would need some refreshments in the rooms and shower room (paint, waterproofing of the bathtub). Neighborhood not great (dirty and a little disturbing) with ambiences of sirens but close to a metro station and the Grand-Place even on foot.

The place is fine. He sleeps well, he eats well. It has a nice terrace. It has tram close by although Metro and train fall a bit secluded. I still recommend it. At reception they spoke Spanish and that helped us.

Key-cards stop working at random. Annoying elevator. Else you get what you pay for, simple breakfast and normal rooms.

A decent hotel. Quality of room correct. With Samsung Smart TV. Stable Wifi. Nice breakfast Perfect for a couoke or a family. I didn't pay for an extra bed but they offered us one for free.

You can walk to the Grand Place for 10 minutes.
It also has a subway to the door.

We had no sense of insecurity at any time.

The only things that positive about this hotel are the breakfast and the affordable prices.
It is in a quiet but well served neighborhood, half an hour walk from ' ' Grand Place ' '.
When I arrived at this hotel, I climbed the very narrow lift (for 2 people). To open the room it took a few seconds more than normal because the electronic key was not working well. As soon as I opened my room I found a unmade bed and bath towels on the ground of the old guests.
The front door of the hotel put me too much time to open up.
Good breakfast.

Good location We slept next to the outdoor air conditioning units that toured all night, the noisy elevator audible from the room, a heater that did not work and menstruation tasks on the duvet. Moreover the breakfast is not the one we expected. We do not recommend this hotel which has, to our great surprise 3 stars.

The room was in good condition, warm, clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Near gare du midi, where you can find transportation to any place in Brussels and Belgium.

The location is in a neighborhood not highly recommended at night but from which you can visit the great place. Bye Breakfast and friendly staff.

Extreme noise all night from the big intersection in front of the hotel despite Gedaemmter Windowl, stuffy warm in the room outdated bathroom, fan and cistern defective, sink does not expire. — an imposition, personnel-friendly.

Room looked better in the pictures. Reasonable price close to the train station. Shower head didn’t stay up right. If I was staying more than one day I would have complained. ‘Superior room’ didn’t seem that when I got there… Lovely staff.

Quite accessible to the Brussels South Station by foot, comfortable rooms, and amazing breakfast.

I selected the hotel because if the central location with walking distance to the Midi Station, as well as to the old town. The room was clean but it looked way better on the website. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo with an unexplained leak when in use, with water pooling on the floor. Five stars for service, breakfast was included, and requests for a wake up call and a cab were timely. Perfect for one-night layover stays. For a long term I would look for a different place to stay.

Room for improvement here. The lobby area and breakfast area including the breakfast were faultless. The corridor and stairs to our room need an upgrade and the room didn't feel safe next to the fire escape where the fire door was always open.

A hotel that I absolutely do not recommend, just look at my photos, they speak for itself…
After a late arrival we had to change the first room to 1h in the morning because:
-No chair for office
— wooden stick that hangs in the cabinet
-Sewer Odor
— but mostly dried urine and pubic hair under the glasses of toilets and molds in the bowls.
We then found ourselves in a second room with:
— the same problems in the WC (see worse in fact)
— An unearthly shower curtain
— a floor not cleaned with péle-méle hair, dust, cigarette ash (for an obviously non-smoking room)
— Some ants
— A water leak on the ceiling
— an antiquated fan that has never been cleaned
— etc…
The latter overlooking the Boulevard du Midi (2 * 2 lanes), between 1h40 and 6am we counted the number of lights going green and ambulances to the nearby CHU: for rest we will come back.
And again, I pass you the doorknobs full of dust, smells of urine in the hallway, and the garden neither maintained nor cleaned and especially the manager who announces me doing a favor by reimbursing us the rest of the stay but we bill everything to Even our first night in spite of all the unpleasantness suffered.
Certainly the price is low but one is entitled to expect a clean and healthy place which is clearly not the case.

Budget Hotel located near the railway station. Room size covenable, but tatty (parquet spoiled, taken from its hinges). Staff rather friendly and the cleanliness satisfactory. Duvet on the beds. There is a wonderful patio outside of japanese inspiration perfect for breakfast.

Clean and tidy, here, you can spend quite a night. The non-walk-in balconies were a concern, and a window was not closed. The area is dirty, and criminal.

