A lovely business hotel. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was courteous, and the food was okay.

Stayed here for two nights using points (10, 000 per night). Welcome was a little muted, staff not particularly cheery and none of the usual "thank you for your loyalty. " Room was great, spacious and comfortable. Used the sauna which was a nice addition. Gym a little sparse but fine for a quick workout. Free shuttle bus was a nice perk. Never had trouble getting a space for two of us. Note it leaves bang on the minute, so be on time! Free apples in the lobby in the morning and there were some cakes in the afternoon Overall a good stay.

The hotel is beautiful on a solid 4ku. Breakfasts are on top. Fresh fruit and in general for all tastes. The staff are friendly. All liked but the taxi to the center is a bit far away.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful, bedroom was lovely, excellent choice at breakfast. A shuttle bus runs into the centre of town and if returning late, the bus stop is across the road and the tram a short walk. Would definitely stay again when I visit Vienna again.

Very clean hotel, pleasant people who are helpful and kind! Almost like an American hotel setting with a blend of Vienna tossed in! Breakfast bar and free coffee in morning! Take your own wash cloth or bath sponge. None provided! Laundry room, gym, sauna, bar, restaurant and real air conditioning are in this hotel! Parking in garage of hotel but does cost! We truly enjoyed four days here!

Great hotel, good size rooms, comfort and quality you except from Hilton. Great value. Breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, serials, pastries, eggs, sausage, bacon, cheeses and meats. Love their coffee machines, these alone are worth coming for.

Nice and clean. I love breakfast here. They offer healthy fruit juice with no sugar added.

A great value using my Hilton Honors points. Best deal with those in Europe. Raphael spoke English well and went out of his way to be helpful to his mono-lingual American! Nice view from the rear 4th floor of the alps foothills.

Since I can't give 0 star I'm forced to give atleast one star They send us pass for shuttle that was suppose to take guest from opera house to hotel. We reached tram stop near to opera house around 2:40pm and called hotel to guide us to the location where shuttle bus is gonna arrive. The hotel staff named Kathy, was so rude and was not really helpful in guiding us as we are there for the first time. Later we some how found the location and again called her to check shuttle timing. Once again she was rude and ask to check a document hotel had sent one month ago to check the time. (Note that we just want to confirm if the shuttle will be coming on time or not) After waiting till 3:50 there was no sign of shuttle and when we called her response was like the shuttle is not part of hotel and she doesn't know if it comes or not! Being such a reputed hotel like hilton, we won't ever expect things like this I can say one thing. If you have a choice, please avoid Hilton garden inn vienna.

Clean, tidy, provided in the rooms a lot of comfortable little things-feel discreet high class.

Accommodation i. O. No ' additional services ' in the room, as necessary. Shower room Yes, and that's it. Half board is a rip.

Typical seminar hotel, not very charming but outstanding cuisine. Despite several seminars held at the same time, the lunch buffet was excellent, constantly fresh replenishment.

I was there for one day seminar and was not disappointed. It is all clean and well maintained.
A star deduction is available for the buffet. With the exception of a food everything was delicious but unfortunately the Rechaud were not turned on or defective and thus the food in it quickly cooled.

Simple. What is necessary for a good stay. The Spanish-speaking staff is very friendly.

Not a very clean hotel Front Desk courteous, spacious and comfortable rooms. The gym is small but the park nearby is perfect for running.

Great nice hotel. People's there are very welcoming. Had nice time with them.

Perfect location When visiting the Twin Towers opposite events. Very good breakfast. Underground parking directly at the hotel for a fee. Room large and adequate.

So far OK. It was annoying that payment was required on arrival. Everything that would have happened should be sent by invoice and mail. Therefore, I used restaurants nearby which were good and fast walking distance. For me as a business traveller a no go. Cleanliness OK. Shower on the first floor barely water pressure. Price/performance still fit.

Breakfast good, unfortunately only 3 varieties of cut cheese and no other cheese. Very uneasy.
I expect more for €100 per night in the outskirts of the city.

They do not speak Italian even if on booking they stated the opposite.

