Tiny toilets and showers, no lockers available. Even for 10€ the night not recommended.

Didn't stay there but had booked with them and cancelled after reading other reviews. Although I cancelled in the required timeframe for refund and they were aware of the cancellation, I got a nasty surprise a few weeks later when they charged my credit card anyway. They are also totally unresponsive to my email queries regarding this. Total scam.

Cons: Very noisy at night. Nothing is done at all against rest-disrupting fellow-guests. Wi-Fi only works from time to time. Dirty common areas. Mini toilets where the light does not work. Nix parking, although advertised, all parking spaces allegedly reserved. No barrier-free access to the building.

Pros: fast and uncomplicated, clean bed (single room), central, indoors with elevator.

Generally in a state of disrepair. Extremely cramped showers + toilets, poor cleaning. There is a small cooking hob in each room, but utensils each have an additional fee. No lockers in the room we stayed in, despite advertising to the contrary. Twice, we had new guests sent to our dorm despite it already being full. Staff generally tried their best to help, and were very friendly. Vending machines in the reception had some snacks, drinks and beers for reasonable prices (relative to the rest of Vienna). Be aware that bed sheets cost an additional €3 — mattresses were comfortable enough. The road outside is busy at all times of night, so bring earplugs!

If you are only used to hotels, such a hostel is a completely different league. You can get a room for two on your own, but without your own sanitary facilities.

Entrance not clean, rather expensive and currently total le baustelle.

Only the most desperate of travellers should stay here otherwise stay far away. The desk staff are both rude and unhelpful. They make checking in seem like an inconvenience for them. The bathrooms are designed like they had no space. You have no room in the toilet stalls to stand or sit. The dorms are standard but there is no way to mark that your bed is taken aside from the sheets on it. When we came back from touring the city our key cards didn't work and someone was in one of our beds. The kitchen is in the bedroom but you need to pay to rent pots etc and the kitchen sink doesn't even work. In one of the bathrooms someone left a full can of soup by a sink and it was not removed in the three days we stayed there indicating the cleaning staff are not great.

When booking for better there was one price when we got told another price, twice as much, after tyknuli them the phone with the reservation, agreed to take what was on the better, the linens need to be paid separately. Booking first showed another address of the same hostel, but there was no one on the reservation. No one answered on the hotline. The guest told us there was another hostel. It was the most horrible settlement of all my experience. Not bad guys make money on fools. Bravo!

Rooms are okay for a day or two but the staff have lots of confusion among themselves with whom they have given room. Rooms and washrooms are clean and good but the working staff are bad.

Good room with small separate bathroom. Location quite far from the city but close enough to the metro. Price not included bed linen and kitchen set.

Very bad, the rooms were not finished, the Windows could not be opened, as construction workers pottering around the façade (or look in). Dirty, bad Internet connection. Never again.

Place is very clean, except that the toilets are very cram. There is no where to hang your items in the shower cubical and it is nearly impossible to put on your cloths in the cram shower if you are of a large build. During my stay the Wi-Fi was not working and the counter stuff was not the most helpful, the best they can do was to reset the router. The rooms are very clean but lacks any kind of hot water boiler. Overall it was an okay hostel.
