Very friendly and helpful staff easy access to buses and nearby beaches very clean apartment but slightly dated but as we were out all day this did not bother us would stay here again.

Definitely different from other Diamond related Resorts. Like having your own apartment. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Excellent value for money resort. Very clean, very relaxed atmosphere, lovely pool. Great quality food at Asian Spice restaurant.

Dinner was fantastic and our server Jason was terrific. All in all a great experience. Plan to be back here often.

So I recently spent a week at All Seasons. Firstly upon arrival at the resort there was no one at the check in desk. Regardless of fact that it was early in the morning. Myself and my mom waited and called but no one came out to greet us. My mom needed to use the bathroom so we found one used it and sat down and waited for at least 15more minutes before a casually dressed man emerged from somewhere in the back of the facility and addressed our needs. Later that day we finally called at our room to come to the front desk and officially check in. The representative advised us that in conjunction with the $150.00US that we had to pay down as a security deposite another $100.00US was needed for the use of the air conditioning (which was only available in the bedroom). Despite the shabby conditions of the rooms with odor of mold and moisture, and the rusted tea kettle, shower head and a toilet bowl that rocked when you sat on it, there was also poor security. One evening around 7:30 as my mom and I sat in the hot living room area watching TV, we left the sliding doors of the room we were sitting in slightly ajar (because it was so hot) and drew the curtains closed. Due to the set up of the furniture and single TV our backs were towards the slightly ajar sliding door. An unkempt man with no shirt and no shoes ran into our room grabbed my MK purse from the table in the room we were in and ran out with it before we could do anything.

Loved this hotel — Great cutomer service, clean rooms and tasty food… The rooms need updating tho… I left my wallet in the hotel room and didn't know until I got a call from the hotel the next day.

Nice suroundings. Bad Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Nothing extraordinary. Just an apartment.

Apartment hotel with service. Good kitchen, big livingroom and bedroom. Located not far from the beach, supermarket and other stores. Nice pool as well and they have a pool table, how awesome isn't that.

I had a very bad experience attempting to book a day pass. I was given an initial price which I booked the room with but that price was later changed. They gave me a reason for doing so but it appeared to be a lie as the reason changed a few times. Very unprofessional.

This should NOT be called a resort. Staff is friendly but facilities are in poor shape and you feel like you are in someone's neighborhood. Nothing is close by and costly to go anywhere as shuttle only runs twice a day and not on sundays.

This place kinda grows on ya… at first I wasn't quite sure. While the accommodations aren't new, they are clean and updated. The A. C. Works great in the bedroom, only a ceiling fan in the other room. Best word to disscribe the place is RELAXING.

2 of us stayed for the week, accommodation was comfortable, we had a garden room which was slightly outside the main resort which was a slight disappointment as would have preferred the rooms overlooking the pool in the main part of the complex. Paying the extra for the aircon in the room is an absolute must. Towels are changed every 2 days and bedding every 4. We had to pay $150 US Deposit on a card when booking in which was a surprise as it wasn't on the literature when we booked with Virgin Holidays.

The resort was very nice! The staff was incredible! Cheryl (at the front desk) made sure our stay was great and we were comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation there last week.

Really friendly resort, with plenty great facilities amazing food and bar. I recommend this place as romantic, great beach location. Literally 8 min away walking distance from the beach! So beautiful.

I stayed at the All Season Europa this summer for about two weeks and had a mixed experience. Having stayed at other cottage/apartment style resort accommodations on the island, I have a fairly good handle of what is common and what to expect. The Good: All Seasons location is great — it is accessible to several nearby shops, a grocery store, some restaurants, and public transportation. It is also walking distance to a beach that is commonly quite empty. Majority of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The Not So Good: the Wi-Fi is unreliable and poor in signal strength. While guests are informed that access is only obtainable in the common area, it frequently gave out mid use or lost signal. Partway through my stay, without notice, the Wi-Fi access switched from requiring a password to having to log in through facebook! This was off-putting, many don't feel comfortable with granting access via their facebook account (myself included) and I could not help to think of what persons who do not use that platform would do when they needed to use the internet. A poor decision on their part. The on site restaurant is pleasant for an evening meal, though I would not recommend for breakfast. Service was routinely painfully slow, I never quite got everything I ordered, and the food itself was dreadful from stale cereal, rubbery pancakes, soggy french toast, etc.

My stay at the europa was wonderful the staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend there to anyone.

Worth staying at… self catering. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Rumour has it that they are getting new tv's next year. Staff are WONDERFUL and very HELPFUL.

Spacious and comfortable accommodations in a friendly and relaxed environment. Hidden from the main road, it's quiet and relaxing and offers a well manicured property to lounge or play. The pool is well appointed and situated centrally. There is also a gym for the health nuts who want to keep up their workout regimen. It is also disabled friendly (10 points! ). The breakfast menu leaves some to be desired but overall it is a lovely place to squirrel away for a few days or a couple of weeks.

For the price we paid (850 pounds for flights and ten nights stay) I would say this was very good value for money and would recommend. Ten minutes walk from the beach and includes membership at a beach side pool area, so you can leave your things safely whilst you go to the beach. Self catering accommodation suited us fine, the supermarket is ten minutes away also.
