Don't book here! Cancelled my booking on arrival as they had overbooked. Contacted them to check-in by phone and everything was fine. Then they responded with a cancellation message. Left me stranded and would not answer the phone.
Greatest location! Very nice infrastructure — transport, shopping, food and entertainment!
Very comfortable and cozy apartment.
Highly cooperatiive and effective staff!

Fabulous stay in Vienna.
We spend 4 wonderful days in Vienna and stayed at the VISIONAPARTMENT.
The location was the best. 5 minutes walking to the heart of the city, 5 Minutes to the tram station and to the Danube river where the boot excursions also start.
We had a spacious apartment fully equipped and very quiet.
We had to ask for the code which we were supposed to received and received an half hour later.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. There was still a lot of dust and hair from the previous person, that was the only negative point and I also highly recommend to change the mattress. It was very used and so uncomfortable to sleep.
But otherwise it was perfect and I am looking forward to staying in another VISIONAPARTMENT.
