This hotel is in a great location to visit the majority of the museums in Vienna also ideal for the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and tended to my needs quickly and attentively. They treated us so well that we popped back in again near the end of our trip.

I stayed at pension Lehrerhaus for five nights while visiting Vienna. It is a low price pension so it is a slightly different approach than a hotel. That said, the rooms are large and nicely lit.

An amazing deal in the heart of Vienna. Easy access by walking or tram to all the central tourist attractions, as well as even easier access just down the street to supermarkets and pharmacies.

A great hotel just outside of the Vienna city center. It's right beside the U4 train line which easily can be taken to get into the city.
Breakfast is included with the stay and is buffet style.

We stayed at this hotel in Vienna for 3 nights in May. The wheelchair-accessible room had all the equipment and features needed for a wheelchair user.

All was exactly as it should be – clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great location.

I've stayed there at the end of October 2025, for 3 nights. Great location vs money paid — a decent neighborhood, right next to the subway station and a Billa shop. Tram station also close.

Four of us Brits enjoyed our long weekend stay recently, sightseeing and visiting some of the Christmas markets. Helpful staff, well located (we walked everywhere), rooms were fine.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The location is great which is the best quality of the hotel. The place is also newly renovated. Our room was spacious.

The Hotel Sacher exceeded my expectations. The concierge desk arranged opera and other tickets plus dinner reservations with absolute perfection to detail.

Most welcoming reception. I arrived very early to check-in, and I would just store my luggage.
Fortunately my room was already ready. Just what one need after a long travel.

A very good choice if you want to be close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral! It is an area full of shops, a Christmas market, and places to eat.

We had a very pleasant 6 night stay in the charming Kärntnerhof hotel.

The location was perfect. It was quiet and very centrally located. The room was plain but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were excellent.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Vienna. We stayed in 2 rooms over 3 nights. One of our rooms was on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking St Peter's Church.

We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to the care home of the relative we were visiting, at the recommendation of his daughter.

A spacious, pretty, comfortable room with plenty of closet and bathroom space. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and make suggestions.

Clean rooms and nice ambiance. Hotel is located next to golf course and 15mins away by car from city center. Closest train station is Gutheil Schoder Gasse is about 7-8mins walk.

From room size to cleanliness, room facilities, and the daily restocking of free items, everything has been great. The personnel have also been very nice.

It’s the only hotel I rented that does not provide water. The place has a cool vibe from the lobby too the room. The bed and pillows quality. The shower hot. The rooms Is a good size.

The location is good near the main station. They clean the rooms every 3 days keep in mind and there is no safe in the room for belongings. No cash hotel only card.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet, though no one from the staff acknowledged us both times we came to eat, which was a bit odd.

Everything about the Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments on Antonigasse was perfect: spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I loved how spacious, clean, and beautifully designed the apartment was. The location was excellent—close to public transport and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful.

The host was super friendly and accommodating, the best hospitality I have ever experienced in Europe. The location is ideal for downtown, right in the middle of everything.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in the city center, within a short walking distance from most attractions, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants.

Spent 4 nights here on a city break in Vienna. Room was a great size with all the facilities I would expect and location was excellent — close to cathedral, opera house.

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed, we could even hook up our netflix to the TV which was very convenient! Advice ring the bell to get in and follow the signs to the office!

Extremely clean, comfortable, well equipped and most importantly airy rooms.

Firstly location was very good. Reception is on 8th floor. Lift available but quite tight for 2 people and cases. There is a small flight of stairs to go up first. Staff very helpful.

We would not hesitate to stay again at Singerstrasse Apartments. My husband and I stayed there for three nights over this past New Year's Eve holiday.

This little hotel is located on the edge of the old city, a 4-5 minute walk from Stephensplatz, a great place to be. The rooms have more of a feel of small apartments, than that of a hotel.

Great location for a base for exploring the city. Wonderful service from check-in to check-out. We stayed in room 408 — very comfortable, roomy bathroom, quiet and clean.
