My favorite hotel. Fantastic rooms and the bar downstairs is also very funny in the morning 🤣🍷💋 thanks to the nice staff, had a lot of fun with good rose wine.

Although there was a problem with my room, they fixed it immediately! the service was extraordinary and took care of me so professionally.

To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Zentrum Vienna. The staff were great. We were booked for 7 nights and initially had an issue with our room being on the 1st floor and very small.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional.

We really liked our stay at the Ritz Carlton Vienna. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming.

We stayed here for a full week in January. The weather was cold but nice. Snow on the ground and rooftops looked pretty for the area. Hotel was like some reviews mentioned kind of quirky but nice.

We stayed at the Grand Ferdinand in December. We were attracted by the hotel’s location, which couldn’t be better. The best single-word descriptor for this hotel is “quirky”.

We stayed at Palais Rudolf as a family and honestly, it was one of those places that just feels right from the moment you walk in.
The rooms are beautiful, full of character, and spotlessly kept.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly can’t recommend it enough. The location is excellent—very walkable to many major sights and about a 30-minute walk to the Museum Quarter.

We had family trip at Vienna city, we stayed at Mercury Hotel which was amazing, very clean, good staff, … we would like to and for sure we will choose this hotel in the future when coming back in

We spent four amazing nights at Sans Soucci Wien. It is a 5 star Hotel and it shows. The staff and concierge were very welcoming and were on hand to attend to our every need.

After a smart transfer with the hotel's BMW taxi, we arrived. At the end of a gorgeous hallway and reception we were greeted warmly with hot towels and a light drink.

Hotel De France has been my street neighbour on their rear façade since 2012. This comes for me in the first place: I live in the vis-a-vis neighbouring apartment.

A magnificent hotel! The best in Vienna! New, clean, stylish, comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! The breakfast menu is interesting and richly varied. The cosmetics in the room are great!

I tried out three different five star hotels in Vienna, and this one was overall my favorite. The rooms are super modern and easy to navigate. I love things like the automatic blackout curtains.
