Friendly, helpful staff; the room and decor was delightful; the location was smack in the heart of the city and walking distance to most museums and sights.

I was in CH-Hotels Luka in late November 2025. According to me everything was perfect. May be I was just lucky but I've got everything like on the posters of this hotel.

I enjoyed staying at CAV, everything you need you can get.

Staff was very helpful and the stay was great.
There are some restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, so there's everything you could need around the area.

Perfect place on the roof of Vienna. Just watching the sunrise is magnificent. Very good price for its location and comforts.

I stay here for approximately 2, 5 weeks and it was a quit good experience. The location is wonderful!

In honesty, I have mixed opinions on this accommodation.

Stayed there for a couple of days around the end of September. The host Kornel was really nice and provided lots of information about what the city had to offer.

Was supposed to stay at a 6 or 8 bunk bed room but got bumped to a double room all by myself for some reason.

The location was ideal as everything can be done by walk.
The flat was really comfortable with everything needed to make your stay perfect.

Super personal service. The apartment was top clean, bright and very tastefully decorated. Very good price performance ratio.
I can only recommend it warmly.

Very good apartments based hotel. We booked 2 bed room for our family and it fulfils the needs. Bed Rooms are small, kitchen is full fledged, hall is big. Bathroom are big. There is not checkin desk.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms and the food all faultless — a truly fantastic hotel in the perfect location to explore Vienna. We look forward to a return stay next year.
