We stayed here really enjoyed it. The weather in Baku was amazing which made the trip even better. The hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable.

Extremely good value for money, very central location, practically in the heart of the old town, clean, well and very modernly furbished while keeping a touch of old-style fitting the old-town vibe.

We had a last-minute booking after our original apartment canceled, and I'm so glad we found Apartment History 1870 instead!

A nice boutique hotel on the cost and it is brand new.
The rooms (bungalows) are nicely decorated with direct access to the pool from the terrace.

Jalil was fantastic—friendly, polite, and very professional. He made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout the day. Excellent service!

Everything is just perfect! Rooms are huge and I really enjoyed the sea view.

Had my office in landmark and found it as an amazing place.

Beautiful old building in the Old City, just back of the Shirvanshah Palace and 200mt from the metro station. Room are on the small side and the old bathroom doesn’t help a carefree stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Maajid during the September 2025 F1 race. The location in the Old city was ideal, we walked everywhere. The rooms were cozy, well appointed, and clean.

A pleasant stay overall. Great value for the price with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. Would consider staying here again. Friendly and attentive staff.

We are family of 4 stated in this hotel for 3 nights in last December. Rooms are very clean and neat with lot of space. Hotel is located somewhat a small uphill so the view is awesome.

Positive Aspects:
There are no carpets in rooms.
The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are much larger than the rooms and bathrooms in other hotels.
Very Cheap. Only 25 $ for a night.

The hotel is good, especially the rooms with back view. A special thank you to the lady at the check-in desk in the afternoon shift, who kindly accommodated our request.

Kind and classy service from the staff. The rooms are really good and clean for the price. Don’t hesitate to book a room.

Brilliant hotel right in the centre of the city. Rooms were new and cozy and the staff very helpful. Yes it is up a lot of stairs but that was not a problem. Would stay again.
