A wonderful stay at the Hotel Imperial, Vienna.
The rooms are elegant and very comfortable, with that classic, old-world charm you hope for in Vienna.

This is easily one of the finest hotel stays I have ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in the gorgeous lobby, I was warmly greeted and treated so nicely.

I was welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff is truly outstanding — professional, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to creating a personalized and memorable experience.

To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro.

For a decent price you can stay less tan a hundred meters from the opera house. Very Clean and well staffed natives speak english and made me feel at home.

Very nice location. Christmas-market was 5 minutes away by foots. Delicious breakfast with Prosecco and freshly squeezed juice. Room was big enough with the fascinating city centre view.

What a great breakfast buffet! I've never seen the like anywhere.

Perfectly located hotel — reception to subway station platform in 60 seconds. Rooms comfortable, large and quiet. Breakfast was great — lots of choice.

I started being in this hotel in the '80 ies so, it is not the first time I do have the opportunity to appreciate the confort. Excellent "microplastic-free natural bedding ", really great!

The hotel is in strategically located; not too busy; but only stone throw away to restaurants and high end shopping stores. The hard products are amazing. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional.

Pleasant 4 nights stay with outstanding staff. Breakfast was excellent. The main attraction for this hotel is it is besides Hard Rock hotel, nearby to various shops and attractions.

We really liked our stay at the Ritz Carlton Vienna. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming.

This being the oldest hotel in Vienna (since 1601), there’s no need to say the hotel has character. My room wasn’t large, but it was cozy and comfy. Antique furniture in good condition.

My wife and I just spent four nights at this wonderful and quintessential Viennese hotel. The room was perfect and comfortable, and the public spaces were charming and attractive.

A quiet, reasonably affordable hotel right next to Karlsplatz. So the location is perfect for a Vienna visit of the City and its cultural jewels. — Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel Kaiserhof Wien was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time and never found the moment, but it is so truly deserved.

Wonderful location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, the opera house, museums, churches and many, many other sights.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are incredible as well as the bath with heated floors in private toilet area.
Bathtubs require a very careful entry as they are 18 inches high.

Most welcoming reception. I arrived very early to check-in, and I would just store my luggage.
Fortunately my room was already ready. Just what one need after a long travel.

A very good choice if you want to be close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral! It is an area full of shops, a Christmas market, and places to eat.

We had a very pleasant 6 night stay in the charming Kärntnerhof hotel.

The location was perfect. It was quiet and very centrally located. The room was plain but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were excellent.

The Hotel Sacher exceeded my expectations. The concierge desk arranged opera and other tickets plus dinner reservations with absolute perfection to detail.

The Sacher was luxurious and classy, service was fantastic.

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and once again they proved why we keep coming back.

The new Mandarin Oriental Vienna exceeded all expectations.

We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the care home of the relative we were visiting, at the recommendation of his daughter.

A spacious, pretty, comfortable room with plenty of closet and bathroom space. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and make suggestions.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in the city center, within a short walking distance from most attractions, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants.

Spent 4 nights here on a city break in Vienna. Room was a great size with all the facilities I would expect and location was excellent — close to cathedral, opera house.

We stayed at Palais Rudolf as a family and honestly, it was one of those places that just feels right from the moment you walk in.

We would not hesitate to stay again at Singerstrasse Apartments. My husband and I stayed there for three nights over this past New Year's Eve holiday.

This little hotel is located on the edge of the old city, a 4-5 minute walk from Stephensplatz, a great place to be. The rooms have more of a feel of small apartments, than that of a hotel.
