I stayed here with my friends in a shared room, and the experience was wonderful. The view was amazing—we could see the river and enjoy the beautiful sunlight ☀️. Everything was very clean, and the people were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a budget-friendly hostel and perfect for travelers. This was my first hostel experience, and Nest Natur truly made it memorable. I would definitely recommend it. 5/5 ⭐
We stayed in a small room for one night, and it fulfilled our expectations. We chose this accommodation solely for the purpose of staying near Vienna without paying a fortune.
The location on the map might seem confusing at first and give the impression that it’s in an unreachable area, but it definitely is not. Always use the subway in Vienna—it’s very convenient and efficient. From Westbahnhof, there’s a frequent S50 train that departs every 15 minutes or so. The train station is within easy reach, but it’s far enough not to disturb your sleep at night.
The bed was fine, and so were the toilet and shower. The only minor issue was the lack of communication from the owners on the Booking app. However, to my surprise, the receptionist (if it was the same person) spoke fluent English and was very helpful.
Thanks for the stay! Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures, but the room was clean, as it should be.

I booked a room through Booking. Com. At first there were some issues with my card, I had to update the information twice even though the payment went through the first time and all of my card information was correct. A day later I received an information that the booking was cancelled due to the lack of funds. I was supposed to get my money back in 7 to 12 days but I didn’t. I contacted Booking. Com customer service and they told me they’re going to contact the hostel. The hostel ignored the attempt to contact them three times, from what I heard from the customer service. Fortunately, since I was trying to book the stay through Booking. Com I’m going to get my money back but I highly do not recommend this hostel because it all seems very shady and I’ve seen other people going through similar situations.
Edit: I was told by Booking. Com that I’m going to get my funds back but I was misled, as there are still some issues. The more I warn against using the services of this hostel.
