Very friendly staff, extremely nice location, you can access any part of the city. Basic accommodation, rooms are ok. The location and price did the main heavy lifting as far as the grade goes. really soft pillows, comfortable bed.

Nice and cozy hotel. The personnel were eager to assist. It is kind of far from the center, but you can take a tram to the center.

The hairdryer did not work and after reporting it to the front desk they did not fix it either. The rooms are warm. The air conditioner only works as a light fan.

Very clean Hotel. 5 minutes from the centre by tram which is in front of the hotel. Baggage Service. Free Wi fi. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast very full.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Dingy, incompetent and unfriendly staff, previewing false facts regarding indoor pool and fitness. We had 2x da Breakfast at a horrendous price of 15 euros for cold eggs and bratwurst, vending coffee and old cuts. Our room was cleaned only once in a week! We have our own building cleaning, I know how to look like cleaning. Brrrrr, I'm shaking it when I think about it.

I have visited this hotel twice. The rooms are well equipped which corresponds to a 4 * hotel, all clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is rich and varied and can be right for everyone. What I particularly noticed is the friendly and courteous staff, very professional and still nice and warm. Auzgezeichnetes Price/Leistungsverhaltnis, relatively central location, I can only recommend.

Affordable hotel with good access to public transport and friendly staff, but small issues with the room spoil otherwise good experience. Room was mostly clean but had few issues. Bed was not very comfortable, it's rock hard and pillows were flat, blanket may also be too small for larger guys. Chair was also broken. Bathroom was nice enough and certainly better than in some other places I've been to, with only a dusty airvent to complain about.

Just not to confuse anyone. Hotel is nice but with a lot of issues. Window couldn't close so food, so very busy street outside makes sleeping not so comfortable. Sound protection between rooms is also something that could be improved. No coffee machine?! Room is big and clean. Bathroom also very decent.

Fresh, pleasant and peaceful place, very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are nice, neat, but I was slightly dissatisfied with the presence of cracks on the ceiling and coatings. The presence of a mini-bar, the bath has a hairdryer, and it's a TV in the room. Food in restaurant is so yummy. In general, if you stay in not long time, the hotel will be so nice.

Typical city hotel. Small but clean rooms, however my room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom plug holes. Better than average breakfast.

Genau was von einem Hotel mit absolutem Hundeverbot zu erwarten ist… Aus den im Angebotenen 91, 26€ für ein Doppelzimmer wurden auf der Rechnung nachdem ich "ich möchte während meines Besuches das gratis WLAN nutzen" plötzlich 110€. Da es ein Last Minute Angebot war, konnte ich nicht mehr stornieren, und als ich mich telefonisch beschwerte, wurde mir unterstellt zu lügen, behauptet wurde, dass der Angebotspreis erst nach meiner Reservierung reduziert wurde. (Gleichzeitig wurde aber behauptet ich hätte das allerletzte Zimmer gebucht). Nicht das einzige Paradoxon dieser Nacht… Gut dass man vorher nicht weiß, dass 30€ für 2 Parkplätze im Innenhof ohne Garage fällig werden, hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich natürlich auf der Straße geparkt. Nachdem ich aber die ganze Nacht mithören durfte was sich vorm Hotel abspielt, würd ich auch 60 zahen. Beim Anblick des Frühstücks musste ich unweigerlich an ein Gulag denken … Verdrockneter Schmelzkäse in kleinst — Portionen … Die geduldigen Gäste sahen vielleicht die 6 lieblos aufgeschnittenen Wurst-Blockscheiben (meine Begleitung hatte Glück, da ich kein Fleisch esse verdoppelte sich die von der Küche geplante Portion von 1/16 Scheibe/ Gast.

Overall, a decent place to stay. The breakfast buffet includes a big variety of options and the food was tasty. However, the walls are very thin and I could essentially hear everything from the people next to me. The Wi-Fi was kind of slow, i. E. Using Skype or streaming was not possible.

The hotel is really nice close to the metro station. The bed is really comfy and I like that have a black out curtains, so u can sleep and relax any time. The breakfast buffets is really good there is a lot of variety. The hotel have a pool.

This hotel was clean. The staff were responsive, friendly and smiling. The room was clean and cleaned regularly. The breakfast is more than adequate. There is even a gym and a swimming pool. Very good value for money.

