This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

As far as possible this hotel community try to serve their best service to the guest. I hope this is the best one among others situated in Dhaka City. All the best wishes for Regency Community.

Dhaka Regency has the best rooftop restaurants among Dhaka city with their topmost service. The food was amazing, BBQ part is excellent too. Their staffs are very customer-friendly and helpful. I got Mr. Norman Khan to assist me and he is such a humble representative I've ever seen on service. I can rate the Regency 5, because of their service and associates like Mr. Norman.

Atmosphere is good. There is a roof-top with swimming pool that gives you some breathing space.

The regency hotel is a quiet romantic gateway tucked in a beautiful corner of Dhaka. Me and my girlfriend are finding it extremely guest concious and hygienic with corona appropriate compliance. Kudos to the staff for maintaining such a property. Hope to spend the week here with many romantic stories to add to our life story.

We had a small gathering on the occasion of my Daughter's Akdth program in a banquet hall GS-2 for about 60 attendance. It was so fantastic and well organised, all of my guest has appriviated the venue and also food quality. Many thanks to Regency authority.

Love the roof top dining place and meal. Staffs are very helpful Nd well mannered. Best place to spend time in bubble flavor lounge. Specially I lyk their desert. Rooms are very neat Nd clean. Loved the HK service. Overall it's a very nyc place. I loved it.

We had a official meeting along with lunch here. It is nice cozy place for doing such things. We had buffet lunch here. Had a good option in started portion although that may not be rich in comparison to others. Main course is good but dessert was impressive. The sitting arrangement is average although it may need some upliftment considering the price range. The people who are serving here are very good and found helpful. In total, the experience was good.

Wonderful place. Buffet is also of five star category. Though number of items is limited, specially on the appetizer section, desserts are awesome. Really this place is good for food. And the rooftop. It is a paradise to me. I miss the sight, the ambience. Loved the place. Wanna go there again and again. For foods, for leisure. This place surely can shaken up you monotonous mood and cheer you up.

14th Floor : Celebration Hall Hall Decoration & Structure good enough. Servers are gentle & helpful. Air-cooling also good. Ideal for Haldi night, engagement ceremony or Any small — medium programs. Lighting more than perfect for photography. But Parking will be an issue if car is self driven.

Went for the first time. Had a course gathering. Arrangements in ballroom was of high standard. Dinner menu was of good combination and were really tasty. Service was praiseworthy. Hope the regular guests get the same treatment.

The hotel is nearby of International Airport of Dhaka city. The entrance road has rush and busy with local transport and they try their best for smooth traffic for entrance into hotel. The building have Market 4-stories and from 5th Floor to top floor it has Hotel and restaurant. The swimming pool at roof top and view is very good from the roof top.

The location of the hotel is not very good. But inside it’s a high class hotel with all the facilities. We went there for a family dinner, their buffet was great. Verity of choices from deshi, traditional and south Asian to western. I liked their desserts, all the items were tasty, too many choices! Then we went to the roof top to hang out, which was mind blowing. Beside the pool, they always have nice lighting and a very chill environment up there. We also checked out the Shisha lounge, which was great for a big group of people. Nice dimmed lighting and great music. The price was little high but for that environment and a big group it’s doable.

I have visited the place for buffet dinner. They have plenty of items in their menu but none of them wasn't so tasty to consider going again. Nice place to visit but not for dinner. So it doesn't deserve more than 3

Regency is one of the best place for your stay in Dhaka near the airport. This is on the way to airport from Dhaka city and opposite side in case of Airport to Dhaka city. There is a rooftop BBQ restaurant with nice floral decorations, a mill swimming pool. You can see the Dhaka city from the top. Food is good to taste here. You can enjoy couple dinner with a big buffet menue.

It's one of the few hotels in Dhaka which provides star quality services. Actually the place is very upscale. Visited several times but didn't experience of staying there. Had an iftar cum buffet dinner. Foods were hood. Passed a very good time there. Though room charges seem bit high according to the socioeconomic conditions. The worst part of this hotel is it's location. The lower part of the building is a clumsy market there.

Stayed a few nights at this hotel. Tremendous value for money. The staff are brilliant, Helpful polite and always smiling. The hotel its self is brilliant. Clean and the food is amazing. The gym has great equipment too. Will definitely be booking again.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the breakfast and swimming pool. Their customer service sucks big time. They are helpful till you are booking the room. Once payment is done then the real scenario becomes visible. Manager isn't helpful at all. If you have any request regarding any of the service towards the manager, that has to go through long continuous process and most of the time don't get accepted. There are many other hotels in Dhaka city with better facilities for less price.

A quality five star hotel and resort in Uttara, Dhaka. Customer service is excellent here. Foods here are kinda okay. There are a swimming pool, a bar, chill zone, dining systems in the rooftop which are the most exciting points at this hotel. The environment is very neat and clean! Rooms are as good as it's supposed to be.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is very clean. Security is very tight. Hotel staff well behaved and mannered. Breakfast was very good. Only issue was water would not drain quickly enough in the shower cubicle. Did not report it as I was to busy. Used the roof top pool which was good and a reasonable size. Overall good experience and I would stay again if they give me a good rate per night.

Very good hotel near to the airport and well located on the main road. Very good food. Negatives are their rooms which lacks natural light as they don't have any windows and one feels suffocated.

Environment was perfect. Large, well decorated and wonderful hospitality. Foods were so delicious & mouthwatering. Best dining in my town. Rooftop scenery is amazing. I highly recommend to visit this place. It was an excellent experience.

Food is good. Security is very tight. But the infrastructure of holding seminar is not up to the mark. We have had way better service in less glamorous and boutique hotels. There were not anyone to help us solve any problem. They gave pencils for writing for the whole day. But they didn't give any sharpener. I guess they didn't think someone might have to sharpen them again. And no one can be found to ask for another pencil or sharpener. This is just an example of their service.

I attended a club celebration program which took place at "Celebration Hall" at 14th floor of the hotel. The hall was quite big & very well decorated. The interior is really gorgeous & classy. Buffet dinner was served after the program & the taste was really good.

Today I go there and order for pizza when I eating pizza that time I found pin at my mouth but I can't do nothing because it's Bangladesh. If this hotel do this at other country then I must be sue them and dragged them to court.

The hotel is not comfortable! too much noisey! Cars noise + old mini bar fridge noise and bed is not comfortable at all!

My Favorites Place for live music. I performed DRH Club13 @ Monday, Thursday and Saturday on every week, everyone's are most welcome to enjoy my song. Thanks DRH to provide me the platform of live music.

Just OK for a business stay in Dhaka. The hotel is more like a furnished apartment than a hotel. The lobby is very limited with a single cafe. The grill restaurant in the roof is nice and clean specially if the weather is nice. The hotel is 10 minutes to the airport, which is a plus in case of a strike.

Rooms are ok, but not ambient enough. AC was not working as expected. Frequent power shut down, and no efficient backup facility. Everything is charged — even stuff in the mini-bar. Food is pathetic. Laundry charges are costlier. Staff, especially in the afternoon and evening is not hospitable. Fruits and assortments in the room too are so so. I don't even want to give 1 rating. Although it is cheaper than Pan Pacific hotel. But Pan Pacific is value for money, at just 40$ more.
