The environment is very nice and quiet, a very good place to spend time. It was also nice to have a play area for the kids. The swimming pool area should be better as a five star hotel.

The service is rude, bad, irrational. I booked this hotel for my guest. But received a very bad service. I would say it is not professional to treat the guests.
I booked the hotel through booking. Com. Looking for an option to pay before reaching the hotel instead of pay at counter. I did send a special request to the hotel thru the app. It seems like dont have the option. So, I cancelled the reservation in booking. Com as the hotel offers free cancellation. I cancel the booking within one hour when I find the setting does not allow to pay online and hotel does not respond. I used agoda to book the hotel again and pay online. My guests reached hotel. The hotel does not allow my guests to check in. And force my guests to pay for the booking from booking. Com! Although I have made payment thru Agoda, they dont allow me to check-in. They let my guests to wait at the lobby for 3 hours.
My guests are so tird after long international flight. At the end, they apologise but I ady lost my trust from my guests and honour for my guests.

Stayed with my guests for around one week. This was my third stay at this place. Located in the heart of Dhaka, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Kurmitola General Hospital, Armed Forces Medical College, and Army Golf Club. Breakfast and buffet spread is good. Food is very good and you get all types of food. However, food is very costly. Alcoholic beverages are too expensive compared to the other hotels, resorts and bars. Staff is very cooperative. Swimming pool is amazing. For business meetings it is very convenient. Loved the security measures ensured in and around the hotel premises.

The Hotel is really nice, very helpful staff. Once you will be inside of the hotel your facial expression will be like "woow"! Regarding iftar (Aroma of Arabia) is not too good as expected as a 5 start. Local items should be included more. Aroma of Arabia was not present in Arabian food. Service was good, finally space was too smaller as arrangement of such huge amounts of guest.

It's a five star hotel located close to airport. Management is bit too concerned about security, the funny thing thing is… you will feel like you are getting in a army's Barack. Other facilities are good but little bit explosive. I like the swimming pool it's really nice and peaceful.

The live piano at the lobby is meant for extra premium feel. There is a little traffic congestion at late evening. Needs extra little space.
