Large rooms with balconies. It's a good place!

Spacious and fairly clean apartments. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Other than that, you get what you pay for: dark, run-down rooms, old furniture with nil aesthetics, no kitchen utensils, pots or even a water kettle, an ironing desk but no iron, no toiletries barring liquid soap, and almost no Wi-Fi signal.

A bit old but worth every cent and courteous staff. Huge bed and bathroom.

For the price it's relatively correct. Ideal for staying for a few days and making food yourself.

TV with a satisfactory choice of channels.
Wifi sometimes capricious following where one lies.

After 6 days in this establishment I do not recommend or return. The room very warm, I had to sleep with the window open and the noise of the traffic of the street did not let rest, to make the situation worse, seeing that they did not clean the room and told me that they only cleaned every 7 days, and showed me the room where I had n brooms and so on, that if I wanted to I had to do it myself. The late-night janitor, ill-educated and nasty person.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this for others.

Spacious double room although with irregular shape, lots of wasted space and antique furniture. Spacious bathroom. A little far from the center. The main advantage is the proximity to the train station.

I found the room unarranged at 9:00 am while I left it in the morning at 9h0p.

Very good service, very nice staff, TV with many channels for all countries, very clean and also very centrally located. As it is at the train station, you really get mugged by bus, train or train. Can definitely recommend it as the price is also low. Top.

Located not far from the central station is a clean and cozy apartment. Staff in average reception.

They have to renovate the furniture, but the apartments are spacious and a few minutes from the Midi station.

The internet in here is just not working at all, the room is acceptable but for these days limited and not working internet…

Room very spacious, but tele years 80 maubaises finishes, cold and deco bad taste.

It was a great view and good for what we needed but it was pretty run down. Very dirty, sink broken, minor damage. Not a bad stay, just don't expect much.

Location very close to one of the main train stations, benefits for internal transport and travel to other cities.

The rooms are situated on the ground floor floor of the building, at the corner of an intersection very noisy. To avoid!

Catastrophic, shameful,,! This hostel (apartment hotel? ) is located near the train station in a district to avoid. It is very noisy. The reception is unpleasant. I booked a apartment, and then I find myself in a room. The rooms are very poorly insulated and very poorly ventilated, the furniture dilapidated. Has eviterrrrrrrr.

I was here few days ago. Very poor accommodation. I had really big problems with hot water. Also there are very churlish personnel. I cant reccomend this hotel. Avoid this place!

Easy access place — spacious and cosy rooms.

The apartment is well laid out with kitchenette, large living area and a beautiful bedroom. To improve, power, Wi-Fi, and put a broom and a mop for the floors in the scope of the local. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving from the airport with low cost flights, given that the property is about 500m from the Gare du Midi, where they are coming from the shuttle to the airport, and for the links, the tram and metro, plus the local trains, used for trips in the metropolitan. For me 5 stars if they improve the critical issues described before.

Located apartment hotel classic, clean and not too bad (for a hotel being near a train station).
The room is big, properly maintained, equipped with a small kitchen and a small living room. Bedding is not very comfortable.
Big problems with Wi — Fi access (which is professionally highly annoying).
To eat, I suggest the Italian restaurant "I Panciuti. " street of veterinarians (2 minutes walk) — it's excellent.

Probably not the best place to stay if you're planning a holiday in Brussels — it's far from any of the central locations unless you plan to either walk through the run down neighbourhoods or take the train to Brux-Central. I stayed one night only, and using Eurostar it is perfect. Apartment is clean, dust free, though very dated and had a stale odour. The reception guy was helpful. If the apartment had a fresh coat of paint and newer or repolished furniture, I'd give 4 stars.

Very nice apartment. Pleasant atmosphere and comfi bed. I really enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately it's a bit far from the first metro/tram stop so takes long time to get the city. Anyway good quality for the price I payed.

Great value, nice clean rooms with well updated baths and kitchenette, and only 1.5 blocks from Zuid train station with trams and buses all over city. Only complaint is some won't like the busy street (didn't bother us) and pillows were terrible for such a nice room. Highly recommend as best value and would stay again.
