Nice amount of space in our room. Very clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was tasty aswell.

The room is very clean. Staff are pleasant enough. It is a tour group hotel so breakfast is a mad crush at 6:30 am. Excellent neighbourhood with lots of stores and cafes and restaurants all around. Central transport on bus or train RIGHT outside hotel.

That hotel should't to have 4 stars, belive me. Look like 3-stars hotel. Beds are not comfortable. Room service lazy attitude — even if I put my towel on the floor after shower, because was pretty used, the next day the same towel was in the bathroom, I saw it, cause I found on him one of my hair and sign of my make up. I was there for one week, and that towel was with me for one week;D On the breakfasts you can not take a coffe. If you want coffe you must to pay another 4€. Embarassing…

Overall hotel location are good but during Breakfast you have to Q & many a time Long Q. The hotel got more guest then space in the resturant. Hotel should improve on this issue.

Hotel level, correct in its operation but without any information that makes it palatable for hiring. It is + 3 km from the ring of the center which is District 1 and the Hotel District 17. Immigrant zone of Origin Pakistan and India. To be able to go to the center you must take the tram 43 and leaves you near the city hall. Ticket price 2.60 bought on the tram.

I have been to this Hotel for a 5 day school outing. The room was clean except for the very dusty window; The bathroom was clean and both the towels and the bed sheets were changed daily. Only flaw were the cards that were used to open the door of the room that several times I requested to change because they did not work and the conditioner that did not work. The staff is helpful apart from the waiters who served during dinner. The price is convenient even though the Hotel is a bit out of the center.

Noise, cheap breakfast but clean, overpriced.

Experience in the positive complexes but the hotel not at the level of a four star as the windows on the outside were not adequately clean and furnishings not excellent but in the norm for a three star hotel. However, rooms and towels are always clean and tidy, continental breakfast rich and varied, dinner with local products, reception friendly and helpful, also equipped with universal ateliers for power outlets.

I stayed at this hotel on school trip. Great cleanliness and change of linen and regular towels.
Hotel relatively out of the old town, but you pass the tram outside the front door so well connected.
The interiors are however not absolutely up to a 4 star, but a 3 being rather spartan and minimal.
Breakfast varies with regard to the salty, a little limited regarding the dessert a of jams and cakes packaged.
The quality of food at meals is rather questionable and not very palatable.

The breakfast area is very good. It is located far from the center, but has a tram station at 100 meters, a supermarket next to the hotel and several locals for lunch.

The ladies at the hotline get 5 stars + the reception staff were only necessary politely and one has made little effort. A gentleman stood out as Sir of the old school and was top.

Parking not in front of the hotel please parking tickets!
Dogs allowed! 10 Euro surcharge is okay.
Only really bad was that we had no info the arrival has to be up at 8 o'clock, on that we were very advised by the ReinigungMitarbeiter. It would be better to mention this at the reception!
and fridge is Deco… unfortunately.
Otherwise the price was great and even the plugs in the bathroom (pool and tub) were clean!

Staff really rude, they can't be tollentarenti with customers…

Very nice and friendly Hotel, very helpful staff. I recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Rooms are clean, only with us in 208 the shower bracket was defective and the water was not running well. Breakfast is good and everything is there. Only in the morning from 6:30 to 8:45 is full when a coach is there — from 9 o'clock is almost empty. The location is good as the 43 is just outside the door and only takes minutes to the city centre! The car can be left in the underground garage — the additional costs are worthwhile.

Dirty. Utilities not functioning well. Breakfast very poor and place crowded.

Top! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Dinner is not a dinner we ate things at random, maybe because we were a group for the rest all OK.

Had with my wife 2 great nights for Valentine's Day in Vienna, for the price of 99. — EUR with breakfast.
The choice of the breakfast buffet is OK.
It's all there you need.
Also the room was clean and for a Valentine's weekend for two lovers with rose petals nicely directed.
Directly in front of the hotel there is a tram stop, with which you can reach the Mariahilfstraße after a few minutes and shop on it.
A little small and maybe cramped for some, the garage or The driveway.
All in all we would have a super weekend!

A very clean hotel to me very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Thanks for that at the responsible ladies for the tidy cleaning. The breakfast buffet was more than sufficient in the selection. I'd love to come back.

Location close to public transport to downtown, comfortable rooms, regular breakfast and doubtful Internet service.

The rooms smell terribly ugly, the cleanliness is lousy, the Wi-Fi is super deficient.

The decor of the room I stay in is very nice with nice atmosphere. Although it doesn't have a lot of variety at breakfast.

It is a good hotel, it is a little far away, although with the subway opposite you're immediately to the center and you can visit it, nearby has a supermarket and some businesses. You can also arrive by bus, on your own, to the palace of Shonbrunn.

