The room and all staff is very good. Sport center is not enough to small, can only make cardio. Sauna is little.

It's a wonderful place! Great service! We were stoned with pets. Be sure to come back.

Nice hotel good staff interesting experience…

Normally, this is a great Hotel. This Time air conditioning was not working an entire building which I was not informed about until I call to the front desk to complain about it's not working.

I went to the little things, looking for an ATM at the reception two girls prompted where to find it. In terms of so to speak, the attitude to visitors is normal. And here's the rest. Bicycle parking. I drove up and there inscription only for rental bikes, had to put it on the forester aba as. Although at the hotel I think one could make a nice big bike parking. The hotel is nice, near the casino and other VIP hotels. Breakfast is good. The restaurant is not much. Better not to order steaks.

30 min to get the key in a 4 stars hotel… queue not organized… people over take each other. Room with beautifull vuew on the website, but finally view on concrete… call to front desk : no answer after 5 minutes. Despite there is 2 people standing 1 meter out if the front desk not doing anything… the adventure start badly…

Good hotel, good service. Stayed in comfort. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The hotel has a separate business building for conferences, etc.

Good Hotel as I say before but be careful from night staff in reception as the my night on 31 may 2018 they can plan their mood on your head.

The hotel in general liked the rooms are great, there is a mini bar (with wild prices). The nearby building is a good casino. But one thing! What a Sovkovoe room service, employees find it normal to wake people at 7-8 in the morning, crash without asking for rooms and offering to clean up. And it is on New Year holidays! No respect for someone else's sleep. Why can't we clean up after lunch?

Good Central Hotel with friendly and service oriented staff. The rooms and the bathroom are well furnished. Free Wi-Fi is exceptionally fast. The TV is outdated and has a miserable image quality. In summary, a clear recommendation.

We celebrated 2 weddings at Victoria Restaurant and received a "honeymoon room" as a gift. Attentive staff, harmonious work of the team, pleasant atmosphere. There are nuances in the kitchen (I mean the amount claimed and what was at the exit). Evaluation of taste parameters – 5 points. Delicious!

Cozy hotel, has everything for conferences, sports, food. There is a green area for relaxation. Spoils the neighbourhood with industrial enterprises.

Were there at the conference. Boutiques class. But the sausage is so smeared that the kapets. The coffee in the thermos was not good, once. It's an avto. Rooms too small single bed looks like the bed for a kid, breakfast was OK but nothing special. My non smoking room once a while AC was pumping the smell of cigarettes.

Excellent Business Hotel, really friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great Gin&Tonic at the reception Bar. We arrived in the middle of the winter, and it was so nice being received by such nice and warm smiles from the staff. The rooms where really comfortable and really nicely decorated, the bathroom was very clean and nice, only observation it was the height of the Tub wall, it was to high that all the time I was getting in or out of the tub I was afraid of fall, other than that I had no complains. Breakfast where delicious, abundant and a great selection fresh selection of items. The view from my room was really pretty even when it was winter (looking forward to see the views during summer)

Had to accompany foreign guests and had a chance to visit in a couple of rooms. Not quite bad if you do not go into the details, I would say not very bad. However, the price is very high compared to European hotels.
