Nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but comfortable. Pillows are awful thou. Unless you like a very soft pillow.

I stayed at pension Lehrerhaus for five nights while visiting Vienna. It is a low price pension so it is a slightly different approach than a hotel. That said, the rooms are large and nicely lit.

An amazing deal in the heart of Vienna. Easy access by walking or tram to all the central tourist attractions, as well as even easier access just down the street to supermarkets and pharmacies.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the majority of the museums in Vienna also ideal for the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and tended to my needs quickly and attentively. They treated us so well that we popped back in again near the end of our trip.

This hotel is part of the Radisson Hotel chain. Located near the University and a bit outside the central city it is actually quite conveniently located.

We stayed with a group of friends during the first Advent weekend of 2025. We booked the last two premium rooms and got lucky to get one of the rooms promoted to a suite. The suite was amazing.

The hotel was okay. You get what you pay for. It’s a bit outdated but if you only go there to sleep then it’s good. They ask for a fee for the parking garage.

Excellent hotel with a prime location right next to Vienna's Votive Temple, just a 15-minute walk to the city center and a 3-minute walk from the tram and metro stops. Viennese style.

Pertschy Palais Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to public transport, and most of the beautiful sights are within walking distance.

An old fashioned style hotel, but everything you require is there except perhaps it would do with air con, it was in the mid 30's when we stayed, not really a complaint, just a suggestion, ideal

This hotel has an excellent location, central and convenient. The breakfast had lots of options including hot food, yogurt, seeds, nuts, fruit, and pastries. There were food labels on for allergens.

Fantastic hotel perfect location for easy access to StephansPlatz and Hofburg Paiace. Underground 4 minute walk away to access all main attractions.

I love the breakfast here! You got all types of juices, tea, and coffee to choose from. Different varieties of cheese 🧀, bread, sausages, fruits, etc.

The entrance is on the upper street. Rooms are alright, clean. Don't worry about the street noise, the windows mellow it down. Breakfast is quite nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Graben Hotel in Vienna. The location couldn’t be better – right in the city center, just a short walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants.

Although there was a problem with my room, they fixed it immediately! the service was extraordinary and took care of me so professionally.
