Such a beautiful hotel in the most perfect location imagineable. Everything about this place was fantastic. The staff were especially friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back again. The hotel is very new, modern, and stylish, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Zentrum Vienna. The staff were great. We were booked for 7 nights and initially had an issue with our room being on the 1st floor and very small.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional.

What a great breakfast buffet! I've never seen the like anywhere.

This hotel is hard to beat. Amazing array of food at breakfast, lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff. It's away from the centre of Vienna but good public transport links have you there in no time.

This being the oldest hotel in Vienna (since 1601), there’s no need to say the hotel has character. My room wasn’t large, but it was cozy and comfy. Antique furniture in good condition.

Lovely hotel in a great position to see beautiful Vienna, only a quick walk over the bridge to Stephansplatz.

Extremely clean, comfortable, well equipped and most importantly airy rooms.

Firstly location was very good. Reception is on 8th floor. Lift available but quite tight for 2 people and cases. There is a small flight of stairs to go up first. Staff very helpful.
