The Hotel Beethoven is great! It is a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The bar is a nice place to gather at the end of the day.

The bar was beautiful and had the best drinks that we had in Vienna during our stay, Marcel specifically made the bar experience so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend to spend an evening at the bar.

Great location for a base for exploring the city. Wonderful service from check-in to check-out. We stayed in room 408 — very comfortable, roomy bathroom, quiet and clean.

The best place in town to stay 2’ from Hofburg and cars with horses! Clean and quite rooms! Friendly staff! Historic building! A mini bar full with amenities! Thank you Steigenberger Herrenhof hotel!

The rooms are elegant and very comfortable, with that classic, old-world charm you hope for in Vienna.

This is easily one of the finest hotel stays I have ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in the gorgeous lobby, I was warmly greeted and treated so nicely.

I was welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff is truly outstanding — professional, attentive, and sincerely dedicated to creating a personalized and memorable experience.

To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro.

We were there for NYE. The hotel is in an excellent location. Perfect for the NYE celebrations all over the city center. Extremely safe location and central to everything.

A great hotel. Very central so everywhere is easily accessible by foot — museums, centre of Vienna, metro if you wish to travel a little further out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was our first time in Vienna, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and close to shops, cafes and supermarkets.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional.

Pleasant 4 nights stay with outstanding staff. Breakfast was excellent. The main attraction for this hotel is it is besides Hard Rock hotel, nearby to various shops and attractions.

For a decent price you can stay less tan a hundred meters from the opera house. Very Clean and well staffed natives speak english and made me feel at home.

Very nice location. Christmas-market was 5 minutes away by foots. Delicious breakfast with Prosecco and freshly squeezed juice. Room was big enough with the fascinating city centre view.

We really liked our stay at the Ritz Carlton Vienna. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming.

This being the oldest hotel in Vienna (since 1601), there’s no need to say the hotel has character. My room wasn’t large, but it was cozy and comfy. Antique furniture in good condition.

My wife and I just spent four nights at this wonderful and quintessential Viennese hotel. The room was perfect and comfortable, and the public spaces were charming and attractive.

We stayed here for a full week in January. The weather was cold but nice. Snow on the ground and rooftops looked pretty for the area. Hotel was like some reviews mentioned kind of quirky but nice.

We stayed at the Grand Ferdinand in December. We were attracted by the hotel’s location, which couldn’t be better. The best single-word descriptor for this hotel is “quirky”.

A quiet, reasonably affordable hotel right next to Karlsplatz. So the location is perfect for a Vienna visit of the City and its cultural jewels. — Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel Kaiserhof Wien was absolutely wonderful, from start to finish. I’ve been meaning to write this review for quite some time and never found the moment, but it is so truly deserved.

Wonderful location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, the opera house, museums, churches and many, many other sights.
The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are incredible as well as the bath with heated floors in private toilet area.
Bathtubs require a very careful entry as they are 18 inches high.

Most welcoming reception. I arrived very early to check-in, and I would just store my luggage.
Fortunately my room was already ready. Just what one need after a long travel.

A very good choice if you want to be close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral! It is an area full of shops, a Christmas market, and places to eat.
