Vienna Hotels near Schottentor

The staff far the best, helpful, polite! From the receptionist to the waiters! Very nice location, very comfortable beds, best experience in our last days in Europe, 100% recommended hotel!

Nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but comfortable. Pillows are awful thou. Unless you like a very soft pillow.

I had a great pleasure to stay in Rosewood Vienna last march 2026. The location is great — the best in the city!

Loved this hotel from the second we arrived. The outside is very understated. The inside is elegant. The doormen were extremely kind and truly wanted to be helpful.

Great hotel with very friendly staff in the heart of Vienna.

Nice hotel in city easy to walk shopping and eating 🥰but just to loud in the morning.

Most welcoming reception. I arrived very early to check-in, and I would just store my luggage.
Fortunately my room was already ready. Just what one need after a long travel.

A very good choice if you want to be close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral! It is an area full of shops, a Christmas market, and places to eat.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in the city center, within a short walking distance from most attractions, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants.

Spent 4 nights here on a city break in Vienna. Room was a great size with all the facilities I would expect and location was excellent — close to cathedral, opera house.

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel and once again they proved why we keep coming back.

The location is simply incredible. Everything feels perfectly placed, and from the very first moment you arrive, there’s a sense of calm and beauty.

Great location. Walking distance to almost key tourist attractions. Though the rooms are slightly dated but it didnt really bother us too much as bed is rather comfortable, amneties are sufficient.

This hotel has an excellent location, central and convenient. The breakfast had lots of options including hot food, yogurt, seeds, nuts, fruit, and pastries. There were food labels on for allergens.

Excellent quality, delicious dinner 👌

Very nice fancy place situated in center.

We loved this beautiful old hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded upon arrival from a standard room to a suite — a nice surprise! The hotel is traditionally decorated and tidy.

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Rathauspark for 6 nights. We loved the location, walkable to the shopping center, and to 4 Christmas markets.

This hotel is part of the Radisson Hotel chain. Located near the University and a bit outside the central city it is actually quite conveniently located.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the majority of the museums in Vienna also ideal for the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and tended to my needs quickly and attentively. They treated us so well that we popped back in again near the end of our trip.

I loved everything about this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable.

Way more than just a hotel in Vienna! This place has it all: hospitality, comfort, and a staff second to none.

Spent two nights for a short tour of Vienna. The hotel is not far from the city centre. The hotel staff were very much friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was good and just enough.

The location of this Pension is perfect, just 15 minutes from all the Vienna attractions. Plus, the train stops right outside, and the main train stop is 10 minutes away.

Very good location, quiet but near all kinds of transportation to go anywhere you want. Centre is around 20 min by foot. Room was super warm. Clean.

I preferred to stay in this hotel due to its advantageous location and single — room availability.
The hotel is located next to University of Wien and S-bahn station is 100 m to hotel.

No AC!
Pertschy Palais Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to public transport, and most of the beautiful sights are within walking distance.

An old fashioned style hotel, but everything you require is there except perhaps it would do with air con, it was in the mid 30's when we stayed, not really a complaint, just a suggestion, ideal

The entrance is on the upper street. Rooms are alright, clean. Don't worry about the street noise, the windows mellow it down. Breakfast is quite nice.

A great accommodation experience in terms of price and quality. It is within walking distance to the city center and many important landmarks.

I stayed here last year December. Stafd was very friendly, breakfast was good and location especially is great. Only minus is that building was old but it didnt bother me at all.

Great hotel and location. The vibe is really authentic, nice breakfast. There was AC in the room. But it’s one of those hotels with a bathroom with matte doors in the room itself.

All in all a really nice hotel in a great spot in the middle of everywhere you might want to explore.
The staff are really nice and helpful, and the breakfast we booked was great too.

Our stay at Graben Hotel was truly memorable.

It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Europe thus far, we always book with Radisson because you know what you are getting, no matter the country the hotel happens to be in. At the Red

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, and always friendly, making the experience truly unforgettable.

An exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu Style Hotel Vienna!

We were there for NYE. The hotel is in an excellent location. Perfect for the NYE celebrations all over the city center. Extremely safe location and central to everything.

It is a very comfortable stay! Mr Nicholas had upgraded us with a duplex without extra charges, he had also welcomed us with warmth and friendly gestures!

We enjoyed our stay there, it's close to a lot of shops, to some trams and buses and close to the city hall, the parliament and the house of justice, the neighborhood is nice as well.