Very friendly staff, rooms nice and clean. Food is also great. The shuttle bus to the city (free of charge) is also great. The best way to reach the hotel is from the Meidlinger train station.

Good reception, rooms OK. Apart from the carpet that shows the age.

Our first impression who check in was quite bad. 0/5. We booked looking pictures and amneties online and 4* status but we didn't feel even like 3* overall. While check in, only one girl was at front desk, she gave us room keys and handed over some pamphlet of Vienna tours and told us we can go to room on our own. They don't provide service for luggage, no one came to show us our room or drop our luggage or explained about hotel amneties or activities. We went with luggage ourselves to room provided, she provided room no 255 and when I opened room with card, someone's cloths were there over bed, so I went downstairs and kept my wife waiting outside room as we had large bags and I don't want to carry luggage again downstairs. When I tol her that room is occupied perheps and someone's cloths r there inside, she told it is Ur room only, after I explain her 2-3 times, she checked again and told she is sorry, it was wrong room, our was 225. I was really shocked. We came from India after 16 hours travelling, already tired and shocked that 4* hotel in Europe offers such bad hospitality? After getting into correct room finally, there were no toiletries inside room except soap and body wash, after I asked and explained, they sent body lotion and bathroom slippers finally! I also asked for water, they told they don't provide water bottle / mineral water and we can drink tap water. After I requested, they provided 2 mineral water bottles on first day, subsequently we drank tap water.

I was in the hotel with my children, I had been with my husband. The hotel is beautiful, very good breakfast are extremely friendly in the attention. Especially at the reception. A special thanks to Fernando. Would definitely come back without hesitation. Thank you very much.

A bit outside of the city and expected a little more from a Hilton Hotel. Rooms are okay, but there were ols stains on the carpets. But room prices are really good.

Good hostel. It is suitable for meetings and good for business accommodation. A little bit far from city centre but there is shuttle all day long.

Its a great hotel, I visited the hotel for tourism purposes, it has a great great breakfast and also a business's van takes you to downtown (Vienna State Opera) for free on specific times. Also as a business traveler, its definitely a must due to the accommodations.

Room great, but breakfast is a disaster. Less of the food but the trappings are not appropriate for a Hilton.

A very nice hotel unfortunately just outside the city. The rooms are above average size and spacious. The bathroom has a combination of bathtub and shower and is relatively large. Unfortunately the mini bar has no drinks. But you can get drinks and snacks at the reception around the clock. The breakfast is divine and has everything the heart desires. I think it deserves 4 stars.

Good hotel; good location if you are passing; away if what you want is to get to know the city.

I had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is a little expensive for my taste at 15 euros but it was very good. The room was nice and comfortable and the staff were a great help.

Most comfortable bed I've seen in a hotel in a while. Location is a bit remote but that's obvious when booking. Friendly Front Desk staff.

Our room was very clean staff was very nice. It was very warm during our stay and our room was very hot and the refrigerator didn't work. We went to the front desk and they promptly got us a new room. It sounded like this isn't the first time this happened. If it wasn't for the air conditioning issue I would have rated 5 stars.

Hotel is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly with the guests. The breakfasts are excellent and well worth the inclusion within the plan.

Good hotel but alas very far from the center of Vienna.

Rooms very large, comfortable and clean. Fully equipped. Very good treatment of the staff. Great buffet at breakfast. Difficult connection to The Centre by public transport.

1 nigth for 10 000 HH points! That's the best thing about hotel.

Rooms on the Executive floor was dekliniert as non-smoking rooms. However so smoky. Even the bedding has massively stunk of smoke. For me not a good hotel choice.

If you are in executive room then it's ok.

During my stay at Holiday Inn from 30th July to 11 Aug 2012; I like the quality of food, very good service, nice room and very nice location. In front of this Hotel there is twin tower Business Park, which is like a mall cum business center. At the backside of this hotel there is one Gold course, one joggers park and one beautiful lake (Wienberggase). There is one petrol pump and a McD. I must say the quality of food is very very good, especially the breakfast :) There is only one problem and that is Internet service, which is very costly… 90 EUR per Week. : ( Over all very good. Enjoy! Jayesh.