Location is good. A little ways from the city Center, but only a few minutes to the U6 metro line. Many restaurants within short walking distance. Large variety of candies and little snacks at reception. Breakfast is fine: you might struggle as a vegan, but as cheese eating vegetarians we did okay.

Amazing good place, few minutes to bus /ram. Receptionists were nice and good people. The room was ok, but we can easily heard some noise about our neighbors.

A bit awkward because outside the city center but well connected by public transport, it teaches bright outdoor route. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I made a reservation via British Airways holiday pack and stayed in usual room of a double bed. The room was absolutely nice to stay as a sightseeing. A bath room was tidy and clean. Although view from the room was average, the whole staff was so helpful, and easy to connect an airport and city center. Especially, the station of the tram is in front of the hotel (it was so nice! ). If you want to stay and enjoy hotel activity during staying Vienna such as Spa or gorgeous dinner, the hotel could not fit your objects. However, if you want to enjoy seeing the city and going to museum or opera, the hotel is really affordable to stay.

It isnot 4 star Hotel. I give only 2 star. Breakfast was great. Room was really small and bed was small for 2 people. Only two star. Donot expect two much.

The only very positive aspect was the breakfast, in my opinion. The Wi-Fi didn`t work for several days. The rooms are small, with thin walls, so you could hear everything and everyone. The temperature regulator was not working. Moreover, some odors sometimes came through the central air conditioning. The locations isn`t great, but it ain`t bad (there is a U-bahn station some 500 meters away). To sum up, the hotel is mediocre, but could be great if they paid attention to the details and improved the maintenance.

Just run down the thing! Not for the price!

I stayed there the first week of September for € 50 a night for a single room under the bed. It is a typical modern four star of a Spanish chain, no bells and whistles but functional. I must say that I had been warned that the rooms on the top floor, overlooking attractive on some monuments of the city, was very small with sloped ceiling and low and very little space; the others have a view very much. Sad. The staff is formed mainly from the usual begain in internships, some more no more with not much desire to work! There is the possibility of parking with a few places, some covered, and no booking, € 15 per day; otherwise you can use the parking a little farther on the same road but is pretty much open. The surrounding area is not that great but the historic centre can be reached on foot with a long walk or use public transport.

In the right room super views of Vienna. The Pool is in order.

Right Hotel well connected to the center by tram, which stops right in front. The breakfast is pretty good. All the staff were very friendly and several people speak Spanish. Recommended!

In the swimming pool area to less clean towels. Rather, A 2-Star Guest House. Like it to the 4 stars comes, no one can understand. Beds hard and otherwise not a 4 star level.

Very nice reception 44 and Metro U6 not far away. However it is far from the 4 stars services. Breakfast and way (sausage of Strasbourg in pieces in the land of sausage is expected to something else) fruit juice is not a real. Most is also the pool but in what for the rooms, there is only one elevator to get attention so at rush hour the walls are thin you hear the neighbors and the restaurant is closed for the evening performance. Average neighborhood. Staff were good, it is a Spanish chain, so we can speak Spanish, English, German, and even a little the French. Conclusion Hotel to sleep one or two nights, no more. There is also a parking lot which can be an attout.

I asked for an early check in 1 day before, they said yes. At arrival the rooms (we were 10people) weren't ready. Rooms were clean but very hot, we slept like in a oven. Staff is not unfriendly, but not the coolest of the earth.

I slept three nights in this hotel with my family, in a touristic trip to Vienna. The hotel is well located, not far away from the city center; there is also a tram stop nearby. Staff is friendly and customer oriented; most persons speak Spanish and English fluently. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable, but the heating was set too hot and we were unable to regulate it because the handle was malfunctioning. Restaurant was closed.

The overall impression is no. We were polite, but feeling the level of some dorms. No impression of purity. Looks all very mediocre, poorly.

Thin walls, the neighbour's snoring loudly in their own room. Heavy beds, allowing the steel springs not only listen to one. Cheap laminate flooring in poor condition. Reception staff understands Spanish better than German.

I have even one going on to hotel is a real nerve I am checked today at 15:30 and has everything matched brought then my bag into my reserved room and leave when I came back I wanted the hotel to my room and the key card would no longer registers when I went to the lobby and asked about it said that it no longer and had to leave the hotel and they just have my pastry are hotel lobby as if it is a trash bag would be so I ask myself again this is normal! I will, however, legal steps demand.
