Small Hotel with comfortable rooms. Small but very complete. Good work desk and good wi-Fi connection.
Bathroom without bidet, with many gadgets.
Great friendliness at reception, a receptionist with Spanish proficiency and another with good French expression.
You have to park in the street in blue area and with few squares.
He doesn't have a restaurant. The breakfast was good.

We checked in here at 5am on a long drive from England to Germany with a baby and young daughter. The staff were outstanding! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make it easy travelling with little kids. The hotel itself was cute and clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

So far everything is fine and even the train outside the window.

Best Western is lovely small Hotel in Turnhout right next to the Station. The room and bathroom was extremely small. No space to swing a cat. On The other hand the rooms are well maintained, and clean. The carpet in the room and hallway are stained and very dated. Needs a revamp! The bed was very soft and surprisingly comfortable, I slept like a baby. All in all a great hotel. Our view from the room was TURNHOUT STATION!

Even though this is probably one of the very few hotels located in this hotel, there are a few things that could he improved. Some of the rooms in this hotel are just to dark and depressing with no windows. Yes that is correct, no Windows! For me, I get really depressed if I can not look out a window so this is a big NO for me. Also, the beds and pillows are not the most comfortable (but this could be a personal choice). As far as the Pros, the staff is just amazing. All the ladies at the front desk and super helpful and friendly and will help you out with all your needs. I am not sure why this hotel is considered a "4 star" hotel. If this really is a 4-star hotel then I give it 3 stars. If this is a "3-star" hotel then to be fair I would probably give it a 4 stars.

Great place to stay at. And the employees are very good and polite. Apartment and food also top notch.

Good hotel, right next to the train station (the room overlooks the lanes). Lots of treats offered in the room. Disappointing breakfast (on 3d, I systematically had to make the bottoms of plates to recover some beans). Very friendly staff. And little surprise if you stay there for the Saint Nicholas…

Super helpful and nice! I had a bunch of questions and the desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions for me. They emailed anyone who was though their front office on a day when a key was found on the floor to make sure they found the owner, and when I needed a copy of my receipt several weeks after my visit they very quickly replied with a copy. Thank you so much! Also the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Great breakfast. Convenient to train and bus stations. Also, there's an actual shower.

Excellent break in Turnhout. We stayed at The Best Western Hotel which started off with us being given a room that was not suitable, but that was quickly put right by the helpful and friendly day staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean with housekeeping ensuring rooms are made up every day and replenished with fresh towels. They deliver an buffet style breakfast that caters for even fussy eaters like myself which includes fresh fruit, cereal and eggs and bacon. I rarely give five stars but thanks guys and I will definitely be staying here again.

Well, a reasonable hotel next to the bus terminal and train station. Room and shower is a bit small. Breakfast is an okay. Staffs are friendly. This hotel gets pretty full during weekdays.

We have just had 2 days at this hotel… and it's definitely not the last time… the hotel and room were very clean… and the breakfast buffet was equipped with every thing you could eat…
But most of the stars go to the front reception girls, they were so helpfull both with a mix up in our booking and when we wanted to see the city… and always with a smile… so all in all a great experience.

Nice little hotel in the City Centre. It was very cosy.
