Just to be clear, the four stars are for the business itself. All staff members were VERY nice and polite and definitely deserve 5 stars. Now, the hotel. It lacks air conditioning. There is no bar, but you can buy some drinks from the reception. The access in the small garden (which is intimate and very cute) is restricted during the night. Giving the fact that there is no AC and summers are hell even late at night without AC, they could at least give access in the garden and let people cool off a bit (as long as they're decent and don't disturb others). All in all, a good place to stay at. The U4 subway station and tram station (lines 6 and 18) are within a 2 minutes walking range.

Modern, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful staff, good according to general prices in Vienna. 100 m from train and metro station.

The room for 4 people is big enough to acommodate the guests and is very organized. The lockers inside the room are not very big and you should bring a padlock for them. There is, tho, a locker on the reception that can be used for big baggage (not the safest option). The bathroom is clean but runs out of paper towels fast. The breakfast is simple, but good (it does not have a big variety of food for lactose intolerant people). If you want to eat at the hostel, there are only 3 options (muffin, sandwich and yogurt). It is next to the subway and the bus lines, so the location is very good. The staff is good and very polite.

Stylish and modern hotel. Close to Metro. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. And there is no iron.

We paid 202e for 3 nights, two ppl. Super cheap, great location, right next to a gas station (24h shop), Burger King, tram and metro station as well as a fast food place next to the tram station. It's quiet so sleep is no issue. Really nice looking hotel and clean. Seems like it used to be a residential building before and that it wsd turned into a hotel. Super nice and friendly staff. However… Even though this is the cheapest hotel we could find there are some minuses too. We were promised a yellow room, didn't get it. It overlooks the little park. We got a blue room which faces other buildings. I had a problem with that because there is no AC (bummer) so the windows have to be open… But then everyone can see you inside… Especially at night. If you pull on the curtains then the air doesn't come in. The curtains don't block out the sun completely. The wall socket for the minibar didn't work so the minibar was connected to another wall socket but then we had no place to connect the lamp. When you leave the room the mini bar stops working… So when you come back to the room everything inside the mini bar is hot. The bed has nice mattresses but there are two instead of one big one. There was a huge gap in between the mattresses which proved to be an issue when sleeping as we kept rolling into it and getting stuck. Like in a trench. There is only one pillow per person. They are extra soft so that was a minus as well. The little hair dryer stops working after 5 minutes of use.

Good location since it's close to subway and trams, personnel is really nice and always available, rooms are big and clean.

Friendly staff, cosy individual rooms, breakfast buffet was usual with all essentials, sleeped for one night everthing was fine and clean. I would recommend it for short stays. Parking Garage extra.

It's fairly located at a central point where underground station is right across and Sconbrunne is 15 mins walk… facilities are good and staff friendly.

Cozy and quiet rooms. Cleaned well. Not wheelchair accessible.

Incompetent staff. Three employees did not manage to get my company address on the bill within three days. A subsequent sending of the invoice as a PDF, as promised to me at departure, was also denied. At least not recommended for business travellers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower cubicle and shower head were defective. Besides, I found strange hair under the bed sheet and in the shower cubicle. That was pretty disgusting. There were no sockets on the bed. And the wallpaper hung in the hallway from the wall. All in all come down and not recommended I parked right next to the hotel in the side street. The receptionist wanted to sell me the hotel's parking space for a whopping 15 euros with a flimsy history. Because the police would control there and you had to buy a new parking ticket at the petrol station every few hours… for a lot of money! I was looking at the other people in the street. None of them had a parking ticket and signs there were also none that pointed out. The next morning everything was good. No ticket or anything else. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast with a 25-member class pubescenting Italians.

Right next to the metro station, two stops from the centre, private parking at a charge, clean room and very spacious, price appropriate to the structure, despite the centrality of the hotel.

