We booked a 2 days and 1 night in combination with 2 days amusement park Bobbejaansland. Upon arriving at the hotel room I notice that the small fridge in the room weren't clean as well as the bedroom! When booking online the room had two normal beds, upon arrival we get a room with one normal bed and the other a folding sofa-bed! For the rest I would say that this hotel is just fine… I would give this hotel a total score of 7 out of 10.

Awful. Over priced. Decorated in 70s. Should have two tier pricing. One for the good rooms and one for this student hostel room.

Good service, clean and nice rooms…

The receptionist was very welcoming and amiable. The hotel equipment was OK. But the cleanliness was horrible. The bathtubs were very dirty, there was hair stuck on tiles and earthenware. The Bouillor was practical, but full of yellow limestone in it. I asked the receptionist to change a clean kettle, she was very nice to fetch another one for me, but it was not better unfortunately…

Unacceptable for business travel; WFI isn’t working and support is low. Will not book it again.

Log on every use of the phone was a problem for my job.

I find that it has an excessive price for the hotel that it is. Breakfast with little to choose from.

Surprisingly nice modern hotel in the middle of Turnhout right next to grocery store. Very quiet, good breakfast, rooms are spacious. TV was tiny and not a very large selection of channels. No tiny bottles of toiletries, just pump dispensers in bathroom and shower.

Well for category you have in Belgium.

The room was very nice, also the bed was really good. The breakfast was really nice (with good coffee)

Friendly obliging staff. Good nutritional breakfast. Wifi generally fine. Good parking. 5 mins from market square. Clean… would pass mother-in-law dust finger test… spent 5 days here and would have no hesitation staying again.

With the Internet to work Hai who log in continually does not in-is annexation the first bes I just irks me a little bit and lost time asher of continuous.

Avoid at all costs. 1st evening : the room appears clean. The shower was the catch. Traces of unknown substance behind the door and on the walls in the bathroom. Some of it had even dropped on the floor. Needless to say the floor hadn't been cleaned and said substance looked dry from several days (I didn't touch it to check). 1st night : I've been hearing the receptionist walking on high heels the whole night on the ground floor (I was on the 1st). Could hear ventilation from buildings around (or from the hotel, not sure) even windows closed. Couldn't sleep until very late. Beds are OK 1st morning: There is a public parking right next to the hotel. Therefore you hear the vehicles starting at 6am, construction work starts at 7, no noise isolation. A colleague of mine told me he experience shower sound first hand from his neighbors. The maid even stole my phone charger. How twisted can that be, it never left the room! In the end I'm adding 1 star as they agreed to change my room without arguing and the next one had a definitely enhanced cleaning session (after I moved into it, I saw the difference…). The price is clearly oversold. For the same price you get worldwide brand which, at least, are clean.

Excellent welcome from the staff who is competent and very friendly. Room spacious and very well agencee.

Just stayed during a business visit so not much time a the hotel but it's okay. A bit old but the are updating it with renovations. The breakfast is fine but not special but you have what you need. The service was a bit slow but that was only because she was under learning.

There is a floor of a newly renovated, these rooms let you but don't book online … who Premium double room Bay gets the same as Standard, but it is not bad because the price is the same.

Old and overpriced. Lower your expectations after seeing the ground floor. It's the only floor that has been renewed. Heating system is old and does not work very well. Rooms are old and depressing. Sleep quality… depends of your neighbours. Breakfast is also overpriced. Location is not that bad…

Clean Hotel and friendly staff.

Room not clean, carpet totally contaminated on the first floor, breakfast for 15 euros a joke! Staff (1 person for the whole Appart house) totally overwhelmed.

Old stinky room. Not worth the price you pay.
They said they are planning refurbishment, but the rooms they're hiring out now, are only worth half of what they charge…
That os probably why they make you pay for your room before they give you the key.