The hotel is ok but the location is great. Especially if you like beer. There are a lot of great restaurants around with outdoor sitting.

I would advise this hotel following the bad experience!
-Once there you have to pay a fee (me personally I pay 4 euros something per night!
-No parking space (there is parking in front of the hotel but it pays off and it's horsehair
— not welcoming at all "welcome hostess
-Very very very small room hardly the place to set foot
— An unbearable odor to my arrival
So I'd advise you strongly so that you don't get experienced that!

It is very convenient and has a grade of 1 verdiend.

Do 4 stars and not 5 because the check in was scheduled for 11 instead they allocated the room at 3pm. Absurd. We were tired because we were up at 4am and couldn't rest as planned by our plans before turning the city with energy.
The hotel is modern. Comfortable. Close to the centre and the MIDI Station (south) The Metro is just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They did not clean up during our 2 nights. Excellent breakfast buffet.

I had a super stay, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The price is acceptable for ordinary people. I recommend this Hotel for your trip to Brussels.

The location near the center. Behind is the station with all that entails and the Muslim Quarter.

Budget hotel near the South Brussels metro stop. Within 20 minutes walk you are at Grand Place / Grote Markt. With respect to the location it is about small restaurants and small businesses.
It includes buffet breakfast and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
It also has a room of relaxation with a pool table, games, Internet connection and Xbox game console and a big screen.

Dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty towels, very crappy breakfast, very bad behaved guest, the mattress will mess up your back, and in a bad part of town,

It is very well. The staff is super friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast lacks variety, but not bad. The neighborhood is not very good but it has two metro stops and a train very close. And even walking to the centre takes little over 20 minutes.

July 2015. A 300m from station gare du midi, well connected, businesses of all kinds and supermarket 400 m to 100m from the main street and 100 metres from the weekend flea market. Is practically in the Centre. Modern hotel by inside, classic by outside, correct and friendly staff, very spacious King-size bed very comfortable, very large, decorated bathroom simple as photo shows it, hygiene well towels changed daily, window, closet, table Chair armchair, tv, free Wi-Fi. Reception and very large living room. Everything is great in this hotel. Yes, location if I recommend it. Very good value for money. All the hotels we are left only to sleep, we do not remain in them during the day. We are in Spain, born in Argentina, couple of 55 to 57 years.

The neighborhood is not the best but good location. Breakfast could be improved. By the other very well.

The location of the hotel is ideal, not far from the city center, comfortable shoes recommended, many streets in cobblestones. The hotel are good, home, room, breakfast, great rooms are well insulated, even if vs are street-side once the closed window we don't hear anything.

One night review! even though there was NO parking (close by if you are lucky), we had an undisturbed night with the family. Very big room. The bath room was clean with plenty of clean towels and yes nice hot water. On the down side. Matras! it is time to update or get new once. Even if the hotel is bit out dated it was alright. If you have high expectations. Dont go!. The game room: They got nice game room with pool and x box. The reception was quick and the people are friendly. Please make sure to do something about thee. Boiling water is a simple fix. No thee is a deal breaker. Wifi is fast and great. breakfast was very nice plenty to choose from. We enjoyed it. location : I went for a walk and I was not comfortable. I did not like the neighbourhood. I couldn't find nothing nice. price: Great! Overall impression: (3☆). would I go again? maybe.

The reception staff, friendly and sympathetic response in any language. Public areas very clean, spacious and warm. Quite varied breakfast, coffee, juices, pastasy different breads. Rooms very clean and without carpeting (plus).

Location is very good, 10mins walk from train station Midi and 15mins walk to centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But when we came to our room, it was occupied by someone else. So strange that hotel card allowed us to come to room, which was occupied by someone else. Nobody was inside, but personal belongings were there. So after that we got big family room, with windows to street. It was clean, room was cleaned every day, towels included. Bathroom was clean according with pictures on the website. Only negative was noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The walls must be from plasteboard. We had no breakfast so I cannot evaluate. The street is in Arabic part. But no afraid of them during evening. Probably worse during night.

The staff are friendly and the public areas are clean but the room was tiny on the 4th floor and neither lift worked. The windows couldn't be closed, the plug in the sink was broken and the temperature regulator in the shower was mon — existent. Couple that with a loose plug and no socket by the bad. A very forget able experience. My opinion? Try somewhere else first.

The area is not the best neighborhood in Brussels.
