Excellent hotel — great food, service and in a good location.

There is so much to say. This hotel is fabulous and the service in every faucet of the establishment is top tier. Notably the the breakfast buffet has an extensive and ever changing assortment of food from all over the world, always fresh. The sky bar is super classy and comfortable. The rooms are so cosy and very clean. The hotel is situated in a vibrant district right next to the lake. Wish I stayed much longer.

Good place to stay in Minsk. Clean rooms and good service. Shower didn't have much pressure and seemed slightly broken.

Stayed here a couple of nights in April. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was breathtaking good. Reception, Housekeeping and Concièrge really did a good job. They even managed to organize some bicycles, although it was off-season. Although Belarus isn't prepared for mass-tourism yet, this hotel is the target travelers should seek.

This is fantastic Hotel. Has many venues where you can spend your time with wonderful views, great restaurants with excellent food. Interior and staff of the hotels is five stars.

If you want to experience fantastic customer service and a quality hotel … this is a must visit location. From the minute you arrive to the moment your trip ends and you have to leave, this hotel has every single member of staff working to another level. The rooms are amazing with a modern high quality finish. Bed and pillows were comfy, air conditioning, mini bar, nice big flat screen, desk, large wardrobe, dimming alarm clock… the list is endless. 7th floor bar with great views of the town. 21st floor bar with stunning views of Minsk. Breakfast choice was huge and again complimented by really great service. I will stay here again as the rooms were so quiet.

The hotel is at a very convenient location. Very comfortable rooms, really nice bar on the 7th floor and cool pub on the 21st floor with amazing views. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options with both local and occidental food. Also, the staff is very kind. I recommend it.

Beautiful rooms and centrally located with a great view of the city. The food is quite good, and it has a nice shopping center attached with many popular brands and additional food options.

I've been here several times at seminars. A convenient place in the city centre. The halls are large and comfortable, good sound quality. The chairs are comfortable, but stand very close, not very comfortable to sit in the middle of the row. Very pleasant and polite wait staff.

A friend from Italy visited Belarus for the first time. He has very high requirements for the hotel. A long time to choose and stay at the Hilton, as needed a hotel in the center and with a good rating. A friend was delighted. The location was great. I had to use taxi service, cause I did not know how, but immediately offered me a guard to use a taxi, allegedly it is attached to the hotel) ) ) escorted in some Skoda without identity signs that it is a taxi… It turned out to be very close, in the area 4-5 km, but I was charged more than I drove from the airport to this very hotel… Note from the airport I drove for $20, and it's about 50 km. This is not a very pleasant situation I had with a taxi driver of Minsk… Its a gang) ) )

Nice place according to many, great breakfast on the 7th floor. Rooms aren't totally soundproof, might be an issue if you are by the chambermaid's room. Be careful, they charge for taking pictures inside the hotel.

Very tasty and varied breakfast, as in the Turkish luxury Pjatjorkah. Delicious cuisine in the restaurant on the 7th floor, Borsch and Moroccan soup. The burger is also very good, much better and tasty than in the Beijing hotel. In general, the kitchen is much stronger in the Hilton than in Beijing. But unfortunately, this restaurant has no imported beer. Normal, "type luxury" Skajbar on the 21st floor with panoramic views of the city and the river, there are good cocktails and a decent pan kitchen, sort of called the bar. Tochka21/bardot21. On Friday and Saturday there a la FC/DC, and a guard type Fjejsera-funny. Let the normal Fjejser, which is well-versed in brands, collections and style, rather than primitive security, whose duties should be only the support of order, similar to Situjejshn and Shtirlice.
It is convenient that from the hotel without going out to the street you can get to the shopping center and cafes. Buy there necessary things and products. The hotel itself is also quite advantageously located-you can walk to the center, you just need to go the unentourage bustling Nemigu. However, the arrival to the hotel from the main avenue is not, only from the back of the parallel street. The rooms are small, compared to Beijing, but the location is better. Had a view of the river. The room is really for one, not for two. 28M2 is not spacious. In Beijing there were 42 m2 and it is normal for two.