The hotel is located near the city center-three metro stops to "Karlsplatz". Friendly young people always meet and greet at the reception (open 24 hours). The windows of our room (504) overlook the square with a stop of the tram and metro "Margaretengürtel" and on the motorway, although it did not disturb us, rather, the sounds of transport calmed us. The room itself is spacious (for three people, although there were two of us), the beds are comfortable, next to a double bed on both sides hang sconces and night tables-very convenient. In the room there is a desk and a chair, a TV with a pedestal, and also a hanger for the top clothes. Quite spacious wardrobe with hangers and safe. The room has a private bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage (works-we checked). However, taking a shower in the bathroom without curtains/curtains is somewhat unusual, but very erotic: o) It is pleasant that every day changed two bath towels, two hand and one foot. Added hygienic accessories. The trash was cleaned every day. Very tasty and varied assortment of appetizers and pastries for breakfast: meat and sausage slicing, cheese/butter, boiled eggs, hot omelette, juice and coffee/tea, fresh vegetables and fruit salad for dessert, in general, recommend!
Breakfast in the "Off season" is only available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). There is not enough electric sockets in the room for 2-3 people! The lift is only from the 2nd floor (uncomfortable with large luggage).

Not very expensive, cleaned every day. But the room was cold, the heating didn't work…

This hotel will be very nice in few months. I didn't like it for two main reasons. They are refurbishing it from early morning, so you can hear drilling from 7am, means you are on your feet sooner than expected. Big issues with Internet in the evenings on the 4th floor. After few days I moved to second floor and it was much better. Rooms are spacious and nice therefore they just need to finish renovation to be a good place to stay.

We had booked two double rooms at the same price and the difference to these rooms could not be bigger! A room ancient, with filthy carpeting and properly mouldy bathroom The furniture of the 70s and since that also nix prepared… the other room modern and clean! Why do you rent two price-identical rooms with such a difference? …

The place is nice, people are friendly and is cheap. If you book a room trough other websites says parking included… in reality cost 15 euro per night. Overall a good experience.

Were here today. So parking costs every day 15eu. The room is located on the main street. Sleep impossible. Prefer to pay a few more euros.

The room we assigned was more spacious than the average. The bathroom was comfortable with towels, soaps and shampoo. Clean and tidy, the develop was courteous. Convenient parking and proximity to the Metro stop (10min Max from the center).

The staff is unbelievable kind and helpful. For just staying one night they changed my room for a bigger one. The hotel is just in front of the margaretengurtel subway, 2 minutes walking. The internet was good and everything was clean. The only con I can think about is that it is kinda far from the downtown which is some stations away by subway (Wien mitte), but since it is in the same subway line (U4) it is not big deal. It is like 10 minutes after all. If someone is looking for a non expensive hotel for staying few days in Vienna, I would immediately recommend this option.

Just a nice, ordinary hotel; nothing too special. Aside from it's size, the hotel is really neat and the staffs are extremely friendly. The location is good as well (you can locate it once you exit Margaretengürtel station). The rooms are big and comfortable, and the restroom is clean.

Very close to the u bahn station, very cheap price but nice room and good breakfast. Perfect for an overnight stay.

We stayed here for a weekend last month. We chose it because of the proximity to friends and public transportation, but I was nervous because of the price. The front desk staff was nice and the room was large and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well in our room. We didn't spend much time there and we didn't eat the breakfast. The room itself may have felt a little dated, but the bathroom was updated. It had a decent sized shower with good water pressure. The hair dryer was annoying because it wouldn't stay on for long periods of time, but minor inconvenience only. It was quiet and we slept well. Overall, it wasn't anything fancy but it was worth it and we'd stay there again.

It is really nice and comfy I am there and at the school.

The room was clean, but very small and winding. The breakfast was at least satisfied. The staff was not so friendly: I had to justify myself as a guest, where is there something? My stay was quite a few years ago, I hope that the hotel has improved.

We had a room on the back pages, no street noise. It has been renovated, very nice set up. It would have been nice if the climate really would have worked. The climatic conditions of the Minibar were also not the Best.

About half of the bulbs was defective, it had a little mold in the bathroom. The staff was very pleasant. The road was clearly audible. For the price okay.
