Ladies and gentlemen, it is incomprehensible to me how much incompetence your house has been gifted, that you do not even manage to answer an e-mail with a question within 3 hours, then after several telephone attempts to reach a competent employee, then try to tell me in incomprehensible language that I will be forwarded! I proceed after receipt of the mails, and besides, do NOT use the correct mail address with reservation… so write a new mail, No, you didn't ask you need a room I can help you, no, you apparently had NO NO SAFE interest!
People you can keep this shop friendly, you should check your staff for ability and kindness and if you can't find anything better, lock this hut! I'd rather spend the night under the bridge in the future before I enter your house again!
