The best place to be when in Antwerp!
➜ The 4-star staff in Belgium does not speak the country's national languages. First we receive a room that is not prepared. The (very small) parking lot is not plowed and looks like an ice rink. We arrive at our "privilege" room next to the works (noise, dirt). In the room: moisture (stains on curtains), dirt (dirty soil), chewing gum under the sink, stain on the bathrobe, etc. The king size bed is actually two single beds glued which you can feel the separation. The covid-time breakfast is made up of two dry pastries, and a stone-hard gun, no orange juice, no fruit, no yoghurt, nothing. The hotel charges 135 euros € night for this mediocre service and does not bother to reply to emails afterwards. A tip if you are planning a stay in Antwerp: run away from this hotel.