Great location, very central. If you are lucky and your windows are not in the yard, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Traditional, branded Belarusian hospitality at the hotel staff. At the reception, at the entrance treat, very tasty, oatmeal cookies. Small but very comfortable rooms. Noticed the trend towards simplicity, in the new "Hilton". Formerly the hall packaged richer.

I chose this restaurant for a meeting of the New Year because I considered this place one of the best in Minsk. The end of the evening, I was brought a bill for payment, claiming that the cost of the event didn't include kitchen and drinks. It seems that they make a fool out of me. In advance, I received detailed presale information about price and conditions of the New Year's event from the headwaiter person. I refused to pay the bill, сalled the police and no one wanted to find out the situation. The New Year's event program, in my opinion, was not bad but could have been better. I think that the management in this hotel is absent if it admits such incidents and does not value the guests. The customer service in poor condition.

The overall level is average (far from 5 or even 4 stars). Clean. Good breakfast. Disappointing steak (cooked in oil, not fried). Poor shower (impossible to adjust the water temperature). Air conditioning is poor (lack of air; had to unplug it at all). Disappointed…

I would like to share my impressions of the visit to the bar on the 21st floor 09.09.2017 on the day of the city. We had a very important guest, the Italian Su-Chef of one of the restaurants Gordon Ramsay, coming to this institution he just did not let, the answer was motivated "your friend's sneakers and we have here dress code on Fridays and Saturdays" our guest had sneakers not sports style and he was clearly not cheap. I explained that we have a special guest, which was followed by a response from the guards "and what? We have here from home 2 every day come" terrible approach, do you even understand the basics of communication with guests? Then we shouted "we have all the stars here. " The world network, and the service on The Belarusian! Where's the training? A crowd of unnecessary security guards at the entrance who do not understand at all in the hotel what level they work. Our company constantly settles its guests and customers in hotels in Minsk, but alas we will never cooperate with either Double Tree by Hilton, and will not return to the DOT Bar. "

Truly a 5 star hotel. Great location. Not quite US experience due to unexplained Belarus tendency to overcomplicate things but still a good deal considering that enywhere else you would have to deal with twice as much Bureaucracy.

Fantastic new hotel. Super attentive staff. Rooms are comfortable and modern. We found the breakfast buffet on the expensive side for someone who doesn't eat a huge breakfast, but the cafe on the ground level was fantastic with good coffee. Their little dessert cakes are a must try — all are very unique fresh and of very high quality. One thing that wasn't super pleasant was a wet cleaning sponge that was left on the bathroom sink by the room service but I am sure it was just a one-off oversight which was promptly addressed by management. Overall a great new hotel with very friendly personel in a central location. Highly recommended.

Very tasty food during the coffee break (an event for hoteliers from TravelLine and Ticketsby). Why in the conference room there was only one microphone and for speakers and participants asking questions (or rather question to the organizers than to the hotel), the toilet on the floor is not very clear triggers automatic drain, feel some discomfort. At the end netvorking wanted to continue the dialogue in a cafe on the ground floor, but the background music was too loud and cold. Wish the staff and management to remember the faces of their guests and to welcome at least visually. But the overall impression is very good.

Great new hotel in the city center. There is Parking, the Breakfast and the service corresponding to 5*. If you wish to the shopping center you can go down in your Bathrobe directly from the hotel.

A chic new hotel. Opened only in January 2017. To go there by far. The staff flatly responsive. Price tag for Minsk is quite high, but believe me, it's worth it. It is unlikely someone will be unhappy with the stay. Delicious Breakfast, nice fitness room. Shopping centre downstairs is not really populated, but it's a matter of time.

Great hotel, has opened a mid-December 2016. Friendly staff fulfilled all wishes. Breakfast is not included in the basic room rate. Parking is available, at the time of opening a free, later, probably will be $6 a day.