Nice hotel, about 45 minutes of walk from downtown, or 10 minutes driving. Rooms are small, bathroom too, breakfast is nothing special, always the same. It is very very clean and quiet. I expected more for 4 stars hotel, but for the price we payed it is very good. Recommend hotel.

Breakfasts are all the same. And coffee is instant! You won't be able to find coffee machine there… As for me — this is a disaster. The rest was super fine.

Great hotel to stay in during your visits to Vienna. Good reception, cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, very available to any request of the customer. A few metres from the 43 tram stop.

It's a standard hotel. The staff was very friendly and friendly. Transport to the centre of Vienna very easy Trenvía 43.

The reception was very cold. The first thing they did was ask me for the credit card despite the fact that the reservation had already been cashed in well in advance. They don't cater at the bar. Clean rooms and bathrooms quite upgradable. Not worth the stars you have, doing the favor I give two stars, advertising toiletries in the bathroom and in the bathroom there is nothing… In conclusion… Very disappointing. I don't recommend it.

The room was very nice and the room was very good.

A bit far from center but still good location. Need 15 minutes to get to the first U ban Alser Straße. In overall good value for money. There are shops and restaurants with good prices.

Nice hotel to stay over night. The parking at the hotel it's very expensive, but you can find on the street near the hotel. Also the breakfast it's quite expensive for what it is.

Affordable but the rooms are a bit funny smelling and it's a little out of the way.

Location away from the center located in a bad neighborhood with multi-ethnic restaurants with a preponderance of Arabic and Chinese. Foul-smelling area. The hotel often takes the fire alarm. Parking steep of €21 per day: the same receptionists recommend to park in some side alleys. Multi-ethnic breakfast based on everything a bit (less Italian of course) and buffet… at the price of €14 each… see Vienna and then die…

Clean, with air conditioner and garage (20 euro per night).

I like this place, but it is definitely different than hotels are in the US. Great service. Inadequate air conditioning. Great price for a room. Leaves something to be desired for the American that doesn't travel often.

The hotel has courteous staff and is clean, which are both items in its favor, but in my opinion the 4 star rating is not correct, at most a good 3 stars (see photos attached to the review)
Underground parking fee (approx. €20 per day).
To get to the center you take 10 minutes by public transport and the stop is about 50 meters.
Slow Internet.

The Hotel Senator is fine. It's not the most comfortable or luxurious but it has everything it really needs. Breakfast is good but it can get very crowded down there in the mornings. Staff is pretty good but not the most accomodating, but perhaps I'm just used to American hotels.

Excellent location, transportation to downtown right our front… room was good but dont get the room on the top floor in the corner. 620… very warm… Once we got the AC working… it was fine. Spacious room. Open the window and get the real flavor of the view of Vienna. Neighborhoods are great. Staff was great and enjoyed the breakfast. Supermarket right down the street with the staff recommending great restaurants nearby.

Easy access to public transportation. Clean, nice, price is acceptable.

We strongly recommend! On people and the rest of the staff wanted to spit. The rooms have no electric appliances, no normal shampoos. Towels smell unpleasantly. Each room some shoals (replaced 2) some shelves in the closet was broken, the bed creaking, the water barely flows, Wi-Fi is not working. The overall impression is very bad.

Rooms were small, no Minibar, soap in the bathroom in a half-liter dispensers on the wall, Wi-Fi very slow, the bed creaks. But purely in the room. So, the three. No more, no less.

Acceptable. Good size of room. Comfortable bath. Take it easy. Without greater luxury. You would only need a coffee maker and refrigerator to improve.

Small but nice hotel some offside of the Centre in Western Vienna. Tram stop is literally right outside the door, with which one comes in well 15 min close to the inner city.
The comfort is appropriate for the price, rooms are small but clean and correspond to the category. The breakfast offers enough choice, the coffee is more to the fear — you get significantly better in Vienna.
All in all to recommend, if it is not afraid of the situation.

Hotel in a place easy to reach (arrivals with the metro in University square and from there take the tram # 43). I found the hotel clean, with new bathrooms and modern furnishing.

A nice, clean hotel with easy access to the city train. Price is agreeable.

Very clean, very modern, good breakfast, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi was free, Straßenbahnhaltestehille (line 43) right in front of the door, 15 min. Up in the city. Recommendable and again. (May 2012).

I was a Senator for the first time in the hotel and am completely thrilled. Polite staff, clean and spacious room, good breakfast and a good connection to the public transport network. (tram 43 with the 9 to the Western Railway station and the Center (Schottentor). 10A bus directly to Schönbrunn)
Wi-Fi was available in the room and entrance are 2 computers for free use.
I can recommend this hotel very all-in-all. Will descend again at the next stay in Vienna.

Really o. K. Very clean and nice and modern furnishings. Bathroom 100% o. K. Flat screen TV with many programs. Is located directly in line 43, 15 minutes to the city centre. Nice staff, Breakfast o. K. Happy again!
