Highly recommend! Front desk staff friendly and great bar service!

The very reason I don’t book hotels anymore. I had a special request for an early check-in since I am coming from a long flight. I arrived the hotel at 10:30AM and waited until 2pm to get the room. Yet the receptionist said that I needed to wait until 3pm. What a lousy service!

Nice place to stay. Near to the SCS shopping mall. Front liner were good. Plus… peaceful environment. Hotel building are old but clean and spacious and everything working as it supposed to.

Breakfast is super good with lots to choose, room is big and clean. Recommendable.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location… Just 5 min walking from a tram station… Tram fare costs only 2.40 per person per trip to reach to the centrum… Very airy rooms at a very cheaper price… I liked it…

Good level hotel with wonderful breakfast, which gives you many options to eat healthy. Clean rooms with choose of different pillows for a pleasant night. It's a little bit far from Vienna centrum, but from other site this gives you calm and silent stay.

I liked it. It was just as described online. It seems to be in the countryside and yet you're just next to the city centre. The staff speak English and the room was tidy and clean, with the best view over the golf course and skyscrapers! I did not try the kitchen as I always prefer to eat outside.

In the Bellagio, the hotel has 4 races, but, in my opinion, a solid triple. The hotel furniture has already seen the views, and the lock in the bathroom was generally broken.

Hotel is in a good condition not the most modern but clean and tidy. Connections to the S-Bahn can be reached on foot in 10min.

Perfect location. Next to U-Bahn, train station and just a few stops away from centre of the old town.

It is what you can expect of a hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly personnel. A good place to stay for the night. Thanks for having me.

(-) Detail cleaning in bathrooms is not ok, carpet is stained and not thoroughly vacuumed. (+) Sheets are white and clean. Nights are silent. Breakfast is good. Parking is plenty.

Hotel parking is very troublesome, has rented a parking space, 0 hours before the call refused to stop, the management of the hotel is very bad, the choice of breakfast type less if not necessary, please do not choose to stay at this hotel.

No idea what "Austria trend" is to be mentioned here. The hotel is functional, i. E. Tiled aisles, room service (5 EUR Surcharge) immediately, there was no alcohol-free beer in the restaurant until the third day ("We never did"), the 28 EUR Steak which was ordered came through fried from the kitchen, the restaurant card I had to During 5 days by food (predicate "well"), my room stank despite 24h ventilation every day after chlorine. There is exactly one socket next to the bed (extension for 30 EUR deposit was put, but please for self pickup), the walls of the hallway show the traces of years of abrasion of the cleaning trucks. Certainly a good way to earn money with groups of travellers who are being dragged through here every day. The opposite is the breakfast which is very good, after 5 days but also boring.

Room spotless. No tea or coffee making facilities. Supposed to be 4☆☆☆☆. That's a must after a long journey to get there. 3pm check-in far too late! No bar open to have a coffee while waiting. Disappointing.

Convenient to the center and optimal cleaning.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Great cuisine, good wines; hotel design from early 90s, mix of Chinese and Eurpean accents, a bit deceiving.

Rooms are clean and perfect for staying, but you can't expect more. The cleaning after the first night was not particularly thorough. Otherwise the hotel has good access to public transport. It is about a 5 min walk to the bus stop. Parking is also available before check-in time, but early check-in is only possible at €50 extra charge. Due to the location on the outskirts, the prices are reasonable and relatively inexpensive.

Decent hotel without luxury which is already a few years old.
The rooms are OK, size and amenities good. The bathroom is average size, for me rather too small.

Lack: Water in the sink ran poorly. But it was repaired quickly.

Okay but no more. Big problems of soundproofing, you can hear perfectly well the neighbors and the passage in the hallway. The view of the golf course is transformed into a view of the car park. Comfortable bedding, access to the center of Vienna very simple.

The hotel is clean and well cared for. All the equipment inside is a little outdated though. Altogether, it is comfy and worth staying in if you are in Wien.

Nothing special that sets it apart in terms of facilities, but one of the few good options in this part of Vienna. Hotel is getting bit old and has all basic amenities in the room. Has clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast is standard good. Has car park in front. It is not very easy to reach with public transport. If there is no traffic, it is 20 min away from the airport by taxi. Price wise it is bit on the expensive side relative to what it offers. Long story short, a standard reliable 4 star hotel.

Really a good old style hotel, classic but it can offer its classical rooms for the best. Staff is really helpful, friendly and the smile all the times, good job :) price OK just breakfast is expensive: 15€ per person but it's really a wonderful hotel. You need just half an hour to the downtown, 5 min walking + 25 for the tram. Wi-Fi, room was clean, fridge, safes, aircon and a beautiful wiew.

Room is big with standard amenities. Breakfast is not enough. When we arrived, most of the food already empty. When we left almost 1 hour after that, some of food (i. E. Croissant and soft breads) didn't replenished. Some of customers breakfast with their own instant noodles.

This was quite hard to get to. On the website it says it's close to transportation. It kind of is. Like about a 15 min walk to the tram, and then that takes you to the central station. Initially I looked at how to get here, and it took us over an hour and half walking because we walked from the s bahn station. Total nightmare. It's not easy to see, even from the side of the road. However, it was a very nice hotel. They speak English, and it was typical to a US hotel. Very clean and nice.

Located near the Golf course. Clean room. Ours was a one bedroom. In room kettle, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The safe in the room. 2 TVs. Breakfast is decent.

I just stayed in Room 335 for 2 nights on this past Friday and Saturday nights. On arrival, the Front Desk person was rude and had this "I know it all and you don't" attitude to any question you asked him. During my first night I realized that the air conditioning in the room was broken. Had to open the window to window for cool air. I probably should have asked for another room on the second day. The chairs in the room were cushioned but hard and uncomfortable. The short walk to the tram line made this hotel useful to me. I was easily able to get to the center of Vienna, the Wein Meidling train station, and the Vienna Airport bus. The hotel bar has a single barkeeper attempting to serve may customers. His service was terrible. He never asked me if I would like another drink. I always had to bring my empty glass to the bar. The breakfast for 15 Euro was expensive for not so fresh bread and fruit out of a can. Yes, this hotel is not as expensive as other Vienna hotels. But you get what you pay for in service and quality.
