Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is amazing with jacuzzi. Staff are friendly. GYM is huge. Breakfast can be better.

Great 5 star hotel. We are here, couple, for 3 nights, everybody smiles, the price is fare. We took the suite and its big fancy and nice. Breakfast is ok, the hotel have free shuttle to the waterfront park.

A great hotel, super friendly personal from the disk Manger and his staff and the chief made us extent food his staff were very nice. I stronly recommend this hotel.

Very bad service does not give a feeling that you are in 5star hotel even for a minute.

The hotel Neobhobim the current renovation. Food wants better. Three times asked to set up the TV, did on Otshebis. The shuttle ride from the center is not scheduled. And so on… It's a disappointment.

Great hotel, service 5 +, there is a spa, swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massage, quiet, clean.

Good hoteling experience with great value for money. Excellent staff. Great breakfast menu. A little away from the center of the city though.

Spectacular Hotel with a acajonante gym.

Every bad 5 star hotel.
Rooms were having bad smell
Bed sheet was tore
Toilet shower were not working
Tissue were not in room upon asking I was provided toilet tissue roll.

Excellent hotel, I recommend to anyone who likes luxury still.

Nice hotel, best staff and good location.

My girlfriend and I and our daughters were at Excelsiore on July 20. We were met by Christina Hanum, showed us everything, explained it, conducted a tour. We and our daughters loved it. The pool was clean though deep for us. The workers are very polite, courteous. Everything was at the highest level. Thank you so much.

بإختصار ممتاز. يوفر باص الى وسط المدينة. فيه حمام سباحة. الفطور طيب. غرف واسعة. أَسِرة مريحة. حمامات واسعة+جاكوزي. طاقم متعاون. I had one night in this hotel. I had Deluxe Double Room. It was pleasant experience. The room is big in size. Bed is very comfortable. Restroom is wide, and has nice Jacuzzi bath/hot tub. Breakfast is very good, and has many options. Staff members are helpful and speak English. The hotel has other services like pool, spa, sona/steam bath, etc. It has a shuttle to downtown "Port Baku Mall/Park Bulvar" every a half hour. It is a 5 star hotel.

Crowded but nice atmosphere.

Everything excellent, nice jacquzzi breakfast mini bar and view of greens outside. Very convenient shuttle bus to centre (maximum 10 minutes) This place could easily be a 5 star if they improved the cleaning level. Some stains here and there which was suprising. Maybe time for revamp of pillows and sheets ect… apart from that highly recommended.

I was staying there for a week. ON the bight side: the hospitable personnel, excellent breakfast menu (thank you, dear staff, for making me oats every morning! ). Among the drawbacks: unavailable sports facilities (closed pool and gym), exteremely inconvenient location relative to the city centre and other tourist attractions.

Considered as royal place. However, there is some concerns. 1. Air-condition is not very good. Just accepted. 2. Beds also has a very soft mattress, which is not comfortable. 3. Breakfast also is not really good. What's good is you can invite a guest for 20 Manat per night :)

Well, only the location is not good, next revitalization track.
