Landmark facilities are outstanding. They have many restaurants too, Japanese, Chinese, in addition to their Azeri-continental for section, soon they will open an Indian restaurant too. Well done Landmark Hotel.

Good bar, with amazing view over Baku. They have a decent Shisha. Sit on the the terrace, if you can.

Super view from restaurant on see side. So means perfect breakfast each morning also outdoor part.

The city view from every corner of the building is perfect. I think The Landmark will beat Hilton or Marriot on this. Cafeteria on 20th floor differentiate this hotel from others in Baku.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, fantastic balcony views, food is excellent — would highly recommend the tenderloin steak and the free bar.

The breakfast in here is really good, the receptionist desk in this hotel is located at 18th floor.

Great hotel to stay at, right behind House of Government. The rooftop terrace gives photographers great shooting opportunities.

The Landmark Hotel in Baku is one of my favorites in the world. From the 17th (? anyway high) floor breakfasts overlooking the Caspian Sea — as good as I've ever had: fresh baked goods, amazing espresso, just first class — to the 9th floor gym and pool overlooking the city, it's first class through and through. The check in — which takes place on an upper floor — is a bit tedious, but the staff is friendly.

Good fitness center with swinming pool and sauna.

The 11 floor has a chic restaurant with stunning views of the city.

The rooms are large and comfortable with good showers. However that's the only good part of this hotel. Terrible customer service, poor house keeping, and definitely not 5* (closer to a high 2*, low 3*). The room was not clean on checking in, and regularly not cleaned sufficiently throughout my 3 month stay, hot water switched off for 3 days without warning or explanation, poor Wi-Fi in rooms (often wouldn't work at night), lots of construction works going on inside the hotel, and out of our group several people had items go missing from their rooms which the management refused to act on. If you are in Baku for one night it should be fine, but for anything longer, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Stay here for a week. Room is nice & clean. Just wish theres a lot to choose on the breakfast buffet. And yes all hotel staff was pleasant and will assist you for all your needs.
