Clean and cosy place to stay. Safe and quiet place in Vienna.

I am with the Hotel satisfied, also no Major claims, for me a room was important, a Breakfast, ok is very simple, and the same thing every day, but for 9 Euro is ok, the special price is ok, for 6 nights, zero Breakfast and the Vienna package. 310 euros paid, and I called a week in advance whether I can also pay in advance by Bank Transfers, the top folded not 10 min later I had an e-mail with a proformer invoice. The room is also ok. But to me it was very important to relatively inexpensive, easy to reach with the public transport and what I find hammer no 5 minspäter it is in a great park in Vienna,

Never again this Hotel! It was a week ago with my friend for a few days in this Hotel and can only advise against any of them. Actually, it's not supposed to be a relaxing holiday, which was unfortunately not the case. First, we had to wait for our room, even though we were an hour later than the check-in was planned. Then you had forgotten us, although we sat next to the Desk. And as if this was not enough you gave us, suddenly, a different room than us before. Allegedly, the previous room was not cleaned yet! Unfortunately, we had to determine the occupation of the room that no welcome awaited drink (which was specified in the voucher), no glasses on the table and the room was not somehow what one expected at 4 stars. But the worst part was just the Filth in the bathroom. Make up stains on the vanity, calcified faucet, toothpaste stains, dirty mirrors, broken hair dryer, dirty toilet brush and the dirtiest (white) shower curtain I've ever seen, pfuiiii! Honestly, it had come rather afraid of getting dirty from the bathroom as you went in before. Shortly after the visit to the room, we had the gentleman at the front Desk that our bathroom was clean and asked to let him this time to clean. The was then made, but, unfortunately, they cleaned only the spots off the one from a distance, the eye jumped! The Rest remained as we had found him. Also the Breakfast was not at all what we expected. Most of it was either eaten, not looked so fresh, or we had to wait again, try it.

If any of the following so Many don't want to believe or can, that is no Exaggeration and the absolute truth! In the spring of 2013, I celebrated my wedding in the near adjacent to the Wienerberg recreation area. It's family and friends were also housed in this Hotel. The Morning was very amusing, because I reserved in advance, of course, to the Breakfast table, but no table just around 6:15 I arrived with my maid of honor and my parents, the Hotel entered the two buses and, unfortunately, free and the Buffet empty. I think everyone will understand how great it is no place at Breakfast, but we had, unfortunately, little time pressure, since the mobile hairdresser was on the road and we were under time pressure. When we announced our Problem to the reception, we got no support. IT WAS THE STAFF CARE! Then I wanted to be in the room (with a hairdresser, parents and maid of honor) and guess what, there was no key. After my maid of honor and my hairdresser pointed out explicitly that the time is short, we got the master key. Have you heard of such a thing? Who is in a "Hotel" is a General key? After all the nerves were raw, we moved into the room. However, we overlooked the fact that this occupied a guest. After wallet, phone and keys were discovered, we had an idea to go as our journey continues. We had to go to a different room. Since then, the staff had understood where the room key was in the first room. When A Guest!
